恐伤孕鼠对其仔鼠大脑皮质Reelin、VLDLR及P-DAB1表达的影响 被引量:6

目的:研究恐伤孕鼠对其仔鼠大脑皮质Reelin、VLDLR及P-DAB1表达的影响。方法:将受孕后雌鼠用随机分为正常组、模型组、补肾组,每组各10只。运用恐吓为主的复合应激法刺激造模,正常组不予刺激,造模时间为自分组第1天直至产下仔鼠。补肾... 目的:研究恐伤孕鼠对其仔鼠大脑皮质Reelin、VLDLR及P-DAB1表达的影响。方法:将受孕后雌鼠用随机分为正常组、模型组、补肾组,每组各10只。运用恐吓为主的复合应激法刺激造模,正常组不予刺激,造模时间为自分组第1天直至产下仔鼠。补肾组灌胃中药左归丸浓缩剂,2m L/100g体质量/d,正常组及模型组则根据雌鼠体质量予以等量0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃。仔鼠出生当天每窝随机取1-2只仔鼠断头取全脑,后将全脑固定,切取包含皮质的脑片。结果:模型组仔鼠大脑皮质区光镜下可见细胞较松散,组织结构较模糊,存在散在片状水肿,水肿区域神经细胞数目减少;补肾组与正常组比较,仔鼠大脑皮质在形态学上无明显改变。与正常组比较,补肾组和模型组仔鼠大脑皮质Reelin、VLDLR及P-DAB1的蛋白表达均下调(P<0.01);与模型组比较,补肾组仔鼠大脑皮质Reelin、VLDLR及P-DAB1的蛋白表达明显上调(P<0.01)。结论:恐伤孕鼠可以引起仔鼠大脑皮质发育异常,而左归丸通过调节Reelin信号通路可阻断或降低仔鼠大脑皮质发育障碍损伤的发生。 展开更多

The three-phase dual active bridge(3 p-DAB)converter is widely considered in next-generation DC grid applications.As for traditional AC grids,the successful integration of power electronic converters in DC grids requires accurate time-domain system-level studies.As demonstrated in the existing literature,the development and efficient implementation of large-signal models of 3 pDAB converters are not trivial.In this paper,a generalized average model is developed,which enables system-level simulation of DC grids with 3 p-DAB converters in electromagnetic transient type(EMT-type)programs.The proposed model is rigorously compared with alternative modeling techniques:ideal-model,switching-function and state-space averaging.It is concluded that the generalized average model provides an optimal solution when accuracy of transient response,reduction in computation time,and wideband response factors are considered. 展开更多
