Then, using the famous land-use change model of Conversion of Land Use and its Effects at Small re- gional extent (CLUE-S), this paper simulated the land use changes under historical trend (HT), urban planning (UP) and ecological protection (EP) scenarios considering urban planning and ecological protection over the next 20 years. The simulated results under UP scenario in 2020 were compared with the planning map to assess the feasibility of us- ing land-use change model to guide regional planning. Results show that forest land, dry farmland, paddy, and shrub land were the main land-use categories. Paddy and dry farmland being converted to urban area and rural settlement characterized the land-use change from 1988 to 2004. The main land-use categories changed over time. Landscape-pattem fragmentation will be worse under HT and UP scenarios, but better in EP scenario. The comparing results of simulated map with planning map in 2020 show that land-use change model is powerful tool to guide regional planning. Land-use scenarios can support regional planning and policy-making through analyzing future consequences scientifically.展开更多

An overall design and aerodynamic configuratio...The system composition, the operational principle of terminal correction mortar projectiles (TCMP) and the concept planning design of TCMP are researched in this paper. An overall design and aerodynamic configuration layout for TCMP are made in this paper, and its aerodynamic coefficients are calculated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Test results of TCMP simulated ballistic projectiles indicate the designed TCMP can satisfy the interior ballistic demand and has a fine flight stability. The drag coefficients identified from the radar velocity-time data are in accord with the CFD computed results. According to the exposure frequency of the ground laser designator, a four-quadrant impulse correction scheme and a high exposure frequency impulse correction scheme are brought. The latter can calculate the target azimuth angle by counting the times of the facula passing through one quadrant. Simulation results also show that the guidance precision of the velocity pursuit is higher than that of the body pursuit, and the detector axis is less circuitous. Researches on the typical trajectory indicate that the terminal impulse correction can improve the hit precision of TCMP remarkably.展开更多

On the basis of summarizing the existing researches, we select Shaanxi's Shangluo City, located in the Qinba mountainous area as the study object, to expound the concept and steps of scenario analysis based on land use change data, under the guidance of ecological safety and sustainable development theory. We design four different scenarios of land use planning program in Shangluo City during the period 2006-2020, and use grey linear programming model to analyze each scenario. The results show that the scenario analysis is feasible in the adjustment of land use structure in Shangluo City; operable in the determining of land use planning program on a macro-municipal scale.展开更多

This paper explores the potential application of a modified version of the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA)-II for land-use planning in Mediterranean islands that constitute a geographical entity with si...This paper explores the potential application of a modified version of the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA)-II for land-use planning in Mediterranean islands that constitute a geographical entity with similar characteristics. Study area is the island of Naxos, which is a typical Mediterranean island. In order to monitor the land-use changes of the island for the period 1987-2010, object-based classification of three Landsat images has been carried out. The 1987 land-use classification defined the initial population for the Genetic Algorithm (GA) and the aim was to provide the optimal development scenario for Naxos island taking into consideration legislation, geological characteristics and environmental parameters. The GA was used in order to introduce land use changes while maximizing transformation suitability, compactness, economic return, and minimizing soil erosion. The output of the GA was compared to the actual development of the island. The outcomes confirmed the proposed algorithm’s convergence process, while the GA solutions eventually formed a Pareto Front and performed adequately across all objectives. The GA algorithm has proposed reduction of Irrigated farming land by 16%, increase of Dry farming land by 131%, and the maximum allowed by the defined constraints increase of Urban land (100%), mostly on the eastern and central part of Naxos. These changes significantly differ from the actual development of the island. Economic return after optimization increased by 18%, while soil erosion decreased from 1948 t/y to 1843 t/y.展开更多

In the resolution, we propose an adaptation of the Genetic Evolutionary Algorithm for a global resolution. This is a combinatorial optimization problem that is considered as difficult. In the process of landscape construction, the complex site environmental problems are solved by landscape overall planning and cooperation, so as to achieve the construction of green and sustainable urban environment with harmony between human beings and nature.
文摘With the accelerating development of Chinese urbanization and the widening gap between rural and urban areas,urban-rural overall planning is to be an inevitable choice for economic and social development.However,the specific patterns and methods in urban-rural overall planning are greatly different.From the persperctive of ecological economy,taking the main physical and biological pattern of the farmland as research objects,this paper analyzes the components and characteristics of farm landscape,the relationship between farm landscape exploitation and rural tourism,and the role of farm landscape exploitation in planning urban and rural development.It expatiates on the pattern,method and principle of farm landscape development.Furthermore,based on the actual development case,this paper explores how to make high-grade tourism products with scientific and reasonable farm landscape development method,how to increase peasant income,how to improve urban and rural ecological economic environment,so as to promote urban-rural overall planning.

文摘In China, the trading of construction land quotas has undergone an institutional evolution process characterized by gradual deregulation.In 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC) resolved to develop a national cross-regional trading mechanism for construction land quotas.Construction land quotas, which have attributes of both public power and private rights, share certain common grounds with the rights of land development, dumping and carbon emission.To build a national trading market for construction land quotas, it is necessary to make clarifications and innovations in macro-level ideas, meso-level mechanisms, and micro-level designs.
文摘In the mobile radio industry, planning is a fundamental step for the deployment and commissioning of a Telecom network. The proposed models are based on the technology and the focussed architecture. In this context, we introduce a comprehensive single-lens model for a fourth generation mobile network, Long Term Evolution Advanced Network (4G/LTE-A) technology which includes three sub assignments: cells in the core network. In the resolution, we propose an adaptation of the Genetic Evolutionary Algorithm for a global resolution. This is a combinatorial optimization problem that is considered as difficult. The use of this adaptive method does not necessarily lead to optimal solutions with the aim of reducing the convergence time towards a feasible solution.
文摘Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP) theory,a vital important problem for top-layer planning and overall design of modern self-propelled gun-howitzer system,namely overall project decision-making,was analyzed.A hierarchy model was built to solve the complex and uncertain problem,and a decision-making index system was established.Then,the weights in all layers of the model were determined by simulating experts.Finally,according to the calculated results of the elements in each layer,the weights of the alternatives to the overall goal were calculated to conduct the hierarchy total decision.A decision example shows that the overall project of a self-propelled gun-howitzer A is much better than that of another self-propelled gun-howitzer B,digitalized in comprehensive efficiency,operability,system accuracy and economy,but inferior to it in the information capability,and there exists relatively larger gap between them in the information sharing index.
文摘Based on methods for evaluating the overall planning and implementation of land use of domestic scholars, a comprehensive and highly-operable index system and evaluating method for land use planning multi-type implementation has been established through selecting multi-type evaluating indicators and applied to the last-round overall planning of land use in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agriculture-seven Division. The obtained comprehensive score was 86.40, indicating that land use overall planning has been excellently coordinated with land, society, economy as well as ecology and has exerted outstanding effect with the rank as "good". The evaluation results are in accordance with actual conditions, which displays that the established multi-type implementation evaluating system of land use overall planning is reasonable with scientific evaluating methods and can be the reference for evaluation of land use overall planning in other regiments and companies of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

文摘t In this paper an overall scheme of the task management system of ternary optical computer (TOC) is proposed, and the software architecture chart is given. The function and accomplishment of each module in the system are described in general. In addition, according to the aforementioned scheme a prototype of TOC task management system is implemented, and the feasibility, rationality and completeness of the scheme are verified via running and testing the prototype.

文摘The technical route of partial revision in overall plan of land use is briefly described.It is pointed out that problems of area measuring in the technical route are mainly due to the digital process.The digital problems of partial revision in overall plan of land use are presented as follows:the maps are not proofread before digitalization;the coordinate matching and projection transformation are not conducted on the maps;the information is asymmetrical pre and post the digitalization;the location lacks precision;the result maps are substandard.The causes of these problems are analyzed,which cover the following aspects.The lack of united management regulations;uneven working abilities of the staff in the compilation units;unawareness of the importance of map digilalization;poor basic conclitions of the original plan maps.At last,the relevant suggestions are put forward,for instance,releasing the national united management methods and technical criteria,establishing industrial admittance system and qualification system of complication units,setting up the mechanism of supervising digitalized results and controlling the quality,conducting coordinate matching and projection transformation and unifying the specification and mode of the results of maps so as to provide technical support for the overall plan of land use,play the micro-regulating role of land use and take a leading role in the sustainable development of social economy.
