Strategies for Improving the Effectiveness of Professional Practice for Full-Time Professional Master Degree Postgraduate in Mineral Processing Engineering

In order to gain practical experience and hands-on skills,full-time professional master degree postgraduate in mineral processing engineering should engage in professional practices.Nonetheless,a series of problems,including insufficient time for practice,low management level,inadequate implementation of the double-supervisor system,and poor results of professional practice,has reduced the effectiveness of professional practice.In view of the aforementioned problems and the characteristics of the discipline,this paper proposes several strategies for improving the effectiveness of professional practice for postgraduates in mineral processing engineering.

Practice and Study of Training Model for Professional Master Degree in Software Engineering

The culture of professional degree graduate students is a new form of postgraduate education in China. It focuses on cultivating high-level and applied talents compared with original academic degree graduate students. Exploration of Digital Transformation Schema for Professional Degree Postgraduate Training

Professional degree postgraduate education is the strategic focus of the reform and development of postgraduate education in China, and the digital transformation of education is also the strategic theme of the reform and development of education in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of informatization of professional degree postgraduate training in China, and puts forward the construction scheme of digital comprehensive service platform for professional degree postgraduate education and teaching based on the actual situation of China University of Geosciences (Beijing). It focuses on three aspects: postgraduate education information management, intelligent online teaching and teachers’ digital literacy improvement. The article also discusses the significance of the digital ecology of the education industry and the entire country for the evaluation of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities.

This paper examines the academic-work gap in terms of performance reality and performance expectations by expanding on the cultivation model of Master's students in the university context and the most recent industry requirements for talents'competence.The subjects of this paper are Master's degree holders,both academic and professional.The paper examines common issues encountered by enterprise professionals when employing Master's degree holders and proposes a university-enterprise joint cultivation model to achieve win-win outcomes for both higher education institutions and businesses.

Outcome analysis on the rotation practice course for the professional degree graduates of clinical pharmacy at Peking University

It＇s the main trend of the development of international pharmaceutical education to cultivate professionals with the capability of pharmaceutical service by professional degree education. Clinical pharmacy rotation practice, named officially as ＂Advanced clinical pharmacy practice＂ at our school, is specific to our master of pharmacy （M. Pharm） graduate students for clinical pharmacy practice training in multiple clinical departments in hospitals. It is meaningful for the education reform of clinical pharmacy to evaluate the outcome of clinical pharmacy rotation practice. Questionnaire was developed based on the Teaching Guide To Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practice and its related record forms. The practice outcomes of clinical rotation practice in the first two years for M. Pharm graduate students were assessed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Results showed that the teaching effect of clinical pharmacy practice was at the ＂excellent＂ level. The evaluation scores of Grade 2011 and Grade 2012 were 90.60 （excellent） and 91.83 （excellent） respectively, while the overall score was 91.29 （excellent）. Students showed excellent skills and have met the requirements of the teaching guide after practice. There are somethings to improve in clinical rotation practice teaching. This study will provide important information for our school and the nation to achieve teaching reform in M. Pharm education of clinical pharmacy.

管理案例教学精品课程建设的思考

中国管理案例教学经过多年的发展和探索,越来越多的院校完成了对管理案例教学从认知、学习、掌握、应用到创新的过程。管理案例教学精品课程的建设有助于推广管理案例教学经验,同时,其作为标杆示范可以让案例教学法的运用取得更大的成效。通过对首届“全国管理案例教学精品课”中的19门获奖课程视频的研究,从课程设计、教学组织安排、教学手段与方法创新等方面进行归纳总结,以期对未来管理案例教学精品课程建设提供经验和建议。

基于德尔菲法构建临床药学领域专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力评价体系

目的通过两轮德尔菲法构建临床药学领域专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任能力测评指标体系。方法通过文献调研法初步拟定临床药学领域专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力评价指标体系条目;运用目的抽样法选择专家,共23名,来源为高校硕士生导师或三甲医院临床药师;研究时间为2023年3月至9月;总结专家意见,统计专家的积极程度、权威程度、意见协调程度。结果第一轮函询回收和填写率为100.00%,专家权威系数为0.83,协调系数为0.124(P<0.001);第二轮函询回收和填写率为91.30%,专家权威系数为0.84,协调系数为0.347(P<0.001)。第二轮专家咨询一级指标的重要性赋值均数为4.24~4.95分,协调系数为0.286(P<0.001);二级指标的重要性赋值均数为3.57~4.95分,协调系数为0.364(P<0.001)。两轮函询后形成指标体系包含6个一级指标:专业知识、药学服务能力、学习发展能力、职业基础能力、职业素养、科研学术能力,31个二级指标。结论该指标体系可为临床药学领域专业学位硕士研究生岗位胜任力教学和评价提供参考,促进临床药学领域高层次人才培养。

地方高校土木类专业学位研究生创新应用型人才培养模式研究与实践

工程专业学位研究生教育承担着为国家培养高层次应用型人才的重要任务。针对地方高校土木类专业学位研究生存在培养目标不清晰、培养模式不合理、实践能力不足、创新能力不强的问题,构建了以“产教协同、项目驱动、开放融合”为特色的“一目标、二协同、三递进、五保障”专业学位硕士研究生人才培养模式(简称“1235”人才培养模式)。该模式围绕提升研究生实践创新能力的核心人才培养目标,建立了产教协同的二元人才培养机制,实施了“理论—实践—创新”三阶递进式的人才培养方式,构建了以“教学礼拜”为载体,导师、学科方向、学院、学校、政府“五位一体”的研究生培养质量保障与改进机制。经过多年实践与完善,该模式取得了较好的人才培养成效,专业学位研究生人才培养质量明显提高。

新工科视域下机械类专业学位研究生创新能力提升研究

研究生作为高层次人才,其创新能力的提升在我国装备制造业发展的过程中起着举足轻重的作用。当前,我国研究生招生规模日益扩大,但是在数量大幅增长的同时,也出现研究生培养质量难以完全满足社会需求的问题。该文基于新工科的基本理念,从课程体系建设、“多师制”培养模式构建、联合培养基地建设等几方面入手进行机械类专业研究生创新能力提升探索。通过近年研究生培养的结果,表明提出的方法对提升研究生创新能力具有较明显的促进作用。后续可根据专业特点推广至其他相关专业,可为提升研究生创新能力提供参考。

生物样本库建设在临床专业学位研究生人才培养中的作用

当前,我国临床专业学位硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训全面接轨的“双轨合一”模式已在全国范围内广泛开展。新模式明显提升了专业学位硕士研究生的临床能力,但“重临床、轻科研”的现象普遍存在,以致专业学位硕士研究生的科研能力及科研思维明显不足。生物样本库作为临床科研转化医学研究的关键平台,对科学研究、转化应用及人才培养具有重要的支撑作用。在生物样本库的建设过程中,可培养具有创新意识和实践能力的高素质复合型医学人才。文章重点介绍了我国临床医学研究生培养现状、生物样本库发展现状、生物样本库在医学研究生培养过程中的作用、成效以及设想,以期在新时代背景下构建专业学位研究生人才培养新模式。

生物与医药专业学位研究生实践教学模式改革

【目的】中国风景园林教育事业进入新的发展阶段,在专业学位背景下,风景园林知识体系亟待梳理与反思。【方法/过程】基于专业学位教育特点,剖析国家政策、社会需求,重新系统认知风景园林专业学位:从培养目标、知识类型、知识层级与知识结构4个方面探讨风景园林专业学位与知识体系的内涵及发展方向。现代风景园林专业人才培养的核心在于对实践智慧与能力的培养,专业知识类型势必从过去以经验知识为主体转变为以科学知识与规律为主体。科学、艺术与技术3种类型知识的融合是专业发展与人才培养的基础。学士、硕士与博士三级人才培养模式体现出风景园林专业知识的层级属性,据此处理好专业知识体系中内涵与外延的结构关系是推动专业发展的根本问题。【结果/结论】面对风景园林专业乃至思维范式的革新,应按照专业知识生产与组构的特定规律,探索风景园林专业未来可持续发展的有效路径。

[目的/意义]全面、客观地反映我国MLIS教育在2023年的状况和发展变化。[研究设计/方法]采用调查问卷收集MLIS培养单位师资、招生、教育培养、就业等方面的数据,通过统计描述和对比反映现状,揭示发展变化。[结论/发现]我国MLIS教育稳健发展。具体表现为:师资队伍稳定增长,招生规模不断扩大,培养特色鲜明,毕业生就业状况良好,各培养单位的课程设置、教育资源建设和培养过程管理日益规范。[创新/价值]连续11年发布MLIS教育发展状况调查报告,为学位和教育管理部门以及各培养单位决策提供支持。

机械工程专业学位研究生培养体系研究
