A Study on Integrated Construction of Luzhou Comprehensive Transportation Hub

The target of integrated construction of comprehensive transportation hub is to integrate the traffic resources,achieve butt joint of pan-regional transportation mode,and finally realize the"seamless connection"of the goods and"zero transfer"of the passenger traffic.Relying on the particularity of the geographical location and the convenience of the Yangtze River channel,Luzhou puts forth effort to build a comprehensive transport hub in Southern Sichuan and has made great efforts in traffic infrastructure construction.However,there are still some problems.Combining practice of Luzhou,using the advanced experience of foreign and domestic cities for reference,the paper pointed out that for the sake of constructing a comprehensive transportation hub,we need to build the traffic integration on the basis of the efficiency.Besides,the paper proposed the strategies for construction.

Solvability and Construction of a Solution to the Fredholm Integral Equation of the First Kind

The issues of solvability and construction of a solution of the Fredholm integral equation of the first kind are considered. It is done by immersing the original problem into solving an extremal problem in Hilbert space. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution are obtained. A method of constructing a solution of the Fredholm integral equation of the first kind is developed. A constructive theory of solvability and construction of a solution to a boundary value problem of a linear integrodifferential equation with a distributed delay in control, generated by the Fredholm integral equation of the first kind, has been created.

Research on the Path of Integrating Party Construction Aesthetics into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

综观全球,职普融通是各国教育改革与发展中的普遍趋势。为了全面深入理解和分析各国职普融通做法,需立足各国国情,通过构建多维分析框架,梳理、总结、凝练各国职普融通的基本模式及其背后的内外部影响因素。研究得出,职普融通大致可以归纳为三种典型模式:德国和日本的职普互“通”、美国的职普互“融”和丹麦的职普互“通”互“融”兼顾。通过比较分析,发现职业启蒙教育是职普融通有效开展的前提,职普互“通”需要明确的路径设计与制度支持,职普互“融”需要在教育过程中实现两类教育的有机融合与循序渐进。基于此,立足中国特定的经济、社会、教育因素,从内外部因素出发分析了中国职普融通的背景以及面临的两大矛盾:专深型人才培养需求与晚分流的冲突;社会性功能和个体性功能难以兼顾。面向未来,中国的职普融通之路包括:一是需要理顺职普关系,立足协调发展,系统推进职普融通;二是搭建双向立交,完善纵横体系,服务个体生涯发展;三是打破部门利益,出台综合制度,健全落地运行保障。

[研究目的]基于实际事例开展国家竞争情报真实场景的角色构成与群体智力集成机制研究,为新时期新形势下的竞争情报工作创新发展提供参考。[研究方法]识别认定美中经济与安全评估委员会(U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission,USCC)听证会为国家竞争情报真实场景,系统收集整理USCC成立至今已经召开的171场听证会信息,基于听证会受邀参会者信息数据分析,以USCC听证会为例进行国家竞争情报真实场景的角色构成与群体智力集成机制研究。[研究结果/结论]研究发现国家竞争情报真实场景的角色构成包括国家竞争情报关键课题识别确定者、国家竞争情报组织生产者、国家竞争情报的直接用户群体,以及来自大学、智库、企业、政府部门、科研机构、社会团体、基金会、行业协会、律师事务所、新闻媒体等细分组织群体代表。以USCC听证会为例,研究归纳了国家竞争情报真实应用场景中的人际网络特点以及行之有效的群体智力集成机制关键点。

Construction analysis on integral lifting of steel structure by the vector form intrinsic finite element

A newnumerical method based on vector form intrinsic finite element（VFIFE） is proposed to simulate the integral lifting process of steel structures. First, in order to verify the validity of the VFIFE method, taking the steel gallery between the integrated building and the attached building of Nanjing M obile Communication Buildings for example, the static analysis was carried out and the corresponding results were compared with the results achieved by the traditional finite element method. Then, according to the characteristics of dynamic construction of steel structure integral lifting, the tension cable element was employed to simulate the behavior of dynamic construction. The VFIFE method avoids the iterative solution of the stiffness matrix and the singularity problems. Therefore, it is simple to simulate the complete process of steel structure lifting construction.Finally, by using the VFIFE, the displacement and internal force time history curves of the steel structures under different lifting speeds are obtained. The results show that the lifting speed has influence on the lifting force, the internal force, and the displacement of the structure. In the case of normal lifting speed, the dynamic magnification factor of 1. 5 is safe and reasonable for practical application.

Definitions and features of eco-park and theme park were introduced as well as their differences, it was proposed that by applying cultural themes suited to regional ecological resources in the construction of eco-park, the eco-park could achieve not only desired ecological benefits, but also social and economic benefits, and the optimal comprehensive benefits. Design of Baiyunzhai Demonstration Eco-park was taken for an example, integration of eco-park and farming culture was confirmed as the nature, principles of "adaptation to actual conditions, amended protection and construction of plant system" proposed, three functional areas of "Colorful Forest Belt, Yiyun Health Maintenance Zone, Lakefront Meditation Zone" are given on the basis of actual terrains, planning highlights and desired landscape effects expounded to promote the value of regional cultures in Chongqing by building Baiyunzhai Eco-park.
