Partition coefficients of baicalin in EOPO/potassium phosphate aqueous two phases system combined with temperature induced phase separation were measured.The effects on partition coefficients of salt addition,EOPO and potassium phosphate concentration were investigated.A method for baicalin extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is proposed by using aqueous two phases extraction combined with temperature induced phase separation.

某高校集中供暖系统节能控制改造与效果分析

针对某高校集中供暖系统阶段性、周期性、差异性、耦合性及高耗性特点,实施了节能控制改造,提出了换热站变压差质量动态调节技术、不可调式供暖末端分时分区分温调节技术、可调式空调末端精细化管理控制技术,并建立了远程节能监管平台,实现集中供暖系统的远程实时监控与优化调节。改造完成后,与2015-2016年供暖季相比,2016-2017年节电率26. 5%、节热率13. 5%,节约能源费用支出209. 7万元,减少碳排放566. 59 t,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
