Research and Practice of Course Reform in English Majors of Colleges and Universities from the Ideological and Political Perspective

There is an urgent need for high-quality talents with ideological and moral character for the development of higher education and the cultivation of English majors who meet the requirements of the times.The course reform in English majors from the ideological and political perspective is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality and moral values of students,which helps to cultivate English talents with social responsibility and innovative abilities.This paper analyzes the problems in the current courses through literature review and field research,such as the lack of ideological and political perspective and low interest of students in ideological and political content.Based on these issues,taking the course“Comprehensive English”as an example,various teaching stages were practiced from the aspects of learning objectives,learning content,learning situation,implementation ideas,implementation effects,and teaching evaluation.Additionally,some suggestions are proposed,such as integrating ideological and political content into the entire process of teaching.The teaching staff needs to possess high-level English teaching ability and ideological and political perspective,standardize the evaluation system,and integrate epistemology into the evaluation process of ideological and political education,in order to promote in-depth research and exploration of ideological and political education of English majors.

Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Academic Association of"Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation"

Taking the academic association of the Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation of the College of Life Science and Biotechnology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the research platform,it is necessary to organically combine personalized education with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.On the basis of unified teaching ideas,we should pay attention to the individual differences of educational objects,eliminate the disadvantages of traditional education,and break the conventional"spoon-feeding"teaching mode.It is necessary to shift from only paying attention to one-way indoctrination to paying attention to the cultivation of students'innovative quality,and to enhance students'interest in scientific research and practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through the rich scientific research activities of academic associations.

Research on the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization Model in Colleges and Universities:Taking China University of Geosciences(Beijing)as an Example

The“3060”goal demonstrates China’s responsibility in actively responding to global climate,enhances China’s voice and influence in climate governance,and sets an example of energy conservation and emission reduction for developing countries.As the main institutions that educate people for the Party and the country,colleges and universities have the responsibility to explore the realization path of carbon peak and carbon neutralization against the new problems encountered in the practice of energy conservation and emission reduction in colleges and universities.In response to the national strategy and the action plan of the Ministry of Education,taking the carbon practice of China University of Geosciences(Beijing)as the starting point,this paper conducts benchmarking research on the path of carbon peak and carbon neutralization in universities through the ecological factor method,campus carbon footprint,and questionnaire analysis.

Research on Scientific Research Performance Evaluation in Colleges and Universities Based on Malmquist Index

Scientific research is of vital importance to the development of colleges and universities.Scientific evaluation of the scientific research performance of colleges and universities,especially the study of their dynamic performance in different time ranges,can not only promote the progress of scientific research in colleges and universities,but also contribute to the rational allocation of national educational resources.Based on the Malmquist index,using the panel data of the five-year period from 2012 to 2016,this paper evaluates the changes in the research performance of China’s colleges and universities,analyzes the influencing factors of total factor productivity changes from three perspectives of time series,comparison of colleges and universities,and regional analysis,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.

河南省高校科研竞争力比较研究——基于ESI和InCites数据库

以河南省已入选ESI全球前1%学科的17所高校为研究对象,利用ESI和InCites数据库分别收集各高校的WoS论文数、国内外及省内排名,论文被引频次、篇均被引频次、Top论文数、ESI前1%及1‰学科数,热点论文及国际合作论文数及所占百分比,高被引论文数及所占百分比,在比较的基础上,分别得出这些高校的科研生产力、影响力、创新力和发展力现状。从科研生产力和影响力来看,郑州大学领先于其他16所高校;从科研创新力和发展力来看,郑州大学、河南大学、河南理工大学、河南师范大学相对较强。综合可见,河南省已入选ESI前1%学科的17所高校中,郑州大学整体科研竞争力强于其他高校,河南大学、河南理工大学、河南师范大学也具有较强的科研竞争力。为提升河南省高校的科研竞争力,各高校应鼓励本校的科研工作者发表高被引论文和热点论文,根据学校潜力制定学校的学科发展规划,有重点地培养2—3个重点学科;进一步加强与国内外知名学术机构的科研合作和学术交流、加大人才引进的力度。本研究能为河南省高校科研竞争力的提升提供参考。

基于ESI和InCites的我国独立办学医学院校科研竞争力分析

选取ESI和InCites中我国独立办学的13所医学院校的学科排名、论文数、被引频次、热点论文、高被引论文等基本学科指标,构建医学院校科研竞争力评价体系,统计分析各医学院校的科研竞争力,并提出医学院校提高科研竞争力的几点建议,为促进高校"双一流"建设提供参考。

国内农业高校科研产出比较研究——基于CNKI、SCI、Incites和CSCD

采用文献计量学方法,对CNKI、SCI、Incites和CSCD收录的国内14所农业高校2005？2014年间发表的期刊论文进行数据统计,从发文量、被引频次、高被引论文及综合绩效指标等几方面进行比较.研究发现,各项指标综合起来看,南京农业大学、西北农林科技大学、华中农业大学、华南农业大学这四所高校的科研水平较高,甘肃农业大学、内蒙古农业大学、江西农业大学、安徽农业大学、浙江农林大学等几所高校的科研水平较低;CNKI总发文量排名前七位的高校自2010年以来年度发文量均有不同程度下降,而CNKI总发文量较低的高校却始终保持稳步增长态势;大多数农林高校与中国大陆总体科研水平及世界平均科研水平差距较大,只有南京农业大学的综合影响力高于世界平均水平.最后,为国内农业高校提升科研产出提出三条建议：加强国内与国际间的合作,提高科技论文数量;关注科研前沿、热点论文与高被引论文,提升科技论文质量;重视科技论文的投稿环节,选择合适的期刊进行投稿.

民办高校应用型绿色建筑技能人才培养研究

当前国家政策统筹调整产业结构,随着协同推进生态减污、生态保护的美丽中国建设中,伴随建筑产业绿色化、智能化、工业化的发展趋势,中国建造的转型升级需要培养大量新型建筑专业人才。民办高校作为行业人才需求的蓄水池,应以行业变化趋势为依据,以企业人才新需求为基点,重构人才培养体系,一方面要强化新知识、打牢新基础;另一方面建立强化实践育人的人才培养机制。

基于InCites和ESI的我国16所中医药高校科研产出统计与分析

目的了解我国中医药高校Web of Science(WoS)核心合集发文情况,对中医药高校学科建设和发展现状进行比较分析,以期为科研决策提供参考依据。方法利用InCites和基本科学指标数据库(Essential Science Indicators,ESI)对我国16所中医药高校近十年的WoS论文进行统计,对论文数量、发文期刊及所属学科领域、论文影响力等方面进行分析。结果我国16所中医药高校的Wo S发文量呈逐年上升趋势,南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学和北京中医药大学2008-2017年发文总量分别为3 335、3 218、2 848篇,位列前三;机构之间的合作情况,北京中医药大学和天津中医药大学合作最密切,共合作了50篇论文;发文量排名前三的作者分别是段金廒、王峥涛、唐于平;16所中医药高校发文量最多的3个学科依次为临床医学、药理学与毒理学、化学,其中北京中医药大学和南京中医药大学的临床医学、药理学与毒理学入选ESI全球前1%学科,广州中医药大学、福建中医药大学、浙江中医药大学的临床医学入选ESI全球前1%学科;从论文所发期刊的影响因子来看,高水平期刊的论文比例不高。结论中医药高校之间应该加强合作,相互促进,提高发表高水平论文的能力和科技创新的能力,共同促进中医药研究事业的发展。

Encouraging Reading Habit among Chinese University Students

University and college curriculum in China is increasing placing more emphasis on producing and developing graduates with comprehensive qualities in recent years.One of the main factors that affects the development of high quality college graduate is the students’active reading habit.However,recent statistics on Chinese college students have shown that the number of students who read habitually is not ideal nor encouraging.Campaigns launched to promote reading habits in the university have only minimal effects on the students.In this work,some of the problems faced in promoting reading habit among college students in China and the potential solution for solving these problems are discussed.It is hoped that the content in this article would provide some insights for college administrators to encourage reading habits among college students.

新时代高校劳动教育的定位及实施路径

党的十八大以来,新时代劳动教育的格局逐步形成且地位日益凸显,成为当代高校进行人才培养的核心课题。在新时代背景下,高校劳动教育的目标定位是在树立正确劳动价值观的基础上培养“高尚品格的人”、“时代发展中的人”与“全面发展的人”。因此,为了顺利推进劳动教育实践,应基于多维关系与视角综合施策,重点从推动主体间合作互补、建立“科学、综合、开放”的课程体系、确立专业支撑与条件保障、推进产学研融合等四个层面建立多维融合的新时代高校劳动教育体系,培养符合时代发展需求的高层次人才。

研究型大学校院联动有组织科研的实践与探索——以上海交通大学为例

基于上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院开展有组织科研以及和涉海单位协同开展“大海洋”行动计划专项的实践,从职能定位、管理方式、组织形式等维度探究了研究型大学校院联动有组织科研运行的机制。二级学院采用闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式,探索形成了科研区域协同创新管理模式,并探索融入上海临港进行有组织的科研合作,为研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研提供了最佳实践标杆案例。“大海洋”行动计划聚焦国家重大战略需求,有组织地从多学科交叉创新、创新基地建设、优势资源导入、组织机制建设等方面,以需求导向和平台化布局开展协同攻关,形成一种产学研用融通全链条生态体系科研发展模式。研究结论可为我国研究型大学校院联动开展有组织科研实践提供参考。

高职院校跨专业组织科研创新能力及其提升策略——基于18所高职院校的实证调研分析

构建跨专业组织是高职院校回应社会现实问题重大关切,推进有组织科研的重要举措,有利于促进高职院校科研创新能力的提升。基于高职院校教师的结构化访谈和跨专业行为问卷调查发现,当前我国高职院校跨专业研究仍处在创建和发展阶段,面临的主要障碍是管理体制不合理等问题。跨专业组织管理与运行机制、跨专业活动文化氛围和产学政研合作关系等特征要素对科研创新能力具有显著的正向影响;高特征水平高职院校的科研创新能力显著高于低特征水平院校。据此,高职院校应精准定位组织目标,科学布局跨专业组织发展;加快组织结构变革,构建高效的跨专业组织运行机制;营造支持性组织环境,激发跨专业组织创新活力。

美国社区学院产学研合作教育的经验与启示

美国产学研合作教育起步较早,积累了丰富的办学实践经验,具有完善的法律保障体系和灵活多样的合作方式,形成了独特的办学模式。尤其是社区学院的校企合作教育,有效促进了美国地方社会经济的发展。美国社区学院的校企产学研合作教育经历了形成、发展、成熟和繁荣四个时期,在服务地方社会经济和人才培养方面取得了显著成效,积累了丰富的成功经验:一是建立健全法律制度,为开展产学研合作教育提供保障;二是建立政府、社区学院和企业多元协作体系,推动校企产学研合作良性运转;三是依托项目群推动社区学院与企业开展深度合作,搭建校企产学研合作教育的桥梁;四是形成社区学院与企业联合培养人才模式,搭建校企产学研合作教育的纽带;五是满足地方社会经济发展的需求,抓住校企产学研合作教育的生命线。我国地方高校应借鉴美国社区学院发展的经验,充分发挥地方高校与企业之间的优势资源,健全校企产学研合作教育的法律体系,建立产学研合作教育一体化发展模式与管理机制,依托项目推动地方高校校企产学研合作教育,推动地方社会经济发展。

高校有组织科研:形成要素、实施困境及路径对策

有组织科研已成为高校深入推进“双一流”建设、承担五大基本职能的关键内容。高校加强有组织科研,必须准确把握其形成要素,科学认识其功能定位。从国际、国内高校推进有组织科研的实践来看,积累了一些可供参考的经验,形成了一些共性的特点,但也仍然存在使命导向的价值理念尚未深入人心、现有科研管理机制存在障碍、评价体系还没有形成等现实困境。不同类型高校在推进有组织科研路径上存在较大差异,就行业特色高校而言,要加强有组织科研战略谋划、明确主攻方向,创新有组织科研运营机制、实行颠覆性改革,推动学科交叉体系建设、凝练学科优势,优化科研资源分配形式、集中优势资源,突出战略科学家的主导地位、培育创新人才,重构科研成果评价体系、破除恶性竞争。
