Both schemes utilize a nonlinear observer/filter structure to compensate for uncertainties in corresponding friction parameters associated with the turntable system. Moreover, in the second scheme, adjustable gains are introduced into the dual nonlin- ear filters and they can be tuned to improve the position tracking performance. In both cases, a Lyapunov-like argument is provided for the global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes. 展开更多

Through numerical examples, it is found that some high order modes are likely to be overlooked because of their higher positions of modal order, in spite of their significance to wind response. According to the contributions of modes to strain energy of system, the paper presented an efficient method to compensate the errors owing to missing out some significant high order modes. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a numerical analysis of the wind responses of a spherical dome. 展开更多

Impact of GaNAs strain compensation layer on the electronic structure of InAs/GaAs quantum dots

The strain and electron energy levels of InAs/GaAs(001) quantum dots (QDs) with a GaNAs strain compensation layer (SCL) are investigated. The results show that both the hydrostatic and biaxiai strain inside the QDs with a GaNAs SCL are reduced compared with those with GaAs capping layers. Moreover, most of the compressive strain in the growth surface is compensated by the tensile strain of the GaNAs SCL, which implies that the influence of the strain environment of underlying QDs upon the next-layer QDs' growth surface is weak and suggests that the homogeneity and density of QDs can be improved. Our results are consistent with the published experimental literature. A GaNAs SCL is shown to influence the strain and band edge. As is known, the strain and the band offset affect the electronic structure, which shows that the SCL is proved to be useful to tailor the emission wavelength of QDs. Our research helps to better understand how the strain compensation technology can be applied to the growth of stacked QDs, which are useful in solar cells and laser devices. 展开更多

A quantitative model is proposed based upon Reputation Model. The present compensation structure of U. S. venture capital limited partnerships is analyzed and a kind of new compensation structure is proposed. The relations between the venture capitalist’ s effort level and the two compensation structures are given . The comparison of analytical results proves that the present compensation structure in U.S. may not be the best choice, and that the proposed one can give a better motivation for venture capitalist’s management action. 展开更多

The relationship between the structural evolution and redox of Li-rich transition-metal layered oxides(LLOs)cathodes remains ambiguous,obstructing the development of high-performance lithium-ion(Li^(+))battery.Herein,the coherent effects of local atomic and electronic structure in Li_(2)Ru_(x)Mn_(1-x)O_(3)(LRMO)with a wide voltage window(1.3–4.8 V)is identified by in situ X-ray absorption fine spectroscopy(XAFS)and chemometrics.We not only skillfully separated the redox active structures to track the electrochemical path,but also visualized the coupling mechanism between the evolution of Ru-Ru dimer and the(de)excitation of cations and anions.Furthermore,introducing manganese triggers the“heterogeneity”of coordination environment and electronic structure between Ru and Mn after discharge to 3 V.The change of thermodynamic and kinetic paths affects the relithiation,and further leads to the hysteresis of the anion activation structure relaxation of Li_(2)Ru_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)O_(3)relative to Li_(2)RuO_(3)(LRO).Additionally,it is demonstrated that the high charge cut-off voltage restrains the relaxation of anionic active structure in LRO from a new perspective through comparative experiments.Our work associates the evolution of atomic structure with charge compensation and negative electrochemical reactions such as voltage hysteresis(VH)and capacity attenuation,deepening the understanding electrochemical reaction mechanism of LLOs during the first cycle and providing a theoretical support for the further design and synthesis of high-efficiency cathodes. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the fuzzy variable structure control algorithms for delay systems and describes the compensation mechanism of the integral factor to the effect of the delay. Based on the linearized model of the congestion-avoidance flow-control mode of transmission control protocol (TCP), we present delay control algorithms for active queue management (AQM) and discuss the parameter tuning of the algorithms. The NS (network simulator) simulation results show that the proposed control scheme for the nonlinear TCP/AQM model has good performance and robustness with respect to the uncertainties of the round-trip time (RTT) and the number of active TCP sessions. Compared to other similar schemes, our algorithms perform better in terms of packet loss ratio, throughput and butter fluctuation. 展开更多

An all-digital hybrid current regulation scheme for the single-phase shunt active power filter (APF) is presented. The proposed hybrid current control scheme integrates the deadbeat control and the dual-mode structure repetitive control (DMRC) so that it can offer superior steady-state performance and good transient features. Unlike the conventional schemes, the proposed scheme-based APF can compensate both the odd and the even order harmonics in grid. The detailed design criteria and the stability analysis of the proposed hybrid current controller are presented. Moreover, an improved structure which incorporates the proposed hybrid controller and the resonant controller for tracking specific order harmonics is given. The relationships between the resonant controller and different repetitive control schemes are discussed. Experimental results verify the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed hybrid control scheme. 展开更多

Phase Error Compensation of Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Combined with Hilbert Transform

Nonlinear response is an important factor affecting the accuracy of three-dimensional image measurement based on the fringe structured light method.A phase compensation algorithm combined with a Hilbert transform is proposed to reduce the phase error caused by the nonlinear response of a digital projector in the three-dimensional measurement system of fringe structured light.According to the analysis of the influence of Gamma distortion on the phase calculation,the algorithm establishes the relationship model between phase error and harmonic coefficient,introduces phase shift to the signal,and keeps the signal amplitude constant while filtering out the DC component.The phase error is converted to the transform domain,and compared with the numeric value in the space domain.The algorithm is combined with a spiral phase function to optimize the Hilbert transform,so as to eliminate external noise,enhance the image quality,and get an accurate phase value.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and speed of phase measurement.By performing phase error compensation for free-form surface objects,the phase error is reduced by about 26%,and about 27%of the image reconstruction time is saved,which further demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

Optimizing the allocation of water resources is critical for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions of China.Based on specific regional and water conditions,to strengthen the constraints on water resources,the“three-step”adaptive management approach of“scheme design-scheme diagnosis-scheme optimization”of water resource allocation are adopted to facilitate the coordinated optimal allocation of water resources and industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions.First,from the level of overall industry,a water resource allocation scheme for the regions is designed by applying the master-slave hierarchical mode and a bi-level optimal model to determine the ideal amount of water resource allocation for the regions and respective industries.Second,the diagnostic criteria of spatial balance,structural matching,and coordinated development are constructed to determine the rationality of the water resource allocation scheme.Then a benefit compensation function with water market transactions is developed,to adaptively adjust the water resource allocation scheme.Finally,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure are promoted to improve water consumption efficiency and the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions.The study can provide reference for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions to realize the comprehensive optimal allocation of water resources in the regions and improve the adaptability of water resources and industrial structure optimization. 展开更多

Impact of eco-efficiency compensation for public welfare forests on the incomes of farmers

The strategy of rural revitalization puts ecology and economic development at the same level,in order to explore whether the eco-efficiency compensation policy for public welfare forests can achieve a“win-win”for both ecology and people livelihood.This study probed into the consideration of income structure and used OLS analysis to conduct an empirical analysis on a sample of 443 households in Shaanxi Province.It was found that the eco-efficiency compensation for public welfare forests had not only a significantly positive effect on the forestry income and the total income of farm households,but also had a constructive influence on the non-forestry income,though smaller and less significant,which was closely attributed to the original income structures of these farm households.In addition,personal and household characteristics such as age,educational level and labor force size played decisive roles to nonforestry income and total income of farm households as well. 展开更多

Local structure distortion and spin Hamiltonian parameters for Cr^(3+)-V_(Zn) tetragonal defect centre in Cr^(3+) doped KZnF_3 crystal

The quantitative relationship between the spin Hamiltonian parameters (D, g|| Ag) and the crystal structure parameters for the Cr3+-Vzη tetragonal defect centre in a Cr3+ :KZnF3 crystal is established by using the superposition model. On the above basis, the local structure distortion and the spin Hamiltonian parameter for the Cr3+-Vzn tetragonal defect centre in the KZnF3 crystal are systematically investigated using the complete diagonalization method. It is found that the Vzn vacancy and the differences in mass, radius and charge between the Cr3+ and the Zn2+ ions induce the local lattice distortion of the Cr3+ centre ions in the KZnF3 crystal. The local lattice distortion is shown to give rise to the tetragonal crystal field, which in turn results in the tetragonal zero-field splitting parameter D and the anisotropic g factor Ag. We find that the ligand F- ion along I001] and the other five F- ions move towards the central Cr3+ by distances of A1 = 0.0121 nm and A2 = 0.0026 nm, respectively. Our approach takes into account the spin-rbit interaction as well as the spin-spin, spin other-orbit, and orbit-rbit interactions omitted in the previous studies. It is found that for the Cr3+ ions in the Cr3+:KZnF3 crystal, although the spin-rbit mechanism is the most important one, the contribution to the spin Hamiltonian parameters from the other three mechanisms, including spin- spin, spin-other-orbit, and orbit-orbit magnetic interactions, is appreciable and should not be omitted, especially for the zero-field splitting (ZFS) parameter D. 展开更多

创新是企业获得技术优势的重要行为,有助于国家实现高水平科技自立自强,高管是企业做出创新决策的主体。以2008—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,对高管薪酬结构影响企业创新的效应及作用机制进行了实证检验。研究发现,随着高管... 创新是企业获得技术优势的重要行为,有助于国家实现高水平科技自立自强,高管是企业做出创新决策的主体。以2008—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,对高管薪酬结构影响企业创新的效应及作用机制进行了实证检验。研究发现,随着高管薪酬结构中股权薪酬比例的提升,企业创新投入水平呈先上升后下降的倒“U”型趋势。进一步地,以激励物的Delta指数和Vega指数为度量的高管风险承担在薪酬结构影响企业创新的路径中发挥了中介作用。异质性分析表明,高管股权薪酬对企业创新的正向激励效果仅显著存在于非国有企业和位于高市场化程度地区的企业当中。因此,企业要制定合理的薪酬结构,适当提高股权薪酬占比,并注重改善激励环境提升高管的风险承担能力,为企业创新创造良好的内外部环境。 展开更多

电动汽车无线充电系统在尺寸大小与位置偏移等因素的影响下,会导致系统传输能力下降。为了在空间约束条件下提升系统的输出功率、传输效率及抗偏移能力,针对位置偏移与底盘高度不同的实际情况,在经典D4线圈的基础上分别设计了收发端非对... 电动汽车无线充电系统在尺寸大小与位置偏移等因素的影响下,会导致系统传输能力下降。为了在空间约束条件下提升系统的输出功率、传输效率及抗偏移能力,针对位置偏移与底盘高度不同的实际情况,在经典D4线圈的基础上分别设计了收发端非对称D4和收发端非对称D4Q双层线圈磁耦合结构,以提高耦合系数和抗偏移能力。在不同方向的偏移和旋转的情况进行仿真测试,表明收发端非对称D4Q双层线圈在出现横向偏移300 mm、纵向偏移400 mm、传输距离230 mm和旋转偏移45°以内具备无线电能传输能力。通过搭建实验平台对偏移进行测试与验证,结果表明,所提出的收发端非对称D4Q磁耦合结构的最大输出功率相对于收发端对称D4磁耦合结构增加约60.34%,最大传输效率增大11%。 展开更多

针对海上油气井窄压力窗口固井顶替效率低下的技术难题,通过轻钻井液的施加以优化浆柱结构以及施加环空回压的方法实现安全高效固井的目标。考虑停泵压胶塞环空回压值≯5 MPa、冲洗液环空紊流接触时间>10min以及注替结束井筒自压稳3... 针对海上油气井窄压力窗口固井顶替效率低下的技术难题,通过轻钻井液的施加以优化浆柱结构以及施加环空回压的方法实现安全高效固井的目标。考虑停泵压胶塞环空回压值≯5 MPa、冲洗液环空紊流接触时间>10min以及注替结束井筒自压稳3个关键技术要求,合理优化固井浆柱结构,计算控压固井全过程井筒当量循环密度(ECD),使井筒ECD在安全密度窗口内,形成了海上窄压力窗口控压固井浆柱结构设计方法。以乐东10-1气田某高温高压井为例,优化设计了该井的浆柱结构,并模拟计算了控压固井全过程井筒ECD及紊流接触时间。结果表明:轻钻井液用量为14~50 m^(3)且密度在1.822~2.142 g/cm^(3)之间、冲洗液用量>13 m^(3)且密度在2.36~2.45 g/cm^(3)之间、水泥浆密度在2.4~2.51 g/cm^(3)之间,可实现冲洗液紊流接触时间>10 min且满足压稳不漏的固井要求。该设计方法可实现海上窄压力窗口井安全施工和提高固井顶替效率的要求。 展开更多

为了在高超声速飞行器结构热试验中准确模拟真实服役热环境,用快速时变热耦合控制方法对复杂石墨阵列进行控制.采用热耦合控制方法将瞬态热损失与瞬态黑体辐射量代入控制方程,实时获取试验件的真实热响应状态;研究了结构热试验热载荷典... 为了在高超声速飞行器结构热试验中准确模拟真实服役热环境,用快速时变热耦合控制方法对复杂石墨阵列进行控制.采用热耦合控制方法将瞬态热损失与瞬态黑体辐射量代入控制方程,实时获取试验件的真实热响应状态;研究了结构热试验热载荷典型历程及石墨阵列控制响应特性,设计了基于结构热试验的专家PID控制策略,给出了复杂石墨阵列全历程分段控制参数;研究了石墨阵列的电特性,设计了时变限伏控制策略,提高了石墨阵列的可靠性;设计了一种多温区耦合补偿控制方法,减小了温区间的耦合干扰.结果表明:试验得到的温度曲线与理论计算曲线在快速升温段的最大误差为4.8%,平稳段的最大误差为1.4%,下降段的最大误差为2.3%;有效减小了控制系统的超调量,提高了系统响应速度;使用快速时变热耦合控制方法在某试验中对复杂石墨阵列进行控制,控制误差小于1.2%. 展开更多

理解生态环境损害赔偿制度,须从环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的整体视域展开,同时,还要厘清生态环境与自然资源、生态环境损害与损害赔偿、赔偿请求权与赔偿诉权等核心概念。既有理论将自然资源国家所有权作为生态环境损害赔偿中的实... 理解生态环境损害赔偿制度,须从环境治理体系和治理能力现代化的整体视域展开,同时,还要厘清生态环境与自然资源、生态环境损害与损害赔偿、赔偿请求权与赔偿诉权等核心概念。既有理论将自然资源国家所有权作为生态环境损害赔偿中的实体权利基础,然而,不论是公权说、私权说,还是二阶结构说、三层结构说,都不周延。因为生态环境损害赔偿制度存在二元构造,即赔偿请求权区别于赔偿诉权,赔偿请求权中基于自然资源所有权的物上请求权区别于侵害生态环境的侵权之债请求权,赔偿诉权中程序意义上的提起生态环境损害赔偿诉讼区别于实体意义上的救济自然资源所有权。这种二元构造客观上源于生态环境中单体自然资源的结构面向与整体生态功能的功能面向存在区分,其学理基础在于承继和发展了传统所有权的解释范式,其核心内容是对生态环境类的损害进行类型化。为此,该制度可从两个方面予以展开。长期而言,须仰仗制定中的生态环境法典规定生态环境损害赔偿的系列内容;当务之急,则是借助司法解释促进这些内容的适度法制化。 展开更多

聚合物熔体的模内流动状态与模外胀大变形直接影响微挤出制品的成型质量。文中基于Carreau模型,采用数值模拟方法,研究了聚合物三腔微管挤出过程中口模壁厚差与空心度结构特征对胀大变形行为的影响。结果表明,影响挤出胀大变形程度的关... 聚合物熔体的模内流动状态与模外胀大变形直接影响微挤出制品的成型质量。文中基于Carreau模型,采用数值模拟方法,研究了聚合物三腔微管挤出过程中口模壁厚差与空心度结构特征对胀大变形行为的影响。结果表明,影响挤出胀大变形程度的关键因素是口模出口附近的轴向速度分布;内外壁厚差会导致较大壁厚位置处对应的型坯厚度增大,而较小壁厚位置处的型坯厚度减小,壁厚差变化对薄壁区域壁厚变形影响较大,达到91.4%;空心度减小能提升口模出口附近轴向速度分布均匀性,减小了70.1%的变形程度;基于胀大变形规律逆向补偿设计了口模形状与尺寸,明显改善了制品成型质量。研究结果对聚合物多腔微管的口模结构优化设计具有理论意义与工程应用价值。 展开更多

为激励粮食主产区重农抓粮的积极性,加快形成“饭碗一起端,责任一起扛”的粮食安全格局,亟须构建粮食产销区横向利益补偿机制。以级差地租理论为基础,从膳食结构出发,通过计算各省份虚拟耕地净流量和补偿标准,构建特定膳食结构下的粮食... 为激励粮食主产区重农抓粮的积极性,加快形成“饭碗一起端,责任一起扛”的粮食安全格局,亟须构建粮食产销区横向利益补偿机制。以级差地租理论为基础,从膳食结构出发,通过计算各省份虚拟耕地净流量和补偿标准,构建特定膳食结构下的粮食产销区横向利益补偿机制。研究发现,在设定的中等膳食标准下,黑龙江、内蒙古、吉林和新疆等20个地区为受偿区域;广东、浙江和北京等11个地区为补偿区域。从受偿标准来看,受偿区的总补偿标准达到117.01亿元。其中,黑龙江、内蒙古、河南和新疆的受偿标准较高,分别为27.98亿、14.62亿、11.96亿和8.98亿元;重庆和贵州的受偿标准相对较低,分别为0.47亿和0.56亿元。从补偿标准来看,广东的补偿标准最高,为12.03亿元;西藏的补偿标准最低,为0.20亿元。从法规与监管体系、利益补偿方式以及补偿资金来源等方面探讨粮食产销区横向利益补偿机制的路径选择,以期为构建和优化粮食产销区横向利益补偿机制提供参考。 展开更多
