Topological degree for 1-set-contractive fields in M-PN spaces and its applications

In this paper, we define the topological degree for 1-set-contractive fields in PN spaces. Based on this, we obtain some new fixed point theorems for 1-set-contractive operators. As an application, we study the existence of solutions for a kind of nonlinear Volterra integral equations in Z-M-PN space.

Method to determine α in rough set model based on connection degree

An improvement of tolerance relation is proposed in regard to rough set model based on connection degree by which reflexivity of relation can be assured without loss of information. Then, a method to determine optimal identity degree based on relative positive region is proposed so that the identity degree can be computed in an objective method without any preliminary or additional information about data, which is consistent with the notion of objectivity in rough set theory and data mining theory. Subsequently, an algorithm is proposed, and in two examples, the global optimum identity degree is found out. Finally, in regard to optimum connection degree, the method of rules extraction for connection degree rough set model based on generalization function is presented by which the rules extracted from a decision table are enumerated.

Rough similarity degree and rough close degree in rough fuzzy sets and the applications

Based on rough similarity degree of rough sets and close degree of fuzzy sets, the definitions of rough similarity degree and rough close degree of rough fuzzy sets are given, which can be used to measure the similar degree between two rough fuzzy sets. The properties and theorems are listed. Using the two new measures, the method of clustering in the rough fuzzy system can be obtained. After clustering, the new fuzzy sample can be recognized by the principle of maximal similarity degree.

m-degree Center-connecting Line of Finite Points Set and Its Properties

In this paper, we first give the concept of m-degree center-connecting line in n-dimensional Euclidean space Enand investigate its several properties, then we obtain the length of m-degree center-connecting line formula in finite points set. As its application,we extend the Leibniz formula and length of medians formula in n-dimensional simplex to polytope.

Set-point Filter Design for a Two-degree-of-freedom Fractional Control System

This paper focuses on a new approach to design(possibly fractional) set-point filters for fractional control systems.After designing a smooth and monotonic desired output signal,the necessary command signal is obtained via fractional input-output inversion.Then,a set-point filter is determined based on the synthesized command signal.The filter is computed by minimizing the 2-norm of the difference between the command signal and the filter step response.The proposed methodology allows the designer to synthesize both integer and fractional setpoint filters.The pros and cons of both solutions are discussed in details.This approach is suitable for the design of two degreeof-freedom controllers capable to make the set-point tracking performance almost independent from the feedback part of the controller.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

In this paper, the concept of degree of compactness is introduced in the general framework of I-fuzzy topological spaces, and its property is discussed. All good compactness are generalized to I-fuzzy topological spaces accordingly.

A New Definition of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Similarity Degree

As far as the problem of intuitionistic fuzzy cluster analysis is concerned, this paper proposes a new formula of similarity degree with attribute weight of each index. We conduct a fuzzy cluster analysis based on the new intuitionistic fuzzy similarity matrix, which is constructed via this new weighted similarity degree method and can be transformed into a fuzzy similarity matrix. Moreover, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of this method.

Earthquake Barcode from a Single-Degree-of-Freedom System

Earthquake is a violent and irregular ground motion that can severely damage structures. In this paper we subject a single-degree-of-freedom system, consisting of spring and damper, to an earthquake excitation, and meanwhile investigate the response behavior from a novel theory about the dynamical system, by viewing the time-varying signum function of It can reflect the characteristic property of each earthquake through and the second component of f, where is a time-sampling record of the acceleration of a ground motion. The barcode is formed by plotting with respect to time. We analyze the complex jumping behavior in a barcode and an essential property of a high percentage occupation of the first set of dis-connectivity in the barcode from four strong earthquake records: 1940 El Centro earthquake, 1989 Loma earthquake, and two records of 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake. Through the comparisons of four earthquakes, we can observe that strong earthquake leads to large percentage of the first set of dis-connectivity.

经济欠发达地区职业技能人才供给与需求协调状况分析——以甘肃省为例

职业教育作为欠发达地区技能人才培养的基石,把握专业设置和技能人才供给与需求匹配成为各方关注的焦点。通过测算甘肃职业技能人才供需匹配度发现,多数专业供需不协调,专业供不应求,专业设置和市场脱钩,专业更新慢等状况明显。由此提出以市场为导向的优化甘肃职业教育专业设置方向。提出欠发达地区在政府层面做好现代职业教育规划、放松专业设置权限、鼓励校企合作、加快职业教育专业教师队伍建设、构建科学的质量评价制度,在职业院校层面把握为地方经济、社会发展服务的宗旨,探索实施“订单式”技能人才培养模式,建立技能人才培训基地等对策建议。

1960—2020年南水北调区域极端气象要素变化分析

南水北调工程会引起所涉区域极端气候发生变化,同时极端气候事件对调水工程运行也存在影响。研究以1960—2020年气象观测数据为基础构建极端气象要素指标体系,采用变化范围法(RVA)与集对分析法(SPA)对南水北调影响区极端气象要素的改变程度进行量化计算,揭示了经济发展、气候变化与南水北调工程影响下区域极端气象要素的演变规律。结果表明:在经济发展与气候变化影响下,1960—2020年南水北调影响区极端气象要素指标综合改变度总体为上升趋势,并出现了明显的区域差异性,中线地区极端气候改变度显著大于东线,而两线水源区变化程度低于输水区和受水区;调水前后对比分析表明,工程调水对中线的影响大于东线,且受水区极端气象要素变化程度更为明显;对极端气象要素分析发现,极端蒸发受气候变化与经济发展影响显著,极端气温受调水工程影响变化较大,极端降水受外界扰动变化不明显。

考虑内涝周期的郑州市内涝韧性评估

基于城市内涝发生前、中、后期特征,将韧性理论引入城市内涝治理,构建郑州市内涝韧性体系,利用可变模糊集、贡献度和障碍度建立评估模型,分析了郑州市内涝韧性变化规律及主要影响因素。结果表明:2001—2020年,郑州市初期内涝韧性水平较高,但随着“城市病”逐渐突出,韧性水平由2001年的3.2下降到2020年的2.9,处于可以通过自我调节恢复到原始状态的韧性一般水平;系统层中前期内涝韧性在城市内涝韧性体系中具有重要作用,平均贡献度为41%;城市排水管网是内涝韧性发展中最主要的关键限制因素,平均障碍度为16%;公共交通服务能力等次要限制因素也是提升城市内涝韧性水平不可忽视的一部分,其障碍度之和较关键限制因素高出15%;郑州市城市内涝韧性水平一般,需在城市排水管网等方面加强以提升内涝韧性。

基于直觉模糊相似关系的三支决策模型

针对一些直觉模糊相似关系使直觉模糊集中对象间的相似度过于集中或者相异度过高,导致不合理的分类结果的问题,以及在构造直觉模糊相似关系时,对象间的相似度和相异度容易受到不重要属性条件信息影响的问题,本文在直觉模糊集和可能性理论基础上,提出一种基于直觉模糊相似关系的三支决策模型。首先,给出可能性测度和必要性测度的定义,结合Hausdorff度量,构造一种距离公式,并证明其性质,定义了直觉模糊集中对象间的相似度和相异度,构造了新的直觉模糊相似关系;然后定义了直觉模糊相似关系下的(λ_(1),λ_(2))-截集及其直觉模糊(λ_(1),λ_(2))-截集下的相似类,并进一步求出目标集的正域、负域和边界域;最后通过UCI数据集和实例验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。

基于Rough Sets理论的证据获取与合成方法

证据理论是处理不确定性问题的有力工具,它处理的证据来源于专家.专家的知识经验是有限的,获取较困难,且可能存在一定的主观性.针对上述问题,提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的证据获取的新方法,并对证据合成和应用进行了研究.首先研究了大型决策表分解问题.利用粗糙集理论分析条件属性间的依赖关系,对条件属性集进行聚类,形成多个条件属性集相对独立的子决策表;其次对各子决策表进行分析,利用粗糙集的分类思想和隶属度概念,计算证据的基本可信度分配;最后文章对证据的合成及其在决策分析中的应用进行了研究,提出了相应的解决方法.

基于Rough Set和灰色关联度的煤炭企业评价方法

针对企业评价中已有评价方法权数分配不合理、指标权数测定困难、难以对企业进行有效的综合评价的现状,采用粗糙集理论和加权灰色关联度的方法测定指标权数,对煤炭企业进行综合评价。以2006年煤炭行业上市公司的财务报表数据为实例进行实证分析,结果表明:基于粗糙集和灰色关联度的企业综合评价方法能够克服传统评价指标权数确定的主观偏好,是一种可行的评价方法。

动态差异度系数在淮北平原水资源承载力评价中的应用

为科学有效地评价区域水资源承载力,基于现有动态差异度系数的相关研究,充分挖掘评价样本与等级标准之间的不确定性信息,推导出随样本值变化而变化的差异度系数计算式,构建了基于动态差异度系数的四元联系数值法的区域水资源承载力定量评价方法。该方法在安徽省淮北平原的应用结果表明:2015—2019年安徽省淮北平原六市水资源承载状况均处于2级临界可载与3级临界超载之间,说明水资源承载状况较差;联系数值法得出的评价结果与级别特征值法、四元减法集对势基本相同,联系数值法较其他两种方法更客观,灵敏度更高;联系数值法可准确判断集对系统的发展趋势,为解决水资源、水环境等领域类似评价提供参考。

基于故障树的单向走丝电火花线切割机床故障诊断

为提高单向走丝电火花线切割机床使用寿命和加工效率,减少并预防故障事件的发生,提高机床的工作效率。应用故障树分析软件建立故障树模型,并进行定性、定量和蒙特卡罗仿真分析,确定单向走丝电火花线切割机床故障模式。通过定性分析得到93个最小割集,定量分析得出100件底事件结构重要度优先顺序,蒙特卡罗仿真分析得到100件底事件模式重要度优先顺序。综合得出单向走丝电火花线切割机床发生故障时优先考虑的事件,进一步分析对机床工作影响最大的底事件类型并提出解决方案或预防措施,对其他系列机床乃至其故障研究都可提供参考。

基于系统协调度模型的汛限水位分期控制

为协调防洪与兴利的矛盾,提高洪水资源化利用效益,基于改进模糊集方法进行汛期分期,建立系统协调度模型并计算得到汛限水位的动态控制域。以思林水库为例,前、后汛期的汛限水位与发电效益协同贡献度成正比,与防洪风险协同贡献度成反比;为实现系统协调度最大,前、后汛期的汛限水位动态控制域应分别为[435,437]m和[435,438]m,前、后汛期可分别增发电量2169.907×10^(4)、6509.722×10^(4)kW·h,水资源利用量可分别提高0.716×10^(8)、1.079×10^(8)m^(3)。研究成果可提高洪水资源利用效率,为水库安全合理运行提供参考。
