精神分裂症患者行奥氮平治疗后阴性症状以及执行功能和PSP评分改善情况分析

分析奥氮平治疗的相应流程和主要功能,明确此种治疗是否会使精神分裂症患者阴性症状产生变化,对于增强患者执行功能有无显著帮助。方法 应用威斯康星卡片分类测验和个人与社会表现量表测试评估60例精神分裂症患者(分为对照组与观察组各30例),对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗。结果 作为数据比较观察分析的重点,并着眼于量表评分。结果 观察组治疗后的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的持续错误数、随机错误数评分低于对照组(P<0.05),完成分类树和总正确数比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的PSP评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 奥氮平能改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,有利于强化患者执行功能,使患者的社会表现产生变化。

Indoor Formaldehyde Removal Techniques through Paints: Review

Due to its ability to cause illnesses and discomfort even at low concentrations, formaldehyde pollution of indoor air poses a significant risk to human health. Sources of formaldehyde in indoor environments include textiles, paints, wallpapers, glues, adhesives, varnishes, and lacquers;furniture and wooden products like particleboard, plywood, and medium-density fiberboard that contain formaldehyde-based resins;shoe products;cosmetics;electronic devices;and other consumer goods like paper products and insecticides. According to the World Health Organisation, indoor formaldehyde concentrations shouldn’t exceed 0.1 mg/m3. The methods include membrane separation, plasma, photocatalytic decomposition, physisorption, chemisorption, biological and botanical filtration, and catalytic oxidation. Materials based on metal oxides and supported noble metals work as oxidation catalysts. Consequently, a paint that passively eliminates aldehydes from buildings can be developed by adding absorbents and formaldehyde scavengers to the latex composition. It will be crucial to develop techniques for the careful detection and removal of formaldehyde in the future. Additionally, microbial decomposition is less expensive and produces fewer pollutants. The main goal of future research will be to develop a biological air quality control system that will boost the effectiveness of formaldehyde elimination. The various methods of removing formaldehyde through paints have been reviewed here, including the use of mixed metal oxides, formaldehyde-absorbing emulsions, nano titanium dioxide, catalytic oxidation, and aromatic formaldehyde abating materials that can improve indoor air quality.

Co-pyrolysis of Sewage Sludge with Paint Sludge: Kinetics and Thermodynamic Analysis via Iso-conversional Methods

This study explored the synergistic interaction of sewage sludge(SS)and automotive paint sludge(PS)during co-pyrolysis for the optimized treatment of sewage sludge in cement kiln systems,utilizing thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and thermogravimetric-mass spectrometry(TGA-MS).The result reveals the coexisting synergistic and antagonistic effects in the co-pyrolysis of SS/PS.The synergistic effect arises from hydrogen free radicals in SS and catalytic components in PS,while the main source of the antagonistic effect is that,during the mechanical mixing process,the SS/PS is converted from the particulate form into a dough-like rubbery which contributes to the film-forming effect,hindering the volatilization of volatile components.SS/PS co-pyrolysis reduces the yielding of tar production while increasing coke and gas.This study will provide some in-depth insights into the co-pyrolysis of SS/PS,and offer theoretical support for the subsequent research on the collaborative disposal processes in cement kilns.

Improved Scatter Search Algorithm for Multi-skilled Personnel Scheduling of Ship Block Painting

This paper focuses on the optimization method for multi-skilled painting personnel scheduling.The budget working time analysis is carried out considering the influence of operating area,difficulty of spraying area,multi-skilled workers,and worker’s efficiency,then a mathematical model is established to minimize the completion time. The constraints of task priority,paint preparation,pump management,and neighbor avoidance in the ship block painting production are considered. Based on this model,an improved scatter search(ISS)algorithm is designed,and the hybrid approximate dynamic programming(ADP)algorithm is used to improve search efficiency. In addition,the two solution combination methods of path-relinking and task sequence combination are used to enhance the search breadth and depth. The numerical experimental results show that ISS has a significant advantage in solving efficiency compared with the solver in small scale instances;Compared with the scatter search algorithm and genetic algorithm,ISS can stably improve the solution quality. Verified by the production example,ISS effectively shortens the total completion time of the production,which is suitable for scheduling problems in the actual painting production of the shipyard.

The Study of “Imitation” Aesthetics in Ancient Painting Theory-Taking the Chinese and Western Sources as an Example

The theory of“imitation”in painting occupies a leading position in western art,which originated from the theory of“imitation”in ancient Greece,and has become one of the art theories affecting the world through the continuous development of later generations.Through the exploration of the source of“imitation”in China and the West,there are some comments on the meaning of“imitation”in Chinese classical painting theory,such as“transfer model writing”and“image form”,which is obvious differences from the west.Traditional Chinese painting is a combination of careful observation of natural things and subjective emotions to express their own aesthetic feelings,and ultimately form a vivid artistic conception.Modern imitation is borrowed from Western imitation.In fact,imitation in traditional painting has its own meaning,which contains Chinese aesthetic thought.“Imitation”aesthetics is unique in traditional Chinese painting and is the most important form of painting art.

Analysis of Color and Artistic Conception in Painting Art

The charm of painting,as a bright pearl in the treasure house of culture,lies in its visual language constructed through colors and lines,which conveys the artist’s unique perception of life and profound emotions.Color,as the most intuitive and expressive language in painting,is not only a simple reproduction of material colors but also a projection of the artist’s inner world.Artistic conception,as a core concept in traditional Chinese painting theory,refers to the emotional atmosphere and spiritual mood embedded in paintings.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the interaction between color and mood in painting art,to analyze the techniques of using color in different painting styles and their influence on the creation of mood,and to provide new perspectives and methods for the creation of paintings.

Analysis of Viewing Paintings from the Perspective of Iconography

Distinguished from purely formalistic research methods,iconography pursues the interpretation of the hidden historical and humanistic connotations behind artworks,and is a discipline that combines visual text and content analysis methods.Combining the three stages of iconography proposed by Panofsky,the paper studies Shizeng Chen’s Viewing Paintings from the perspective of iconography,summarizing the formation and change of the images and contents of the artworks in the cultural system and civilization at that time,as well as their implied ideology,and analyzing the hidden spirit of the times and the historical significance behind them,so as to expound their iconographic significance.Through an in-depth discussion at three levels:pre-pictorial iconographic description,iconographic analysis,and iconographic interpretation,the facts and surface contents reproduced in the images,the traditional level of literary,artistic,and cultural knowledge,as well as the interpretation of the potential meanings are revealed.

Color Expression and Mood Creation in Imagery Oil Painting

Oil painting is a traditional Western painting form.With the introduction of China and the influence of China’s traditional painting and aesthetics,the painting style became more distinctive,expanding a new development direction of oil painting,and thus imagery oil painting came into being.Color,as the most important element in imagery oil painting,mainly plays the role of mood creation and emotional expression.Many creators are good at injecting their thoughts and emotions into the paintings through color matching,so as to enhance the artistic expression of the paintings.This paper analyzes the color expression characteristics of imagery oil painting and explores the color expression techniques in imagery oil painting and mood creation of imagery oil painting from several aspects.

PIV及PSP技术在大飞机风洞试验中的综合应用

在FL-61风洞中,对高频粒子图像测速(particle image velocimetry, PIV)试验系统在真实风洞环境中的速度场测量精度进行了试验研究,结果表明在30~280 m/s范围内,PIV试验系统测量精度优于1%。以不同厚度和粗糙度的聚酰亚胺不干胶薄膜模拟模型表面PSP涂层,研究了压力敏感涂层(pressure sensitive paint, PSP)对测力测压数据的影响,结果表明将涂层厚度控制在0.03 mm以内可有效降低涂层对测力测压数据的影响。在FL-62连续式跨声速风洞中使用民机校验模型,进行了两种技术的综合应用研究,采用极短时间间隔的错时采集技术,实现了PIV技术与PSP技术的准同步综合化应用,获得了大飞机模型机翼上表面空间流动速度场及机翼表面压力分布。

基于PSP/TSP测量的TSTO标模级间分离气动干扰特性试验分析

两级入轨空天飞行器(TSTO)并联级间分离存在复杂的气动干扰现象,理解气动干扰特性对分离安全性设计和评估具有重要意义。本文在Φ0.5 m高超声速风洞中开展了基于压敏漆(PSP)与温敏漆(TSP)试验技术的级间气动干扰特性研究,解决了有遮挡条件下的压敏漆与温敏漆测量难题,获得了马赫数6条件下不同级间距的高分辨率大面积连续压力和温度分布特性。研究表明:轨道级头部激波直接入射至助推级壁面,与边界层相互干扰,诱导流动分离;入射激波与分离激波在级间区域会产生多次反射,形成三维复杂波系结构;随着分离距离增大,级间流场呈现从缝隙流到小通道流再到大通道流的流动特征,级间高压高温干扰区则呈现从前往后移动且峰值减弱的特点,这也是改变两级气动力/力矩特性、影响分离过程中两级位姿变化的主要因素。

Investigation of paint removal by atmospheric pressure plasma jet

Acrylic polyurethane paint on the surface of 2A12 Al alloy was cleaned utilizing an atmospheric pressure plasma jet in this work.The dynamic evolution of the paint removal process during plasma treatment with time was explored through analysis of morphology and chemical states.The results showed that although the thickness of paint could be reduced effectively with an increase in cleaning time,the removal rate of paint gradually decreased with time.During the initial cleaning process range,its original smooth morphology of paint turned rugged quickly and was almost unchanged with further plasma treatment.Element and chemical state analysis showed that the content of C in the paint layer decreased obviously after plasma treatment.In contrast,the O content increased remarkably.The cleaning mechanism could be mainly attributed to the reaction between active O-containing species in air plasma and organic components in the paint.After removal of superficial organic matter,residue inorganic metal oxide substances aggregated on the base.The exposed metal oxides on the one hand elevated the superficial O content,but on the other hand hindered further plasma penetration,resulting in a gradual decrease in cleaning rate with cleaning time.Therefore,physical wiping was proposed to be incorporated with the plasma method and effective removal of paint was realized.

丙二酸盐克罗诺杆菌PspA包涵体蛋白的表达、复性及纯化方法优化

为研究丙二酸盐克罗诺杆菌(Cronobacter malonaticus)中噬菌体休克蛋白A(phage shock protein A,PspA)的结构与功能,文章构建了PspA融合蛋白表达载体,但重组蛋白以包涵体形式大量表达;为获取较高浓度的可溶性蛋白进行后续探究,使用尿素裂解液使蛋白变性后,经多种方法复性GST-PspA包涵体蛋白,使其重新恢复生物学活性。研究结果表明,4℃低温条件下包涵体蛋白经尿素梯度稀释透析以控制复性速率,防止蛋白分子快速聚集,可以实现高效复性和纯化GST-PspA融合蛋白。为进一步探索Psp系统中各蛋白的功能及相互作用的研究提供一定的参考。

Chinese Sources for AfterWards:From Premodern Poetry,Paintings,and Medical Texts to Modern Novels,Film,and Documentaries

This paper focuses on Chinese sources suggested for a narrative medicine(NM)program,called AfterWards.Dr Lauren Small established AfterWards in 2014 and has been coordinating it since out of the Pediatrics Department at Johns Hopkins Medicine.In early 2019,she started giving a series of lectures and workshops about AfterWards to Chinese medical educators and clinicians in Beijing and Shanghai.She created an AfterWards Facilitator’s Guide based on Western-language sources for workshop participants.She also started to organize with Jiang Yuhong(Peking Union Medical College)a workshop for Chinese colleagues to be held at Johns Hopkins Medicine in October 2019.They invited the author to participate.The idea was hatched then to develop Chinese source materials following the AfterWards structure for an updated Facilitator’s Guide that Dr Small had initially written.A typical one-hour AfterWards session consists of a specific five-part structure:a literary text or artwork,an associated theme,discussion topics,a writing exercise,and shared reflection.While the content of the program always changes from session to session,the basic structure remains the same.This paper summarizes the types of Chinese sources and their related narrative-medicine themes that were originally selected for inclusion in the updated AfterWards Facilitator’s Guide intended for Chinese colleagues.These sources about coping with sick family members,aging,and illness ranged from the textual(classical Chinese poems on aging and diagnostic forms for training students)and visual(premodern Chinese paintings and murals of medical encounters)to the fictive(novels)and performative(contemporary Asian-American film in English and Chinese-language film and documentaries).

APST-Flow: A Reversible Network-Based Artistic Painting Style Transfer Method

In recent years,deep generative models have been successfully applied to perform artistic painting style transfer(APST).The difficulties might lie in the loss of reconstructing spatial details and the inefficiency of model convergence caused by the irreversible en-decoder methodology of the existing models.Aiming to this,this paper proposes a Flow-based architecture with both the en-decoder sharing a reversible network configuration.The proposed APST-Flow can efficiently reduce model uncertainty via a compact analysis-synthesis methodology,thereby the generalization performance and the convergence stability are improved.For the generator,a Flow-based network using Wavelet additive coupling(WAC)layers is implemented to extract multi-scale content features.Also,a style checker is used to enhance the global style consistency by minimizing the error between the reconstructed and the input images.To enhance the generated salient details,a loss of adaptive stroke edge is applied in both the global and local model training.The experimental results show that the proposed method improves PSNR by 5%,SSIM by 6.2%,and decreases Style Error by 29.4%over the existing models on the ChipPhi set.The competitive results verify that APST-Flow achieves high-quality generation with less content deviation and enhanced generalization,thereby can be further applied to more APST scenes.

Effects of Polygonatum sibiricum Polysaccharide (PSP) on Inflammatory Factors in Rats Fed on High-fat Diet

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the effects of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide(PSP)on chronic intestinal inflammation caused by high-fat diet.[Methods]Thirty five male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group(NC,normal diet,n=10)and a high-fat diet group(HF,high-fat diet,n=25).After 8 weeks,an obesity model was established.The HF group was randomly divided into an HF group and a PSP treatment group[PSP,300 mg/(kg·d)].After 6 weeks of intervention with PSP,rat serum was collected,and the spleen and thymus were stripped,and weighed.Serum IgG,IgM,LPS and IL-1βand IL-6 contents were detected by ELISA,and HE staining was adopted to observe the pathological changes of the colon tissue.[Results]PSP reduced the level of LPS caused by high-fat diet and the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α,increased the indexes of the thymus and spleen serving as immune organs,increased IgG and IgM contents,and alleviated pathological damage to the colon tissue caused by high-fat diet.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical basis and experimental basis for the development of drugs for treating metabolic diseases such as obesity and inflammation.

Aesthetic Utopia,Revolution in Daily Life and Identity Construction of Peasant Paintings

Peasant painting is a kind of painting created by farmers as creative subject,bearing rich significance.According to the historical development of peasant painting in reality,the types of meaning it carried could be divided into three types in chronological order:political ideological significance,folk life significance,and creative fashion significance.These three types of meaning gave rise to three types of aesthetic utopia,namely political aesthetic utopia,folk aesthetic utopia and fashion aesthetic utopia.The three types of aesthetic utopia reflected three forms of negation and revolution of daily life.What the political aesthetic utopia resisted was the alienation force of material desire.What folk aesthetic utopia resisted was the desire for material and the binding of political ideology.The fashion aesthetic utopia opposed the relatively narrow localism.Through these three forms of resistance,the public also constructed three identities:the interpreter of their own aesthetic interpretation of political ideology,the interpreter of their own aesthetic interpretation of real life from perspective of local feelings,and the interpreter of their own aesthetic interpretation of real life from perspective of the relationship between themselves and the world.

PSP术与SP术治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的效果对比分析

目的腮腺浅表良性肿瘤患者,经过腮腺浅表部分切除术(PSP)和腮腺浅表切除术(SP)治疗效果对比分析。方法回顾性分析郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院2016年5月至2021年5月收治的68例腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,其中PSP术34例,SP术34例,观察两组各项手术指标、手术前后相关评分[体像担忧问卷(BICI)、身体意象量表(BIS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)]、术后并发症情况、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果术前两组BICI、BIS、HADS、SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PSP组术中失血量、解剖面神经分支数少于SP组,手术时间、切口长度短于SP组;出院前两组评分均下降,其中PSP组BICI、BIS、HADS焦虑、HADS抑郁评分均低于SP组;PSP组术后并发症率发生率(14.71%)低于SP组(35.29%);出院前PSP组SF-36评分高于SP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腮腺浅叶部分切除术对腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的治疗可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善患者负面情绪,并降低各项并发症发生情况,提升患者术后生活质量,整体疗效理想。

Reclusive Dwelling Schema of Chinese Landscape Painting:Narrative Medium,Visualization,and Implication

The reclusive dwelling is an important part of the traditional philosophical culture of ancient China.The Chinese spiritual imagery of reclusion is mainly represented by narrative mediums of poems,paintings,and garden works,resulting in artistic visualization with poetic implication.The article analyzed six Chinese landscape paintings of reclusive dwelling theme,in terms of narrative medium,visualization,and implication.The intention is to conclude the reclusive dwelling schema of Chinese landscape painting and study a visualizing methodology involved spiritual implication on dwelling,which could be beneficial to both contemporary art and architectural creations.
