College English courses are an important part of college education with humanistic and instrumental characteristics.Outcomes-based teaching method is oriented by students’learning output,which has been applied in education for decades.Students achieve the outcomes through communication,cooperation,and exploration from which their initiative,confidence,and learning ability are improved.It is instructive to help student both develop language skills as well as enrich the knowledge of Chinese traditional culture.This paper explores the necessity of moral education and relates them to College English course on the basis of outcomes-based teaching method.It is intended to help teachers understand the theory and philosophy of outcomes-based education and put it into moral education practice in their instructional planning,teaching,and assessment of students.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Study of the Mode of Cost-sharing by Indi-viduals for Higher Education in China

In recent years, financial crises of higher education have become universal. The policy of cost-sharing by in- dividuals was tried out in many countries. However, empirical studies have shown that the policy has, to a certain de- gree, negative effects for the poor in accepting higher education costs. This paper points out it is the mismatch between tuition fees and the ability to pay that causes the problem. Using two dimensions of group and time to pay, a mode sys- tem, including seven modes for the individual to share the cost of higher education, was constructed. It is suggested that only three modes of pay-immediately have been carried out in China and they all have same shortcomings. To try new modes and exercise different modes synthetically will be meaningful for solving the questions that exist in the current policy.

Reform of Teaching Mode for College Students'Financial Literacy Training under General Education:Taking Yangtze University as an Example

The development of Internet finance has made the financial environment faced by college students more complicated.The level of financial literacy best reflects a person's sensitivity to the financial environment and flexibility to respond to financial events.Therefore,to improve the financial literacy of college students,popularizing financial knowledge is bound to become the key content of general education and teaching work in contemporary colleges and universities.In this article,taking 400 undergraduates from Yangtze University as the research object,the participation in online lending and the mastery of financial knowledge were investigated and analyzed,then the current teaching situation of financial literacy courses was introduced,and finally,a number of suggestions to improve the teaching reform of financial literacy were put forward.

Mode Analysis and Deepening Path of the Collaborative Education between Local Engineering Universities and Enterprises

At present, China's local engineering universities have basically formed five modes of collaborative education between Engineering Universities and Enterprises, namely the mode relied on university-enterprise alliance, the mode centered on the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program", the mode rooted in key disciplines, the mode based on the innovation and entrepreneurship education activities and the mode of carrying out international joint training, etc. However, in the process of university -enterprise collaborative education, there are still some shortcomings such as long-term deficiency, low fit and insufficient system. Enlightenment of the Talent Training Mode of Japan's Colleges and Universities to China's five-year Higher Vocational Education

Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984,five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China.In the 1960s,with the rapid development of Japan's economy,there was a shortage of technical personnel.In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time,Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates,studied in school for five years,and obtained an associate's degree after graduation,which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry.By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities,this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects,talent training objectives,training methods and evaluation methods.It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.

Good Experience of Values Education Mode in the UK and the US for the "Left-behind" Children's Values Education in China

Based on the development status and development characteristics of the "left-behind" children, we analyze the current situation of the "left-behind" children's values education in China. After studying the training methods and mode of young people's values in the US and Europe, we reflect on the "left-behind" children's values education in China, and point out the following deficiencies in the "left-behind" children's values education in China: the traditional Chinese culture is at the ebb, and socialist core values have not received close attention, being developed sluggishly; the educational content is stale and the method is single; the rise of science education leads to the decline of humanities education, hindering comprehensive human development. We draw the following precious experience from the values education in the UK and the US for the "left-behind" children's values education in China: laying great emphasis on humanities education, to promote comprehensive human development; seeking and reshaping the mainstream values under plural values; giving full play to the social forces, to promote the development of the "left-behind" children's values education.
