The Research of Social Organizations Participating in the Urban Community Aged Care＇ s Problems--Base on the City of Shanghai in China

With the deepening of China＇s aging population, the conmmnity aged care gradually become endowment new options. Social organization for its own characteristics, play an important role in participating in community aged care. But the extent to which the current social organizations to participate in the community aged care is still very low, the reason is mainly affected by the community aged care access mechanism. Article in the Shanghai community, for example, starhng fiom the present situation of the current social organizations to participate in the community aged care, analysis of the problems arising fi-om the social organizations in the community aged care, probe into its reasons in access mechanism, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, encourage social organizations play an effective role in the community aged care.

Study of Problems in the Development of Non-profit Organizations in Urban Communities

With the continuous advancement of construction of urban communities and the continuous development of the needs of community residents in China,non-profit organizations in various urban communities have developed rapidly and have increasingly played an important role in social and economic life. At present,the development of non-profit organizations in urban communities is still faced with many problems,such as difficulty in raising funds,lack of incentives that results in low enthusiasm for volunteering and low participation of community residents,etc. It is urgent and practical significance to study,analyze and solve the problems faced by non-profit organizations in urban communities. 社会企业缺位于社区居家养老服务的思考

多元化的养老服务供给模式不仅是发达国家养老服务发展的主要趋势,也是未来我国社区居家养老服务的发展方向。社会企业作为现代社会的新型非营利组织,在解决社区养老服务的问题上具有一定的优势,但是,我国社区居家服务供给严重不足,供给主体单一,政府成为主要提供者。政府应主导养老社会企业的全方位发展。

中国老年残疾人养老服务供需问题研究——基于9省调查问卷的分析

为深入了解我国老年残疾人养老服务的供需现状以及存在的问题,对全国9省2068份问卷调查结果进行分析,结果发现残疾人养老服务供需矛盾突出,老年残疾人养老服务工作存在养老服务模式供给与实际需求不匹配、养老服务社会化和专业化程度低、养老服务人员供给不足等问题。针对以上问题,建议通过社会参与、项目管理、整合老年残疾人养老服务资金来源等措施促进老年残疾人养老服务工作的"标准化、社会化和市场化",以化解老年残疾人养老服务供需矛盾。

乡村振兴背景下农村养老服务参与意愿及影响因素分析——基于广西的调查分析

目的:以农村社会力量即我国有劳动能力的农村公民为研究对象,调查农村社会力量参与养老服务的意愿并分析其影响因素.方法:通过随机抽样和方便抽样方法,在广西抽取了1 200名农村公民进行问卷调查,采用安德森模型,构建“养老服务参与意愿分析框架”,运用二元Logistics回归模型分析社会力量参与养老服务意愿的影响因素.结果:58.7%的被调查者愿意参与到养老服务中,积分养老能激发农村公民个体的参与热情,养老积分也能有效提高老年群体的养老应对力.预置因素中只有年龄显著影响着参与意愿,年龄越小参与养老服务的意愿越高.个人经济收入和家庭养老状况对养老服务参与意愿没有表现出显著差异.结论:需求因素中的养老服务需求度和养老服务获得难易程度对参与意愿产生显著影响.农村社会力量不愿意参与养老服务的主观解释表明,法律不健全、不信任和怕惹事等成为首要考虑因素.该文还提出了构建积分养老服务模式并完善养老服务体系建议.
