The limiter target electrostatic measurement system including limiter grounding current sensors and Langmuir probes have been newly developed for the measurement of the limiter target area on the Joint-Texas Experimen...The limiter target electrostatic measurement system including limiter grounding current sensors and Langmuir probes have been newly developed for the measurement of the limiter target area on the Joint-Texas Experimental tokamak (J-TEXT). Current sensors fixed between graphite limiters and the vacuum vessel walls are used to measure the currents between limiters and vessel wall. Simultaneously, a rectangular poloidal array containing 54 Langmuir probes is embedded in the graphite tiles of limiters for a more localized measurement. Based on this system, the effect of both the plasma’s inherent behavior, including plasma motion and the 2/1 tearing mode, and the electrode biasing on probe and sensor signals have been observed and analyzed in the experiments.展开更多
For more than a thousand years since the formation of translation as a discipline,many translation theories and different translation schools have emerged.The exploration of translation theories has lasted for hundred...For more than a thousand years since the formation of translation as a discipline,many translation theories and different translation schools have emerged.The exploration of translation theories has lasted for hundreds and thousands of years.Each translation school has proposed different translation theories.Throughout the development of translation theory,discussions have always centered on the relationship between the source text and the target text,encompassing translation strategies such as foreignization and domestication,as well as methods like literal translation and free translation.This relationship has been the main thread running through the history of translation theory development.In the 1970s,Reiss,a representative of the German functionalist school,put forward the text type theory.She linked the function of language with language type and text to study translation.She explored the different functions of various types of source texts from the perspective of text type.Therefore,in this paper,the functions and positions of the source text in translation are the central issues.This paper consists of two parts.In the first part,the history of Western translation development is divided into three periods:classical,modern,and contemporary.It uses time as a clue to analyze the changes in the position and function of the source text in translation.In the second part,it uses Reiss’s text type theory as a basis to analyze the extent to which the source text restricts the translator.展开更多

Recent histological and molecular characterization of cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) highlights the heterogeneity of this cancer that may emerge at different sites of the biliary tree and with different macroscopic or morpho...Recent histological and molecular characterization of cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) highlights the heterogeneity of this cancer that may emerge at different sites of the biliary tree and with different macroscopic or morphological features.Furthermore,different stem cell niches have been recently described in the liver and biliarytree,suggesting this as the basis of the heterogeneity of intrahepatic(IH)-and extrahepatic(EH)-CCAs,which are two largely different tumors from both biological and epidemiological points of view.The complexity of the organization of the liver stem cell compartments could underlie the CCA clinical-pathological heterogeneity and the criticisms in classifying primitive liver tumors.These recent advances highlight a possible new classification of CCAs based on cells of origin and this responds to the need of generating homogenous diagnostic,prognostic and,hopefully,therapeutic categories of IH-and EH-CCAs.展开更多
