The sole product （Z）-5-fuoror-2-methyl-l-（p-methylsulfinylbenzylidene）-3-indenyl acetic acid （Sulindac） was obtained and the E isomer of it was not found. X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis showed that the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding and weak intermolecular hydrogen bonding coexisted in Sulindac.展开更多
