Study on Problems and Countermeasures in the Management of Spot Check of Chinese Herbal Pieces

Objective To provide suggestions for optimizing the sampling management of Chinese herbal pieces and improving the quality Chinese herbal pieces.Methods Logical reasoning method was used to analyze the problems in the drug spot check of Chinese herbal pieces based on the data of drug quality published by the National Medical Products Administration from 2013 to 2021,combined with the current provisions and implementation of drug spot check management in China.Results and Conclusion At present,there are some problems in the drug spot check of Chinese herbal pieces,such as fewer varieties of Chinese herbal pieces in the national drug spot check,the unreasonable sampling links,the insufficient territorial management in some areas,and error-prone sample extraction.It is suggested that the actual quantity and overall quality of Chinese herbal pieces should be fully considered in the formulation of sampling plan.Besides,the variety coverage of drug spot check of traditional Chinese medicine should be strengthened.In the planning,the sampling links shall be made as a whole,and the credit rating and distribution of drug production,operation and use units within the jurisdiction shall be fully combined.While strengthening the sampling management at the production end in areas with concentrated industries,regional special drug spot check should be carried out or the administrative forces at the provincial,municipal and county levels should be fully mobilized to avoid local protection.In the assigned tasks,the name of Chinese herbal pieces should be accurately expressed to avoid the sampling errors of Chinese herbal pieces with the same original medicinal materials and different processing methods.

基于语料分析的文化负载词英译描述性研究——以Thousand Pieces of Gold为例

母语为英语的华裔作家多以海外华人生活或华人历史为背景进行文学创作,他们的文学创作呈现出一种用英语表达中国社会文化的‘翻译性',是一种涉及到英语母语和目的语汉语两种语言的转换的文学创作。鉴于这种特殊性,本研究以Ruthanne Lum McCunn的英文原版小说Thousand Pleces of Gold(《千金》)作为研究文本,结合语料对作品中汉语文化负载词的英语表达规律进行描述分析来探讨汉语文化负载词的英译策略。

Surface Magnet Gears with a New Magnet Arrangement and Optimal Shape of Stationary Pole Pieces

In mechanical gear systems, dust, noise, vibration, and tooth wear are generated by frictions among gear teeth, and suppressing friction requires lubrication. Magnetic gears transmit torque by magnetic forces without contact and so avoid contact-related problems. The present paper discusses magnet arrangements and the shape of stationary gear teeth to improve transmission torque in surface magnet type magnetic gear transmission mechanisms.

Interaction of a parabolic-shaped pulse pair in a passively mode-locked Yb-doped fiber laser

We numerically investigate the formation and interaction of a parabolic-shaped pulse pair in a passively mode-locked Yb-doped fiber laser. Based on a lumped model, the parabolic-shaped pulse pair is obtained by controlling the intercavity average dispersion and gain saturation energy, Moreover, pulse repulsive and attractive motion are also achieved with different pulse separations. Simulation results show that the phase shift plays an important role in pulse interaction, and the interaction is determined by the inter-cavity average dispersion and gain saturation energy, i.e., the strength of the interaction is proportional to the gain saturation energy, a stronger gain saturation energy will result in a higher interaction intensity. On the contrary, the increase of the inter-cavity dispersion will counterbalance some interaction force. The results also show that the interaction of a parabolic-shaped pulse pair has a larger interaction distance compared to conventional solitons.

A Dual-Platform Laser Scanner for 3D Reconstruction of Dental Pieces

This paper presents a dual-platform scanner for dental reconstruction based on a three-dimensional(3D)laser-scanning method.The scanner combines translation and rotation platforms to perform a holistic scanning.A hybrid calibration method for laser scanning is proposed to improve convenience and precision.This method includes an integrative method for data collection and a hybrid algorithm for data processing.The integrative method conveniently collects a substantial number of calibrating points with a stepped gauge and a pattern for both the translation and rotation scans.The hybrid algorithm,which consists of a basic model and a compensation network,achieves strong stability with a small degree of errors.The experiments verified the hybrid calibration method and the scanner application for the measurement of dental pieces.Two typical dental pieces were measured,and the experimental results demonstrated the validity of the measurement that was performed using the dual-platform scanner.This method is effective for the 3D reconstruction of dental pieces,as well as that of objects with irregular shapes in engineering fields.

A systematic review and meta-analysis to compare the effects of Chinese herbal pieces and granule in different diseaseherbal pieces

Objective:Compared to Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,the quality of TCM granule is stable and controllable,it is also a convenient alternative to decocting herbs.However,whether they are as clinically effective as Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces is still controversial.In this study,a systematic review and meta-analysis were performed to assess the clinical efficacy of TCM granules and Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces.Methods:A search of online databases for eligible articles was performed,including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Internet,WanFang,and Chongqing VIP Information,searching from the inception of these databases to 2020.The Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0 was used to independently identify the trials,extract data,and assess the risk of bias.The meta-analysis was performed via RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 98 eligible articles were included.After classification and statistical analysis of the related diseases,a meta-analysis was performed on 8 types of illnesses(cold,hypertension,migraine,osteoporosis,and diseases of the digestive system,such as gastritis,gastric ulcer,colitis,epigastric pain)included in 66 randomized controlled trials to compare the clinical efficacy and adverse events of TCM granules and Chinese herbal pieces.Meta-analysis showed that compared with Chinese herbal piecesherbal pieces,TCM granules had similar effectiveness and safety in treating cold,hypertension,and osteoporosis,but a higher response rate in migraines and a better effect in reducing migraine duration and higher response rate on diseases of the digestive system.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional decoctions,TCM formula granules had the same efficacy and safety,moreover,they had higher efficacy and safety in treating migraines and digestive system diseases.

Analysis on the Pharmacists Intervention Results of the Problems from 2000 Prescriptions of Chinese Herbal Pieces

OBJECTIVE: To interfere with the improper prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces issued by the outpatient doctors so as to reduce the doctor's prescription error rate and ensure the safety of medication for patients. METHODS:Based on Prescription Administrative Policy, Management Standard of Chinese Herbal Pieces in Hospital, and Beijing Chinese Herbal Pieces Dispensing Regulation, 2000 prescriptions were collected and analyzed according to the different intervention, and solutions were put forward for a variety of reasons. RESULTS: In 2000 prescriptions, there were 932 prescriptions containing toxic drug overdose without double signature, 577 prescriptions of dose error, 282 prescriptions of ingredients error, 85 prescriptions with wrong route of administration, 73 prescriptions of herb incompatibility without double signature, and 51 prescriptions with repeat herbs, accounting for 46.5%, 28.85%, 14.1%, 4.25%, 3.65% and2.55% of the total number of prescriptions respectively. After the intervention of pharmacists, 2000 prescriptions were all successfully intervened to protect the safety of medication. CONCLUSIONS: TCM pharmacist should double check prescriptions with errors issued by doctors, so as to reduce the prescription error rate, and ensure the safety of medication and rehabilitation of patients, and then improve values of pharmacists.

Experimental Study on Entropy Features in Machining Vibrations of A Thin-Walled Tubular Workpiece

In machining processes,chatter vibrations are always regarded as one of the major limitations for production quality and efficiency.Accurate and timely monitoring of chatter is helpful to maintain stable machining operations.At present,most chatter monitoring methods are based on the energy level at specified chatter frequencies or frequency bands.However,the spectral features of chatter could change during machining operations due to complexity and time-varying dynamics of the physical machining process.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the time-varying chatter features in turning of thin-walled tubular workpieces from the perspective of entropy.The airborne acoustics was selected as the source of information for machining condition monitoring.First,corresponding to the distinguishing surface topographies relevant to machining conditions,the features of the sound signal emitted during turning of the thin-walled cylindrical workpieces were extracted using the spectral analysis and wavelet packet transform,respectively.It was shown that the dominant vibration frequency as well as the energy distribution could shift with the transition of the machining status.After that,two relative entropy indicators based on the spectrum and the wavelet packet energy were constructed to identify chattering events in turning of the thin-walled tubes.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed indicators could accurately reflect the transition of machining conditions with high sensitivity and robustness in comparison with the traditional FFT-based methods.The achievement of this study lays the foundations of the online chatter monitoring and control technique for turning of the thin-walled tubular workpieces.

《中药饮片临方炮制规范》解读

为推进中药饮片临方炮制规范发展,由中华中医药学会医院药学分会组织,河南中医药大学第一附属医院和江苏省中医院牵头,会同全国28家医疗机构共同起草了《中药饮片临方炮制规范》。2021年6月,中华中医药学会批准发布该团体标准(T/CACM 1367-2021)。该文对该规范进行详细解读,以期促进《中药饮片临方炮制规范》的落地实施,推动传统中药炮制的传承创新。

基于中药监管科学创新技术体系破解国家中药类产品集中带量采购难点

在国家推动药品集中带量采购(以下简称集采)工作常态化背景下,中成药大品种在全国范围内的集采已经落地开展,中药饮片的省际联合采购也正在进行,而未来中药配方颗粒纳入集采也是大势所趋。然而,中药不同于化学药品,其原料来源于天然资源,组成成分复杂、功效主治多样,是一个多功效、多组分的复杂体系,加之中药类产品生产过程复杂,产品质量良莠不齐,生产成本相差悬殊,如何在中药类产品集采中科学评价产品质量,体现优质优价,以及如何科学评估中药类产品的生产成本,制定合理的最高限价,都是中药集采工作执行中亟待解决的难点问题。针对上述难点,笔者提出基于中药监管科学体系,创新制定中药类产品质量等级标准以及构建全产业链溯源与供应保障平台,从而确保中药类产品集采保质、提级、稳供、高质量发展的新思路。

基于可靠性的疲劳试验数据处理方法

本文基于疲劳可靠性的基本原理,在疲劳寿命对数正态分布的假设下,根据t分布理论,结合船舶及海洋工程一般构件具有95%置信度和97.72%可靠度下的P-S-N曲线的基本要求,推算出了具有95%置信度和误差限度5%内的疲劳试件个数与允许的最大变异系数数值对应关系,以此作为成组法疲劳试验的最少试件个数的判据开展典型节点的疲劳试验,得到具有95%置信度的百位估计值Np;并通过线性相关系数r判断对数疲劳应力Y=log S与X=log Np之间线性相关的程度,采用最小二乘法对对数疲劳寿命lg Np和对数疲劳应力lg S线性拟合,得到具有95%置信度的P-S-N曲线,并与IIW规范中相应的曲线进行对比分析,验证了本文试验方法的可行性和可靠性。

省级中药饮片炮制规范法律属性探析

目的为省级中药饮片炮制规范法律地位的明确以及《药品管理法》中“药品标准”法律表述的立法技术完善提供参考。方法结合我国药品地方标准法律渊源,对中药饮片国家药品标准构成要件以及现行省级中药饮片炮制规范构成进行分析,同时基于法律解释的方法,对《药品管理法》中省级中药饮片炮制规范的法律内涵进行探讨。结果与结论在药品监管实务中,省级中药饮片炮制规范实质为地方药品标准,2019年新修订的《药品管理法》对药品标准进行了专门规定,但对于省级中药饮片炮制规范的药品标准法律属性并未作出规定,存在一定的立法技术瑕疵。建议在《药品管理法》修正时,对省级中药饮片炮制规范的药品标准法律属性予以明确。

本草经典理论体系之饮片炮制论

中医临床用药有2个最重要的特色:一是药材炮制成饮片后方能入药,中药的性、味、归经等功效属性均源自饮片;二是饮片需经临床医师辨证论治、复方配伍后使用,这样才能以君、臣、佐、使的和合之力发挥最佳疗效。炮制是形成性、味、归经等中药药性的重要阶段,也是中药临床应用的必经过程。炮制的自身发展也经历了从临床用药需求到药性形成需求的升华,从简单净制处理到水火共制成就药性的演变,从物理变化、化学变化到生物变化的递进,从产地粗加工到减毒增效、改性存效的精妙工艺传承。从炮制称谓演变开始,系统梳理炮制方法变迁、炮制目的演进、炮制工艺的传承,以期勾勒出本草经典中蕴含的中药饮片炮制科学理论。
