Water can be used as oxidant in conjunction with metal particles to form metal-water propellant to increase the energy of propellant.For this application,water needs to be stored in form of solid and capable of becoming liquid when use.Stable and thixotropic hydrogel has good potential as water-retaining material and oxidant of metal-based propellant.In this study,we prepared organic/inorganic composite hydrogels by combining inorganic gellants hectorite and fumed silica with organic gellant agarose,respectively.The total content of the gellants can be reduced to less than 2%by adding agarose.The influence of agarose on water content,phase transition temperature,centrifugal stability and other basic physical properties of composite hydrogels were discussed.The results show that the composite hydrogels have better thixotropy and stability than pure inorganic hydrogels,and the gel-sol transformation can be realized by applying shear force or heating to the phase transition temperature.The composite hydrogels have good shear thinning ability and improved mechanical stability.Fumed silica/agarose hydrogels have better physical stability,while the thixotropy and shear thinning ability of hectorite/agarose hydrogels are better. 展开更多

Silicon containing materials have traditionally been used in microelectronic fabrication. Semiconductor devices often have one or more arrays of patterned interconnect levels that serve to electrically couple the individual circuit elements forming an integrated circuit. These interconnect levels are typically separated by an insulating or dielectric film. Previously, a silicon oxide film was the most commonly used material for such dielectric films having dielectric constants( k ) near 4 0. However, as the feature size is continuously scaling down, the relatively high k of such silicon oxide films became inadequate to provide efficient electrical insulation. As such, there has been an increasing market demand for materials with even lower dielectric constant for Interlayer Dielectric(ILD) applications, yet retaining thermal and mechanical integrity. We wish to report here our investigations on the preparation of ultra low k ILD materials using a sacrificial approach whereby organic groups are burnt out to generate low k porous ORMOSIL films. We have been able to prepare a variety of organically modified silicone resins leading to highly microporous thin films, exhibiting ultra low k from 1 80 to 2 87, and good to high modulus, 1 5 to 5 5 GPa. Structure property influences on porosity, dielectric constant and modulus will be discussed. 展开更多

The effect of different concentrations of natural macromolecular compound on the characteristics of nutrient release in the membrane materials of organic-inorganic compound film-coated urea was discussed, and the optimal concentrations for better nutrient release was proposed. The characteristics of nutrient release of film-coated urea were evaluated by soil column leaching experiment. Organic-inorganic compound film-coated urea showed good characteristics of nutrient release, which could be well simulated by Logistic curve. The two parameters in this curve, a and r, can be used to present nutrient release of film-coated urea, and followed the order of B 〉 C 〉 A and C 〈 B 〈 A, respectively, indicating that the release was stronger with the increasing concentration of natural macromolecular compound in the membrane, which implied better controllability of nutrient release. The concentration of 5% of natural macromolecular compound showed better characteristic of nutrient release and can be utilized as a membrane material combined with inorganic mineral powders to develop film-coated slow-release fertilizer. 展开更多

Organic compounds are widely used in both industry and daily life,and composite bilayer films with organic compound-triggered bending properties are promising for applications of transducers,soft robotics,and so on.Here,a universal and straightforward strategy to generate composite bilayer films with organic compoundtriggered bending properties is demonstrated.The composite bilayer films with organic compound-triggered bending properties are designed with bilayer structures,in which one layer is a porous polymeric membrane with appropriate solubility parameter that matches the value of organic solvents in order to produce prominent affinity to the solvent molecules,and the other layer is reduced graphene oxide membrane stacked on the porous polymeric membrane as an inert layer for restraining the swelling of the polymeric membrane on one side.Guided by matching the solubility parameters between solvent and polymer,a significant bending curvature of 27.3 cm-1 is obtained in acetone vapor.The results in this study will provide valuable guidance for designing and developing functional composite materials with significant organic compound-triggered bending properties. 展开更多

Organic devices have many advantages such as low material consumption and low energy requirements, but they have serious issues regarding long term stability. Hence we need to develop a barrier film which solves this problem. Initially, the organic devices were fabricated on glass and were encapsulated using glass and epoxy (as sealant). Gradually there was a need to shift on to flexible substrates which required encapsulation to be flexible as well. Therefore, the motivation of the work is to develop thin film encapsulation that can be made flexible. The low temperature PECVD grown films of SiOx and SiNxwere used as the barrier film. Alternate inorganic layers (2-dyads) provided barrier of ~10-2 g/m2 day and increasing the number of dyads to five improved the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) only by one order of magnitude. However, introducing organic layers in this structure resulted in WVTR value of order 10-5 g/m2 day. The organic layers were deposited by spray technique. 展开更多

Controlled Microstructure and Photochromism of Inorganic-organic Thin Films by Ultrasound

A series of inorganic-organic thin films based on uniformly dispersed nanoparticles of polyoxometalates (POM)entrapped in polyacrylamide (PAM) matrix were prepared by ultrasonic method with different irradiation time.The microstructure, photochromic behavior and mechanism of the films were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible spectra (UV-VIS) and Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).The microstructure and photochromic properties of the hybrid thin films could be controlled by ultrasound.TEM image revealed that the average size of phosphotungstic acid (PWA) nanoparticles decreased from 20 to 10 nm with the ultrasound irradiation time from 30 to 60 min. After irradiated with ultraviolet light,the transparent films changed from colorless to blue and showed reversible photochromism. The hybrid film, with ultrasound irradiation for 60 min had higher photochromic efficiency and faster bleaching reaction than the one with ultrasound irradiation for 30 min. FT-IR spectra showed that the Keggin geometry of heteropolyoxometalate was still preserved inside the composites, and the interactions between polyanions and polymer matrix increased as the ultrasound time prolonged. It is suggested that the mechanism of the different photochromic properties for the inorganic-organic thin films is the variation of the microstructure and interfacial interactions induced by ultrasound. 展开更多

Preparation and photo-patterning characteristics of organic-inorganic hybrid thin film containing latent pigment by using photo-acid-generator (PAG) and microwave irradiation have been investigated. The acrylic thin film modified with methoxysilane containing PAG was formed on a glass substrate and irradiated with ultraviolet rays to promote sol-gel reaction by catalytic action of acid which was generated from PAG. And then the film was hardened with microwave irradiation, yielding organic-inorganic hybrid polymer film having hardness, highly transparency and strong adhesion with a glass substrate. Since this reaction only occurred in the optically (UV) irradiated regions, by exploiting the difference between the adhesivenesses of these regions photo-irradiated through photomask with a glass substrate, it was possible to form a patterned film with pitch of 100 to 50 μm by a simple lift-off method. A pigment-containing film using latent pigments (with subtractive three primary colors of coloring materials) and a patterned film were prepared, and it was possible to make these films multi-colored by varying the mixing ratio of the pigments. This multi-colored film-preparation method is effective for simply and efficiently forming a color-filter film by applying optical and microwave irradiation. 展开更多

Polyamide(PA)-based thin-film composite membranes exhibit enormous potential in water purification,owing to their facile fabrication,decent performance and desirable stability.However,the thick PA active layer with high transport resistance from the conventional interfacial polymerization hampers their applications.The controllable fabrication of a thin PA active layer is essential for high separation efficiency but still challenging.Herein,a covalent organic framework TpPa-1 interlayer was firstly deposited on a polyethersulfone(PES)substrate to reduce the thickness of PA active layer in interfacial polymerization.The abundant pores of TpPa-1 increase the local concentration of amine monomers by adsorbing piperazine molecules,while hydrogen bonds between hydrophilic groups of TpPa-1 and piperazine molecules slow down their diffusion rate.Arising from those synergetic effects,the PA active layer is effectively reduced from 200 nm to 120 nm.By optimizing TpPa-1 interlayer and PA active layer,the water flux of resultant membranes can reach 171.35 L·m^-2·h^-1·MPa^-1,which increased by 125.4%compared with PA/PES membranes,while the rejection rates of sodium sulfate and dyes solution remained more than 90%and 99%,respectively.Our strategy may stimulate rational design of ultrathin PA-based nanofiltration membranes with high performances. 展开更多

Narrow spectral response,low charge separation efficiency and slow water oxidation kinetics of TiO_(2)limit its application in photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic water splitting.Herein,a promising organic/inorganic composite catalyst Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)with a three‐dimensional ordered macro‐and meso‐porous(3DO MM)structure,oxygen vacancy and Ti^(3+)defects,heterojunction formation and noble metal Ag was designed based on the Z‐scheme mechanism and successfully prepared.The Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)ternary catalyst exhibited enhanced hydrogen production activity in both photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical water splitting.The photocatalytic hydrogen production rate is 420.90μmol g^(–1)h^(–1),which are 19.80 times and 2.06 times higher than the commercial P25 and 3DOMM‐TiO_(2),respectively.In the photoelectrochemical tests,the Ag/PANI/3DOMM‐TiO_(2–x)photoelectrode shows enhanced separation and transfer of carriers with a high current density of 1.55 mA cm^(–2)at equilibrium potential of 1.23 V under simulated AM 1.5 G illumination,which is approximately 5 times greater than the 3DOMM‐TiO_(2).The present work has demonstrated the promising potential of organic/inorganic Z‐scheme photocatalyst in driving water splitting for hydrogen production. 展开更多

Organic memristors with low power consumption,fast write/erasure speed,and complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)compatibility have attracted tremendous attention to mimic biological synapses to realize neuromorphic computation in recent years.In this paper,organic resistive switching memory(ORSM)based on(Z)-3-(naphthalen-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)acrylonitrile(NNA)and polymer poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)composite film was prepared by spin-coating method.Device performance based on NNA:PVK composite films with different mass fractions of NNA were systematically investigated.The ORSM based on PVK:40%(mass fraction)NNA composite film exhibited non-volatile and bipolar memory properties with a switching ratio(Ion/Ioff)of 24.1,endurance of 68 times and retention time of 104 s,a“SET”voltage(Vset)of−0.55 V and a“RESET”voltage(Vreset)of 2.35 V.The resistive switching was ascribed to the filling and vacant process of the charge traps induced by NNA and the inherent traps in PVK bulk.The holes trapping and de-trapping process occurred when the device was applied with a negative or positive bias,which caused the transforming of the conductive way of charges,that is the resistive behaviors in the macroscopic.This study provides a promising platform for the fabrication of ORSM with high performance. 展开更多

The development of n-type semiconductor is still far behind that of p-type semiconductor on account of the challenges in enhancing carrier mobility and environmental stability.Herein,by blending with the polymers,n-type ultrathin crystalline thin film was successfully prepared by the method of meniscus-guided coating.Remarkably,the n-type crystalline films exhibit ultrathin thickness as low as 5 nm and excellent mobility of 1.58 cm^(2) V^(-1) s^(-1),which is outstanding in currently reported organic n-type transistors.Moreover,the PS layer provides a high-quality interface with ultralow defect which has strong resistance to external interference with excellent long-term stability,paving the way for the application of n-type transistors in logic circuits. 展开更多

Octa(aminophenyl)silsesquioxane (OAPS) was used as the curing agent of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) epoxy resin. A study on comparison of DGEBA/OAPS with DGEBA/4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone (DDS) epoxy resins was achieved. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to investigate the curing reaction and its kinetics, and the glass transition of DGEBA/OAPS. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to investigate thermal decomposition of the two kinds of epoxy resins. The reactions between amino groups and epoxy groups were investigated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe morphology of the two epoxy resins. The results indicated that OAPS had very good compatibility with DGEBA in molecular level, and could form a transparent DGEBA/OAPS resin. The curing reaction of the DGEBA/OAPS prepolymer could occur under low temperatures compared with DGEBA/DDS. The DGEBA/OAPS resin didn't exhibit glass transition, but the DGEBA/DDS did, which meant that the large cage structure of OAPS limited the motion of chains between the cross-linking points. Measurements of the contact angle indicated that the DGEBA/OAPS showed larger angles with water than the DGEBA/DDS resin. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the incorporation of OAPS into epoxy system resulted in low mass loss rate and high char yield, but its initial decomposition temperature seemed to be lowered. 展开更多

Organic dyes based hybrid organic-inorganic luminescent nanomaterials with high quantum efficiency, good physical or chemical stability, and favorable biocompatibility, have attracted growing attention recently because of their important applications in the areas of biomedical imaging, chemical sensors, and light-emitting diodes(LEDs). Nevertheless, conventional fluorescence molecules suffer from aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ) when they are doped into inorganic nanomaterials. Aggregation-induced emission(AIE) is an abnormal and intriguing fluorescent phenomenon that has aroused increasing interest for various applications especially in biomedical fields. Compared with conventional organic dyes, the AIE-active molecules will emit more intense fluorescence in their aggregates or solid states. It provides an elegant route to overcome the drawbacks of conventional organic molecules. Over the past few decades, the fabrication and surface modification of various organic-inorganic luminescent composites doped with AIE-active molecules have been reported. Therefore, it is highly desirable to summarize these advances. In this review, recent advances and progress in constructing various AIEgens-doped organic-inorganic hybrid nanocomposites and their subsequent surface modification were summarized. An inorganic-organic composite was prepared by poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer reacting with cobalt(Ⅱ)-monosubstituted polyoxometalates Na5Co^Ⅱ(H2O)PW11O39 (PW11CO) in an aqueous solution. The hybrid composite PW11Co/PAMAM was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DR-UV-Vis), XPS, XRD and TG/DTA, indicating that the PWI iCo was chemically anchored to PAMAM. The morphologies of the title composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The catalytic activity was evaluated by oxidation of isobutyraldehyde (IBA) to isobutyric acid (IBAc) in MeCN under mild conditions (20 ℃, ambient pressure), showing that the title compound is a more effective and recoverable catalyst than corresponding PW11Co. 展开更多

A two new hybrid “organic-inorganic” composite ion exchangers (SAM and FAM), was synthesized by the combination of inorganic ion exchanger tin (IV) silicate and tin (IV) antimonate respectively with organic polymer polyacrylamide (PAm). The sorption isotherms for Cs+, Co2+, Sr2+ and Cd2+ ions on composite ion exchanger were investigated in the range (0.0005 - 0.01M) at different reaction temperature (30℃, 45℃ and 60℃ ± 1℃). The sorption data were subjected to different sorption isotherms and the results verified that Langmuir isotherm is the best model to be applied, and the monolayer sorption capacity were calculated and was found to increase as the reaction temperature increases. 展开更多

高湿度下具有荧光指示功能的PET复合膜的制备与性能

为了制备出能在高湿度、易结雾环境下可持续发光的薄膜,以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜为基底,将具有优异疏水功能的新型稀土发光配合物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)均匀分散制成发光涂覆液,通过涂覆刮膜技术,制备出PET-PMMA发光复合膜,并... 为了制备出能在高湿度、易结雾环境下可持续发光的薄膜,以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜为基底,将具有优异疏水功能的新型稀土发光配合物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)均匀分散制成发光涂覆液,通过涂覆刮膜技术,制备出PET-PMMA发光复合膜,并对其进行测试表征。荧光分光光度计和共聚焦显微镜测试的结果表明:发光材料占聚合物PMMA的质量分数为1.50%时所制备的PET发光膜具有良好的表面均匀性和最佳的荧光性能,荧光强度可达到9979 a.u.,在不同激发波长下PET-PMMA发光复合膜均可以显现出发光材料中Eu3+的特征荧光发射峰;测得发光复合膜的最佳紫外激发波长为350 nm,在最佳激发波长下发光复合膜具有较好的色纯度;通过对比发光复合膜浸泡在水溶液7 d内每天的荧光强度值,发现在发光材料仅有1.50%的前提下,样品的荧光强度损失仅有5%,这表明所制备的发光复合膜遇水易猝灭的弊端得到极大改善,这为PET农膜在潮湿、易结雾环境下实现长期稳定的荧光指示功能提供了重要基础。 展开更多

随着新能源汽车产业的飞速发展,传统液态电解质已经不能满足市场需求,固态电解质因其安全和能量密度优势已经成为未来发展的理想方向。然而由于无机电解质界面性能差和聚合物电解质材料离子电导率低的固有缺陷,严重阻碍了其实际应用,兼... 随着新能源汽车产业的飞速发展,传统液态电解质已经不能满足市场需求,固态电解质因其安全和能量密度优势已经成为未来发展的理想方向。然而由于无机电解质界面性能差和聚合物电解质材料离子电导率低的固有缺陷,严重阻碍了其实际应用,兼具无机电解质离子电导率高、力学性能好以及有机电解质柔韧性好且不与锂金属反应的复合体系固态电解质已经成为当前研究热点。为了解有机无机复合锂离子电池固态电解质发展态势,本文基于智慧芽Patsnap专利数据库检索结果,总结了全球及中国专利申请数量变化趋势和法律状态,对比了专利主要来源国和主要申请人情况,梳理了技术手段和技术效果之间的关系,重点从有机、无机、添加剂等材料组成,物理共混、三维、多层等复合方式以及特定制备工艺三个维度总结分析了专利技术发展情况。研究发现,我国在有机无机复合锂离子电池固态电解质专利布局方面具有数量优势,但目前申请人较为分散,且技术保护更多限于材料本身,建议加强合作交流,以及对上下游产业的整体技术保护,技术发展方向方面,高无机相用量的三维复合体系具有更佳的综合性能,但从产业化角度,聚合物填充无机颗粒体系可能发展得更快。 展开更多

The SiO2/SiNx/SiO2composite insulation layer was prepared by magnetron sputtering.Compared with the same thickness of a SiO2insulation layer device,the SiO2/SiNx/SiO2composite insulation layer is an effective method of fabricating OTFT with improved electric characteristics and decreased leakage current.Electrical parameters such as carrier mobility by field effect measurement have been calculated.The performances of different insulating layer devices have been studied,and the results demonstrate that when the insulation layer thickness increases,the off-state current decreases. 展开更多

有机/无机薄膜封装技术被广泛用于有机发光二极管(OLED)、量子点显示及有机光伏等领域,是一种新型的柔性封装技术。综述近年来有机/无机薄膜封装技术的发展趋势,首先概述了传统硬质盖板封装方式与薄膜封装方式的发展及其优缺点。其次,... 有机/无机薄膜封装技术被广泛用于有机发光二极管(OLED)、量子点显示及有机光伏等领域,是一种新型的柔性封装技术。综述近年来有机/无机薄膜封装技术的发展趋势,首先概述了传统硬质盖板封装方式与薄膜封装方式的发展及其优缺点。其次,系统地总结了有机/无机薄膜的制备方法,如原子层沉积、等离子体化学气相沉积等,详细阐述了不同制备方法的原理及其应用。再次,讨论了薄膜的微观缺陷、内应力,以及材料界面工程对有机/无机薄膜封装性能的影响,分析总结了有机/无机封装薄膜制备的技术要点,如采用基底表面预处理、引入中性层、调节层间应力等方式获得优质的封装薄膜。最后,探究了有机/无机封装薄膜的内在阻隔机理,提出气体在有机/无机薄膜中的传输方式以努森扩散为主,并总结了提高薄膜封装的策略,即延长气体扩散路径、“主动”引入阻隔基团及薄膜表面改性。提出了未来薄膜封装技术面临的问题,拟为柔性电子器件封装技术的发展提供一定参考。 展开更多
