IFCEM based recognition method for target with interval-overlapped hybrid attributes

When the attributes of unknown targets are not just numerical attributes,but hybrid attributes containing linguistic attributes,the existing recognition methods are not effective.In addition,it is more difficult to identify the unknown targets densely distributed in the feature space,especially when there is interval overlap between attribute measurements of different target classes.To address these problems,a novel method based on intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model(IFCEM)is proposed.For numerical attributes,targets in the database are divided into individual classes and overlapping classes,and for linguistic attributes,continuous interval-valued linguistic term set(CIVLTS)is used to describe target characteristic.A cloud modelbased method and an area-based method are proposed to obtain intuitionistic fuzzy decision information of query target on numerical attributes and linguistic attributes respectively.An improved inverse weighted kernel fuzzy c-means(IWK-FCM)algorithm is proposed for solution of attribute weight vector.The possibility matrix is applied to determine the identity and category of query target.Finally,a case study composed of parameter sensitivity analysis,recognition accuracy analysis.and comparison with other methods,is taken to verify the superiority of the proposed method.

Short-term outcomes of overlapped delta-shaped anastomosis, an innovative intracorporeal anastomosis technique, in totally laparoscopic colectomy for colon cancer

AIM To introduce an innovative intracorporeal anastomosis technique named overlapped delta-shaped anastomosis(ODA)for colon cancer cases undergoing totally laparoscopic colectomy(TLC)and to assess its feasibility and safety. METHODS From January 2016 to March 2017,a total of 20consecutive patients with colon cancer accepted TLC and the ODA technique at our medical center.Patient demographics,operative outcomes,perioperative complications,and pathological results were collected and analyzed. RESULTS We successfully completed TLC and the ODA procedure in all 20 cases,including 6(30%)males and 14(70%)females.In total,11(55%),2(10%),and 7(35%)cases accepted right hemicolectomy,transverse hemicolectomy,and left hemicolectomy,respectively.None of the surgeries were converted to an open operation.Mean operative time was 178.5 min,and mean estimated blood loss was 58.5 m L.Mean time to first flatus was 2.5 d,and mean postoperative hospitalization duration was 6.8 d.No severe complications occurred,such as anastomotic leakage,snastomotic stenosis,anastomotic bleeding,and wound infection,except for one case who suffered from an abdominal infection and another case who suffered from gastric paralysis syndrome.Tumor recurrence was not observed in any patient during the follow-up period. CONCLUSION The ODA technique for colon cancer cases undergoing TLC appears to be safe and feasible,although our current results need to be verified in further studies.

Overlapped OFDMA——新颖的多载波频谱共享传输机制

针对现有非连续正交频分复用(DOFDM)等系统通常只允许认知用户利用授权用户未使用的频带进行共享传输的问题,提出一种新颖的频谱共享传输机制,即混叠正交频分复用多址接入(Overlapped OFDMA),能够在一定条件下实现认知用户与授权用户的混叠频谱共享.通过对一般OFDM系统的信号结构进行研究发现,当认知用户的子载波带宽采用授权用户子载波带宽的一半进行传输、其频谱和授权用户频谱存在一定混叠时,只要认知用户保持和授权用户时域信号准同步且其子载波分配方案满足一定的限制条件,授权用户将不受干扰.由于各载波上的干扰都包含有其它载波的信息,因此认知用户可以通过适当的恢复算法将信息完整地恢复.仿真和分析结果表明,尽管Overlapped OFDMA会带来一定的复杂度,但授权用户的性能和DOFDM系统相比几乎相同,而认知用户却获得了更加优异的吞吐量性能.该机制为频谱共享传输体制的设计提供了新的可能性.

Assessing the deformation response of double-track overlapped tunnels using numerical simulation and field monitoring

The unprecedented rate of metro construction has led to a highly complex network of metro lines.Tunnels are being overlapped to an ever-increasing degree.This paper investigates the deformation response of double-track overlapped tunnels in Tianjin,China using finite element analysis(FEA)and field monitoring,considering the attributes of different tunneling forms.With respect to the upper tunneling,the results of the FEA and field monitoring showed that the maximum vertical displacements of the ground surface during the tail passage were 2.06 mm,2.25 mm and 2.39 mm obtained by the FEA,field monitoring and Peck calculation,respectively;the heaves on the vertical displacement curve were observed at 8 m(1.25D,where D is the diameter of the tunnel)away from the center of the tunnel and the curve at both sides was asymmetrical.Furthermore,the crown and bottom produce approximately0.38 mm and 1.26 mm of contraction,respectively.The results of the FEA of the upper and lower sections demonstrated that the tunneling form has an obvious influence on the deformation response of the double-track overlapped tunnel.Compared with the upper tunneling,the lower tunneling exerted significantly less influence on the deformation response,which manifested as a smaller displacement of the strata and deformation of the existing tunnel.The results of this study on overlapped tunnels can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.

3D placement of unmanned aerial vehicles and partially overlapped channel assignment for throughput maximization

This paper investigates a wireless system with multi-Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)for improving the overall throughput.In contrast to previous studies that optimize the locations of UAVs and channel assignment separately,this paper considers the two issues jointly by exploiting Partially Overlapped Channels(POCs).The optimization problem of maximizing network throughput is formulated as a non-convex and non-linear problem.In order to find a practical solution,the problem is decomposed into two subproblems,which are iteratively optimized.First,the optimal locations of UAVs are determined under a fixed channel assignment scheme by solving the mixed-integer second-order cone problem.Second,an efficient POC allocation scheme is determined via the proposed channel assignment algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed approach not only significantly improves system throughput and service reliability compared with the cases in which only orthogonal channels and stationary UAVs are considered,but also achieves similar performance using the exhaustive search algorithm with lower time complexity.

Overlapped Subarray Architecture of an Wideband Phased Array Antenna with Interference Suppression Capability

This paper presents a novel architecture of combining the linear array of antenna elements, where each antenna element has digitally selectable true time-delays as weights. Use of time-delays for beam-formation inherently makes the phased array network a wideband system. In particular, this technique envisage a new method of sharing antenna elements, by fixed overlapped sub-array architecture, which is able to maintain permissible element spacing to avoid grating lobe in antenna pattern. Moreover, this scheme additionally offers an easier null steering capability to the subarray architecture. This method essentially eliminates the need for intensive computation of complex weight vectors attached to each antenna element.

Nested Genetic Algorithm for Resolving Overlapped Spectral Bands

A nested genetic algorithm, including genetic parameter level and genetic implemented level for peak parameters, was proposed and applied for resolving overlapped spectral bands. By the genetic parameter level, parameters of generic algorithm were optimized; moreover, the number of overlapped peaks was determined simultaneously Then parameters of individual peaks were computed with the genetic implemented level.

A New Method to Resolve Overlapped Voltammetric Peaks

A new method called spline convolution (SC) for resolving overlapped peaks was proposed in this paper. The differential pulse voltammetric overlapped peaks of mixtures of Pb(II) and Tl(I) were investigated by this method, and satisfactory results were obtained. The results show excellent correlation between peak areas of the processed signals and the concentrations.

Overlapped Tray Seedling Raising Model for Mechanical Transplanting of Rice

With the development of China's social economy,transfer of rural labors,and rise of labor costs,the rice production technologies are changing from manual operation to mechanical operation.The core of mechanical rice production is mechanical planting,while the key to mechanical planting is the seedling raising.On the basis of analyzing and studying the problems and experience of traditional mechanical transplanting of rice,a new overlapped tray seedling raising model was introduced.Main features of this model: substrate seedling raising and overlapped seedling tray.The seedling trays for seeding line are overlapped,and the overlapped trays are moved into the seedling room with controlled temperature and humidity.The temperature of the seedling room is controlled at 30-32℃,and the humidity of the seedling room is controlled at above 90%.After about 48 h,when the seedling height reaches 0.5 cm,move the seedling trays to the nursery.This model consists of one seeding center( seedling raising center) and N nurseries,to realize 1 + N seedling raising for mechanical transplanting of rice.One seeding center can provide seedlings for several hundred to several thousand hectares of mechanical transplanting of rice,and provide a new model for social services.This model could improve the quality of seedlings,increase the seedling survival rate by about 20%,reduce the seedling raising costs by 15%-20%,reduce the seedling raising risks,and greatly increase the utilization rate of the site and equipment of seedling raising center.

Disturbed passage of jejunal limb near esophageal hiatus after overlapped esophagojejunostomy following laparoscopic total gastrectomy

BACKGROUND Overlapped esophagojejunostomy(OEJ) is a secure purely laparoscopic reconstruction after laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG). However, long-term surgical results have not been documented well.AIM In this paper, we report unusual patients who manifested jejunal limb stricture near the esophageal hiatus without anastomotic stenosis during long-term observation after surgery.METHODS From April 2009 until May 2020, we retrospectively reviewed 211 patients underwent LTG following by OEJ for gastric carcinoma and took a standard surveillance program. We aimed to characterize a novel complicated disorder observed in these patients to assist treatment and prevention.RESULTS Five patients(2.4%) had unusual jejunal limb stricture after LTG and OEJ,occurring at a mean of 10 mo after initial radical LTG. All five patients had disturbed oral intake and marked weight loss, and two had aspiration pneumonia.Various diagnostic modalities and intraoperative findings in each patient revealed an intact anastomosis, bent or tortuous jejunal limb resulting from loose fibrous adhesions on the left crus at the esophageal hiatus and no cancer recurrence. All five patients were successfully treated by reoperation for adhesiolysis, division of the left crus and rearrangement of the jejunal limb.CONCLUSION Disturbed passage through the jejunal limb near the hiatus can occur after some types of OEJ following LTG. We speculate that it may result from a short remnant esophagus, excessive mobilization of the jejunal limb that permits bending or tortuosity and adhesions on the left crus at the hiatus. Prevention for this complication is possible during the original LTG procedure.

Modified overlapped partly parallel decode for AR4JA codes in deep space communication

In this paper, according to the AR4JA codes in deep space communication, two kinds of iterative decoding including partly parallel decoding and overlapped partly parallel decoding are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of them are listed. A modified overlapped partly parallel decoding that not only inherits the advantages of the two algorithms, but also overcomes the shortcomings of the two algorithms is proposed. The simulation results show that the three kinds of decoding have the same decoding performance; modified overlapped partly parallel decoding improves the iterative convergence rate and the throughput of system.

Research on Separating Overlapped Explosion Recordings

By using wavelet analysis and the co-deduct method, under the condition that two explosions are supposed to have the same mechanism and strength, we separated the overlapped recordings successfully.

THE PHASE-OFFSET OVERLAPPED WAVE TECHNIQUE

【正】 A new digital communication technology based on the Phase-Offset OverlappedWaves (POOW) has been introduced in this letter. The waves can be considered as a specialmulticarrier different from traditional ones. The sub-waves in a coded word’s period of thePOOW are sine waves and have the same frequencies, but different starting phases. The mostimportant characteristic is that these sub-waves are the piecewise functions and not orthogonalin a code word period. The decoding can be implemented by solving a linear equation group.

Partially Overlapped Dual Laser Beams to Reduce Ablation Craters

We present our experimental ablation results for partially overlapped dual nanosecond laser beams(PO-DB)on metal and glass surfaces.Numerical simulations are performed to evaluate the crater reduction potential of the PO-DB setup.Damage probability experiments proved the collaboration of two beams within the overlap region.Bright-field and three-dimensional profile measurements verify the reduced ablation area from the proposed PODB scheme.Laser-induced plasma is generated when transparent glass is ablated.Atomic emission of Na I(~589.95nm)shows comparable signal between the PO-DB set and the traditional single laser beam set.The proposed PO-DB ablation mechanism could also be applied to femtosecond laser systems.

Wear Resistance Improvement of Keeled Structure and Overlapped Distribution of Snake Scales

The movement mode of snakes is crawling,and the living environment of snakes with numerous branches and stones will cause plenty of wear for the snake scales.There are plenty of surface structures and morphology on snake scales to avoid severe wear.Among them,the research towards the keeled structure on snake scales is missing.Therefore,in this research,the wear resistance improvement of the keeled structure on the snake scales and the overlapped distribution of snake scales are investigated.The keeled and smooth snake scales were 3D printed and they were distributed on the substrate in the overlapped or paralleled ways.Besides these four samples with keeled/smooth scales and overlapped/paralleled distributed,there is also a reference sample with the same thickness.Based on the tribology test,the number of grooves of samples with the keeled structures is higher than that of samples with smooth surfaces,which indicates that the keeled structure dramatically enhances the wear resistance of snake scales,especially during the wear in the vertical direction.The experiment on surface morphology greatly compromised the result of the tribology test.In addition,the bottom portion of the keeled snake scales can be protected by the keeled structure.Besides,the overlapped distribution can protect the central region of snake scales and provide double-layer protection of the snake body.Overall,the keeled structure and the overlapped distribution play a significant part in the improvement of wear resistance of the snake skin.These findings can enhance the knowledge of the reptiles-mimic surface structure and facilitate the application of military uniforms under high-wear conditions.

Overlap吻合与π吻合在全腹腔镜全胃切除术中的应用

目的:比较Overlap吻合与π吻合在全腹腔镜全胃切除术(TLTG)中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年2月至2022年2月在成都市第五人民医院行TLTG的胃癌患者98例,根据食管空肠吻合方式分为Overlap吻合组(n=56)和π吻合组(n=42)。比较两组围手术期指标(手术时间、吻合时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清扫数目、术后肛门排气时间、术后拔除引流管时间、术后住院时间、肿瘤上缘至食管切缘距离),吻合口相关并发症(吻合口出血、吻合口狭窄、吻合口漏)与随访并发症(吻合口溃疡、倾倒综合征、反流性食管炎、营养不良)发生情况,以及术前与术后3个月整体营养状况主观评估量表(PG-SGA)评分与营养状况客观指标(血红蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白)水平的变化。结果:Overlap吻合组手术时间[(230.36±25.12)min vs(205.58±20.43)min]、吻合时间[(43.22±6.15)min vs(27.45±5.36)min]均长于π吻合组(P<0.05);两组吻合口相关并发症、随访并发症发生率及术前、术后3个月PG-SGA量表评分与营养状况客观指标水平的变化差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Overlap吻合和π吻合在TLTG术中各有优势,π吻合可缩短手术时间和吻合时间。

Node correlation clustering algorithm for wireless multimedia sensor networks based on overlapped FoVs

In this paper, a clustering algorithm is proposed based on the high correlation among the overlapped field of views for the wireless multimedia sensor networks. Firstly, by calculating the area of the overlapped field of views （FoVs） based on the gird method, node correlations have been obtained. Then, the algorithm utilizes the node correlations to partition the network region in which there are high correlation multimedia sensor nodes. Meanwhile, in order to minimize the energy consumption for transmitting images, the strategy of the cluster heads election is proposed based on the cost estimation, which consists of signal strength and residual energy as well as the node correlation. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can balance the energy consumption and extend the network lifetime effectively.
