When it was founded in 1979, the Youngor Group, based in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, was just a private factory with a few hundred workers. Now it has grown into a leading company in China's garment industry, with more than 20,000 employees and net assets of over 5 billion yuan. It ranks 144th among China's top 500 enterprises.
