The calculation results show the through-space interactions are exponential flareout with increasing of the distance of two orbitals, and.both through-space interactions and through-bond interactions are sizable but those two interactions oppose each other causing the net splitting to be small. Transition-state procedure was used to calculate ionization potentials, the results are in agreement with the PE-spectra.展开更多
Gas chromatography with ion-trap mass spectrometric detector(GC-MS)was used to determine the chlorinating reaction products of [2,2]-paracyclophane(PCP).Results with mass chromatogram analysis indicates the chlorinati...Gas chromatography with ion-trap mass spectrometric detector(GC-MS)was used to determine the chlorinating reaction products of [2,2]-paracyclophane(PCP).Results with mass chromatogram analysis indicates the chlorinating reaction products of PCP are chloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane mixtures,and different compound has a few kinds of isomers respectively.Chloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane mixture consists of one-chloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane(one-chloro-PCP)with single structure,two-chloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane(two-chloro-PCP)with five types of isomers,and three-chloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane(three-chloro-PCP)with four types of isomers.In fact,there are three isomers with two Cl on two benzenes respectively and two isomers with two Cl on a benzene simultaneity in two-chloro-PCP compound,there are four isomers with a Cl on a benzene and two Cl on the other benzene in three-chloro-PCP compound.The two-chloro-PCP compound is determined to be the main component and the others are subsidiary substances from RIC of the chlorinating products of PCP.展开更多
