With the equation, the activity coefficients in Ti-15-3 melt have been calculated. The results show that allof components’ activity coefficients are less than 1, in other wolds, compared with ideal solution, all components takeon a negative deviation. At 2000K, the activity coefficients in Ti-15-3 melt are shown as: about 0.9 for Ti, about0.85 for V, about 0. 1 for Al, aboaut 0.5 for Cr and about 0.23 for Sn. me addition of V lowers the activity coefficient of Ti, but raise the ones of Al, Cr and Sn. These results can be directly used to calculate the evaporation loss ofAl, Cr and Sn during the ISM(Induction Skull Melting) process and at the same time estimate the reactivity betweenTi-15-3 melt and refractory during the cast production.展开更多
In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The i...In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The in-situ sol–gel process was implemented by coating the precursor sols for the synthesis of AlPO4-5 on the glass substrates successively using the spin-coating method.The films and powders scribed from the films were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The unique films were composed of oblique oriented nanoflake AlPO_(4)-5 crystals with the thickness of about 20 nm.The formation of nano-flake crystals can be ascribed to the high concentration of the precursors,resulting in the formation of a supersaturation system.The obtained films showed high antifogging performance due to the superhydrophilicity with a water contact angle of lower than 1.0°.The silicone oil contact angle was also low about 8.2°.In addition,heteroatom-substituted AlPO_(4)-5 films showing different colors can be obtained easily by simply adding transition metal ions in the phosphate acid solution during the preparation that can extend the application of the method for different coating demand.展开更多

In this paper, a PVT cell was used to ...The diffusion coefficient of natural gas in foamy oil is one of the key parameters to evaluate the feasibility of gas injection for enhanced oil recovery in foamy oil reservoirs. In this paper, a PVT cell was used to measure diffusion coefficients of natural gas in Venezuela foamy oil at high pressures, and a new method for deter- mining the diffusion coefficient in the foamy oil was de- veloped on the basis of experimental data. The effects of pressure and the types of the liquid phase on the diffusion coefficient of the natural gas were discussed. The results indicate that the diffusion coefficients of natural gas in foamy oil, saturated oil, and dead oil increase linearly with increasing pressure. The diffusion coefficient of natural gas in the foamy oil at 20 MPa was 2.93 times larger than that at 8.65 MPa. The diffusion coefficient of the natural gas in dead oil was 3.02 and 4.02 times than that of the natural gas in saturated oil and foamy oil when the pressure was 20 MPa. However, the gas content of foamy oil was 16.9 times higher than that of dead oil when the dissolution time and pressure were 20 MPa and 35.22 h, respectively.展开更多
The results of quantitative analysis of fracture orientation distribution according to the pair of stereonet windows among 05 different survey sites along the segment Tien Yen-Mui Chua, belong to Cao Bang-Tien Yen fau...The results of quantitative analysis of fracture orientation distribution according to the pair of stereonet windows among 05 different survey sites along the segment Tien Yen-Mui Chua, belong to Cao Bang-Tien Yen fault zone, Quang Ninh province, Viet Nam showed that, the correlation values are over 0.80 corresponding to 50%, over 0.75 corresponding to 30% and over 0.65 corresponding to 20%. These values are quite consistent with over 60% of the fracture number in the direction of NW-SE. Especially, the compatibility is clearly reflected in the determination of the frequency of fracture measurements within the division intervals of 20 degrees for dip direction and 10 degrees for dip angle at 05 different survey sites.展开更多

Per fruit weighs about 230 g. lt is dark green, densely covered with thorns. lt tastes crisp, containing 167.7 mg/kg Vc, and it is resistant to downy mildew, pow-dery mildew and bacterial angular leaf spot disease. lt is yielding and tolerant to low temperature and weak luminance. During quenching, the residual stresses are affected by the crystallographic orientation of martensite, because the nonuniform thermal stresses affect the crystallographic orientation of the lathshaped martensite and ...During quenching, the residual stresses are affected by the crystallographic orientation of martensite, because the nonuniform thermal stresses affect the crystallographic orientation of the lathshaped martensite and induce the anisotropic expansion. To simulate this process, the model of anisotropic transformation induced plasticity(TRIP) was built using the WLR-BM phenomenological theory. The equivalent expansion coefficient was introduced considering the thermal and plastic strains, which simplified the numerical simulation. Furthermore, the quenching residual stresses in carbon steel plates were calculated using the finite element method under ANSYS Workbench simulation environment. To evaluate the simulative results, distributions of residual stresses from the surface to the interior at the center of specimen were measured using the layer-by-layer hole-drilling method. Compared to the measured results, the simulative results considering the anisotropic expansion induced by the crystallographic orientation of martenstic laths were found to be more accurate than those without considering it.展开更多
