Comparative efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicines of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy:A network meta-analysis

BACKGROUND Iron deficiency anemia(IDA)is a prevalent nutritional disorder during pregnancy.Clinical studies indicate that incorporating Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)with oral iron(OI)in treating IDA in pregnancy can reduce adverse effects and improve clinical outcomes.Nonetheless,the comparative efficacy of different CPMs remains unclear.AIM To assess the safety and effectiveness of different CPMs for treating IDA during pregnancy using network meta-analysis.METHODS We conducted a search for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that combined CPM and OI for IDA treatment in pregnancy,spanning from 2013 to the present.Data analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 and Stata 14.0 on literature that satisfied the quality criteria.RESULTS The analysis included 45 RCTs,encompassing 4422 pregnant patients with IDA.Six CPMs were examined,including Shengxuebao Mixture,Shengxuening Tablets(SXN),Yiqi Weixue CPMs(YQWX),Jianpi Shengxue CPMs(JPSX),Yiqi Buxue Tablets,and Compound Hongyi Buxue Oral Liquid(FFHY).Findings indicated that FFHY+OI significantly improved the clinical effective rate.SXN+OI was most effective in boosting red blood cells counts and hemoglobin levels.YQWX+OI showed superior results in improving serum ferritin,and SXN+OI was most effective in increasing serum iron levels.JPSX+OI was optimal in reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes,while YQBX+OI effectively minimized adverse events.A cluster analysis suggested that SXN+OI could be the potentially optimal therapeutic regimen for IDA in pregnancy.CONCLUSION This study demonstrates that the combination of OI with CPMs offers better outcomes than OI alone.Based on clinical efficacy and other measured outcomes,SXN+OI emerges as the most effective treatment modality for improving the health of pregnant patients with IDA. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of seven oral Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)as adjuvant therapy for cancer-related anemia(CRA)by network meta-analysis(NMA).Methods:A literature search to obtain randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of seven oral CPMs in the adjuvant treatment of CRA was conducted in multiple databases from the inception to April 2022.The RevMan5.3 and R 4.1.1 software were used for NMA.Results:We ultimately included 29 RCTs with 2140 patients.Traditional meta-analysis showed that Fufang E'jiao syrup(FFEJS),Shengxuebao mixture(SXBM),Shengxuening tablets(SXNT),Jianpi Shengxue granules(JPSXG),and Yixuesheng capsule(YXSC)combined with basic Western treatment(BWT)could improve the hemoglobin(HGB)level.JPSXG combined with BWT could improve the red blood cell(RBC).FFEJS combined with BWT improved the Karnofsky performance status(KPS).NMA showed that FFEJS,JPSXG,SXBM,and SXNT plus BWT improved HGB better than Shengxue tablets(SXT)plus BWT,with top three ranking results being JPSXG plus BWT>SXNT plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.FFEJS plus BWT,JPSXG plus BWT,SXBM plus BWT,SXNT plus BWT,and SXT plus BWT improved RBC better than BWT,with top three ranking results being SXNT plus BWT>JPSXG plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.In terms of the KPS score,compared with SXT plus BWT,FFEJS,JPSXG,SXBM,SXNT,and Yizhong Shengxue capsule(YZSXC)plus BWT had higher KPS,with top three ranking results being SXBM plus BWT>JPSXG plus BWT>FFEJS plus BWT.Conclusions:Our NMA demonstrated that seven oral CPMs used as adjuvant treatment of CRA had a definite clinical effect.JPSXG not only increases the levels of HGB and RBC to enhance the clinical effect but also improves patients'quality of life.More accurate conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality RCTs. 展开更多

Under the special background of China, the cooperative innovation between different government-industry-university-research institutes plays an increasingly important role in the agricultural field. However, the existing literature has paid little attention to it. Considering the cooperation patents, published in the agriculture field stemming from the Full-text Database of China Patents as the study object, the spatial and institutional attribute of the authors as the data source, and by combining the social network and spatial econometrics analysis, this paper analyzes the structure evolution characteristics of cooperative innovation networks of agricultural government-industry-university-research institute in the city level of China in 1985–2014, based on the triple helix theory, with the influence factors discussed. This shows that, 1) since 1985, China's agricultural innovation level has been substantially increased, but the development degree of the cooperative innovation network is low, and the patent cooperation mainly relies on authors in the same unit; 2) enterprises play a leading role in the agricultural cooperative innovation. The effect of the government and hybrid organizations driven by the government is not obvious; 3) the cooperative innovation in the province and city dominates, and a multi-pole pattern has been formed. The cooperative innovation network structure evolves from a single helix empty core and double helix multi core to a double helix hierarchical network; 4) the city's science, education funding and personnel investment are key factors determining the agricultural cooperative innovation, while the agricultural development of the city presents slight negative impacts on it. The spatial mismatch of supply and demand is present in the technical cooperative innovation of China's agriculture. Therefore, the science enhancement and education investment to big agricultural provinces should be promptly implemented. 展开更多

Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources,the coordinated development of innovative subjects,and the improvement of innovation abilities.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data,we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships.By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere,this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network.Findings:The results indicate that:(1)Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven.(2)Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model,yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal,failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks.(3)Such fields as“electronics and information”and“advanced manufacturing”are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation,while fields such as“new energy”and“environmental protection technology”can better promote industrial integration.Research limitations:Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network.The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied,such as financial capital,market competition,and personnel mobility,etc.Practical implications:The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks.Originality/value:The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion,and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects. 展开更多

There has been various ways of research on analy- sis of companies, forecast of technology and so on through patents and many investments of money and time. Unlike traditional method of patent analysis such as company analysis, forecasting technologies, this research is to suggest the ways to forecast registration and rejection of patents which help minimize the efforts to register patents. To do so, in- formation such as inventors, applicants, application date, and IPC codes were extracted to be used as input variables for analyzing Bayesian network. Especially, among various forms of Bayesian network, we used Tree Augmented NBN (TAN) to forecast registration and rejection of patent. This is because, TAN was assumed to have dependence between variables. As a result of this Bayesian network, it was shown that there are nearly more than 80% of accuracy to fore- cast registration and rejection of patents. Therefore, we expect the minimization of time and cost of registration by forecasting registration and rejection of R&D patent through this research. 展开更多

National patent Chinese herbal compound for parkinson's disease based on data mining and network pharmacology analysis

Objective:To analyze the dosing pattern and mechanism of herbal compound patents for the treatment of Parkinson's disease using data mining and network pharmacology methods,and to provide ideas for the clinical use of Parkinson's disease and new drug development.Methods:The Chinese herbal medicine compound prescriptions for Parkinson's disease built up to May 31,2022 by searching the official website of patent publication notice.An Excel table was built,and after term normalization of the included compound prescriptions,Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for data mining such as frequency statistics.We also applied network pharmacology methods to study HF drugs,using TCMSP and TCM database@Taiwan to obtain drug components and using TCMSP platform and Swiss ADME screening,collecting targets through UniProt and Swiss Target Prediction platform;obtaining PD disease from databases such as GeneCards The targets were obtained from GeneCards and other databases,drug-disease target intersections were obtained,and"drug-disease-target"networks were created using Cytoscape 3.8 software,and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed using the Metascapep platform.Results:A total of 113 patented Chinese medicine recipes were included,involving 394 drugs,among which Tianma,Angelica and Bai Shao were the most commonly used drugs.A total of 442 drug targets,4884 disease targets and 324 drug-disease common targets were obtained.Conclusion:The study found that the medicinal properties of the patented compound Chinese medicine for Parkinson's disease are mainly warm and cold,the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet and bitter,the normalizing meridian is mainly liver,heart and spleen meridians,and the treatment method is mainly to strengthen the liver and kidney,nourish the qi and blood,and extinguish the wind and dredge the luo.The core ingredients include 4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4'-hydroxyl,palmitic acid,lignan,etc.;the main action targets are PTGS2,PTGS1,SCN5A,etc.;involved in PI3K-Akt,cAMP and other signaling pathways.The development of relevant compound can be based on clinical symptoms,appropriate tailoring,and flexible use of such drugs,in order to obtain the best therapeutic effect. 展开更多

Stable angina pectoris is a common condition that affects a wide group of patients with coronary artery diseases.A number of Chinese patent drugs based on classic herbal formulations are available for angina management.A network meta-analysis is proposed to assess the relative efficacy and safety of commonly used drugs for stable angina and generate a clinically meaningful ranking for each important outcome.We composed a list of 24 widely-used oral blood-quickening Chinese patent drugs from literature review and expert consultation.Three English and five Chinese electronic databases will be searched up to July 2021 for randomised clinical trials comparing between drugs on the list or with nitrates or placebo for stable angina.Unpublished data or grey literature will be sought through trial registries and correspondence to the report authors.Two reviewers independently screen literature,extract data and assess clinical and methodological features of included studies.The WinBUGS software will be used to perform network meta-analysis and the Stata 13.0 software to generate graphic demonstrations of the results.Primary outcomes are the incidence of cardiovascular events and changes in angina frequency,duration and intensity.We will use the surface under the cumulative ranking curve and the mean value for the numeric presentation of efficacy and safety ranking probabilities of multiple treatments.Heterogeneity and inconsistency will be assessed using appropriate statistical tests,and subgroup analysis and network meta-regression will be resorted when necessary.The quality of evidence for each outcome will be graded with the web-based GRADEpro GDT. 展开更多

专利交易是技术创新扩散的主要渠道,是实现科技成果转化的有效途径。研究专利转让与受让行为可以识别影响专利交易的主要因素,为政府制定技术交易政策提供科学依据。以2002—2019年中国集成电路产业专利转让记录作为数据源,利用Siena模... 专利交易是技术创新扩散的主要渠道,是实现科技成果转化的有效途径。研究专利转让与受让行为可以识别影响专利交易的主要因素,为政府制定技术交易政策提供科学依据。以2002—2019年中国集成电路产业专利转让记录作为数据源,利用Siena模型,结合网络效应和行动者效应,对专利转让与受让行为影响因素进行实证检验。研究发现:①专利技术交易以单向交易为主,随着集成电路产业从萌芽阶段步入成长阶段,产业内技术交易主体增加,网络规模扩大,网络信息传输效率有所提升,但仍处于较低水平;②网络初期产生的锁定效应明显得以缓解,技术交易网络内组织社团化特征明显,技术交易社团规模呈扩张态势且社团内紧密程度不断提高;③网络效应方面,转让者更倾向于与技术交易伙伴进行交易,频繁发生受让行为的企业会吸引更多新的交易伙伴,企业间不存在明显的互惠交易;④行动者效应方面,随着产业进入成长阶段,成熟企业更倾向于专利转让行为,初创企业更倾向于专利受让行为,占据高结构洞位置的企业更倾向于专利转让行为。企业间技术创新能力差距越小越容易发生技术交易,企业倾向于选择同一国别或同一企业集团内伙伴进行交易。 展开更多

技术扩散是强化国际经济与创新联系的有效途径,是构建高质量开放创新体系的重要方式。国际技术扩散作为两个主体间的技术扩散活动具有方向性,不同国家的创新政策和技术发展战略侧重点不同,在技术扩散能力和技术吸收能力上均有差异。因... 技术扩散是强化国际经济与创新联系的有效途径,是构建高质量开放创新体系的重要方式。国际技术扩散作为两个主体间的技术扩散活动具有方向性,不同国家的创新政策和技术发展战略侧重点不同,在技术扩散能力和技术吸收能力上均有差异。因而国家间需要构建高效、稳定的技术扩散网络,充分发挥自身的技术优势、补齐技术短板,进一步加大技术流动和增强创新能力。本研究基于技术扩散理论,运用专利引证数据构建“一带一路”共建国家间技术扩散网络,分时段纵向分析共建国家技术扩散网络的演化,分技术领域横向分析共建国家间技术扩散的特征,探索中国与共建国家间技术扩散的内容和路径。研究认为:中国在共建国家技术扩散网络中的核心地位逐步确立,且在“一带一路”倡议提出后中国的核心位置更加明显、技术扩散范围更加广泛;但整体技术扩散网络密度低,除中国外的其他国家间技术扩散关系构建较少;不同技术领域的技术扩散网络形态各有不同,其中化学技术领域的技术扩散最活跃、网络复杂度最高;俄罗斯在化学、机械工程、仪器、其他技术领域具有一定技术优势,并且对中国的技术扩散强度很大,而中国在电气工程技术领域更有技术扩散优势。 展开更多

传统专利分类由专家逐件审阅,随着大数据、人工智能和自然语言处理技术的快速发展,专利文本自动分类正在成为学界、业界的重要研究方向之一。文本分类技术可以用于判断专利申请是否获得授权,帮助审查员自动化处理和分析专利申请文件,从... 传统专利分类由专家逐件审阅,随着大数据、人工智能和自然语言处理技术的快速发展,专利文本自动分类正在成为学界、业界的重要研究方向之一。文本分类技术可以用于判断专利申请是否获得授权,帮助审查员自动化处理和分析专利申请文件,从而提高工作效率。针对海量专利的英文文本,提出一种基于图神经网络模型的专利文本自动分类方法,用于测度专利申请是否可获得授权。使用深度学习算法TextGCN对专利摘要语料进行学习和训练,利用图结构数据的邻居信息和节点特征,通过神经网络产生专利文本的表示向量,进而实现专利授权与否的预测。实验结果表明,本文采用的深度学习算法能够得到较好的分类效果,并且与Doc2vec和TFIDF表示方法相比,该模型在精确度、召回率、准确率及F1方面均有所提高,可为专利授权与否的自动预测提供可靠的研究依据。 展开更多

在传统视角下,专利非实施主体(NPE)主要产生于知识产权制度的漏洞,它们通过滥诉和滥用禁令救济等方式攫取了不合理的高额利润,会产生阻碍创新、损害消费者利益、破坏市场秩序等消极效果。但实际上,NPE的产生与网络化开放创新密切相关。... 在传统视角下,专利非实施主体(NPE)主要产生于知识产权制度的漏洞,它们通过滥诉和滥用禁令救济等方式攫取了不合理的高额利润,会产生阻碍创新、损害消费者利益、破坏市场秩序等消极效果。但实际上,NPE的产生与网络化开放创新密切相关。NPE是知识产权二级市场发展和专业化分工的产物,它在许可谈判中的优势地位很大程度上来自于专利许可模式由事前许可向事后许可的转变。同时,NPE也反过来促进了网络化开放创新。它可以促进技术流动,降低企业获取技术的搜寻成本,提高小企业和个体发明人的创新激励。因此,NPE并没有“原罪”,而是一个中性的市场主体。对NPE的规制思路,应当从基于主体身份的规制路径转变为基于滥用行为及其权利源头的规制路径。 展开更多

目的:运用网状Meta分析方法系统评价中成药联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、万方、维普、知网和中国生物医学文献数据库,搜集中成药联合常规西... 目的:运用网状Meta分析方法系统评价中成药联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、万方、维普、知网和中国生物医学文献数据库,搜集中成药联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2022年2月10日。采用RevMan5.3、STATA15.1软件进行数据统计分析。结果:共纳入70项随机对照试验,包括6 973例患者,涉及7种中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示:(1)在提高心绞痛疗效方面,排序依次为养心氏片+常规西药>麝香保心丸+常规西药>冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药>芪参益气滴丸+常规西药>丹蒌片+常规西药>心可舒片+常规西药>益心舒胶囊+常规西药>常规西药;(2)在提高心电图疗效方面,排序依次为芪参益气滴丸+常规西药>养心氏片+常规西药>麝香保心丸+常规西药>冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药>心可舒片+常规西药>益心舒胶囊+常规西药>丹蒌片+常规西药>常规西药;(3)在升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面,排序依次为冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药>益心舒胶囊+常规西药>麝香保心丸+常规西药>心可舒片+常规西药>常规西药;(4)在降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面,排序依次为养心氏片+常规西药>益心舒胶囊+常规西药>冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药>丹蒌片+常规西药>心可舒片+常规西药>麝香保心丸+常规西药>常规西药;(5)在安全性方面,中成药联合常规西药的不良反应整体少于对照组。结论:本研究表明,中成药联合常规西药治疗稳定型心绞痛可显著提高其心绞痛及心电图疗效,同时具有调脂作用且安全性更好。但部分纳入研究的方法学质量不佳,故此结论需进一步在更多高质量研究中予以验证。 展开更多

基于海洋产业的城市创新网络特征及邻近性分析

基于2000—2020年海洋产业合作申请专利数据,运用社会网络分析法和地理探测器,分析城市创新网络的拓扑结构、空间格局和邻近性机理。结果表明:①拓扑结构方面,2000年和2001年城市创新网络不具备无标度网络特征;2002—2020年,网络规模逐... 基于2000—2020年海洋产业合作申请专利数据,运用社会网络分析法和地理探测器,分析城市创新网络的拓扑结构、空间格局和邻近性机理。结果表明:①拓扑结构方面,2000年和2001年城市创新网络不具备无标度网络特征;2002—2020年,网络规模逐渐扩大,城市间合作增加,网络以2011年为分界点由松散转为集聚阶段。网络的无标度特性和小世界性逐渐明显,并由“双核心”结构逐渐发育为以北京为单核心的“核心-边缘”结构。②空间格局方面,核心城市和中介城市均表现出区域性特征,主要集聚在京津地区、长三角、珠三角和山东半岛,城市创新网络形成了以三角结构为支撑的四边形空间格局。③城市专利合作由沿海城市向内陆城市扩展,但海洋产业的科技创新主要依靠深圳、青岛、上海、天津、广州等沿海城市和北京、武汉等少部分内陆城市。④社会邻近性对城市创新网络的解释力最高,地理距离对城市合作的限制作用逐渐减弱,不同邻近因子间均存在非线性增强的两两交互作用。 展开更多

目的:应用网状Meta分析方法,比较不同活血化瘀类中成药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床有效率、实验室指标改善情况及治疗的安全性。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)、Web of Scienc... 目的:应用网状Meta分析方法,比较不同活血化瘀类中成药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床有效率、实验室指标改善情况及治疗的安全性。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)、Web of Science及Pubmed等数据库获得关于活血化瘀类中成药治疗DR的临床随机对照研究,检索时限为建库至2023年4月10日,并对所检索到的文献进行筛选提取资料,通过Stata 16.0软件实施网状Meta分析。结果:最终纳入63项研究,分析结果显示:复方丹参滴丸+羟苯磺酸钙胶囊总体疗效最为显著;芪明颗粒+羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在改善DR患者视力方面疗效最为显著;复方血栓通胶囊+羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在改善DR患者黄斑厚度及视野灰度值方面疗效最好;和血明目片+羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在减小患者血管瘤体积方面疗效较好;治疗组与对照组均有不良反应报道,治疗组不良反应总体较少。结论:与单用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊比较,活血化瘀类中成药联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗DR患者,可提高临床有效率,改善患者实验室检查指标,减少不良反应。 展开更多

以信息论为理论基础,提出综合属性指标和引用关系的核心专利识别方法,旨在平衡专利的个体特质性和网络整体性。首先,从信息论和复杂网络角度,分析综合属性指标和引用关系开展专利信息分析的必要性和可行性,并分别构建综合属性指标和三... 以信息论为理论基础,提出综合属性指标和引用关系的核心专利识别方法,旨在平衡专利的个体特质性和网络整体性。首先,从信息论和复杂网络角度,分析综合属性指标和引用关系开展专利信息分析的必要性和可行性,并分别构建综合属性指标和三种引用关系的核心专利识别模型;其次,构建专利指标体系、计算专利属性价值,并以PageRank和HITs(hyperlink-induced topic search)算法分别测度综合属性价值与直接引证关系、共引关系和耦合关系前后专利的重要性、权威性与枢纽性,识别核心专利;最后,尝试利用基于复杂网络鲁棒性和脆弱性的方法比较综合前后方法的识别效果。实证结果表明,①综合两类方法的识别模型增加了专利信息分析的信息量,兼顾了专利指标分析和专利网络分析方法的优点,实现了识别方法上的优势互补;②不同引用关系反映了专利价值的差异性,三种关系的识别结果均存在集中与离散的特点,少数核心专利同时具备高重要性、高权威性和高枢纽性的特点;③基于复杂网络鲁棒性和脆弱性的评价方法,是对解决专利信息分析中识别结果评价难题的有益探索。 展开更多

目的:系统评价不同活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法:应用计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science和Cochrane Library中关于活血化瘀类中成... 目的:系统评价不同活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法:应用计算机检索中国知网、维普网、万方数据库、PubMed、Web of Science和Cochrane Library中关于活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗CSR的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2023年9月20日。对照组单纯采用常规非手术方法治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合活血化瘀类中成药口服治疗。依据文献检索及筛选方案筛选出符合要求的文献后,由2名研究人员分别独立进行数据提取和质量评价。采用Stata18.0软件绘制网状关系图,对治疗有效率、颈部疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)进行网状Meta分析,并根据累计概率排名曲线下面积(the surface under the cumulative ranking curve,SUCRA)对治疗方法的疗效进行排序。采用比较-校正漏斗图进行发表偏倚检验。结果:共检索到6768篇文献,通过逐层筛选最终纳入28篇文献,涉及颈痛颗粒、颈舒颗粒、脊痛消胶囊、痹祺胶囊、舒筋通络颗粒、颈复康颗粒共6种活血化瘀类中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示,在治疗有效率方面,不同活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗CSR的疗效排序为颈痛颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=78.4%)>痹祺胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=71.6%)>颈舒颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=62.1%)>舒筋通络颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=53.7%)>脊痛消胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=43.3%)>颈复康颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=40.5%)>常规治疗(SUCRA=0.4%);在颈部疼痛VAS评分方面,不同活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗CSR的疗效排序为舒筋通络颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=96.3%)>痹祺胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=86.2%)>颈复康颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=51.6%)>颈痛颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=50.8%)>颈舒颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=37.4%)>脊痛消胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=27.4%)>常规治疗(SUCRA=0.4%);在NDI方面,不同活血化瘀类中成药辅助治疗CSR的疗效排序为痹祺胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=95%)>颈复康颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=71.3%)>颈痛颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=69.2%)>脊痛消胶囊联合常规治疗(SUCRA=38.7%)>颈舒颗粒联合常规治疗(SUCRA=20.8%)>常规治疗(SUCRA=5.0%)。结论:现有的证据表明,颈痛颗粒辅助治疗CSR的综合疗效最佳,舒筋通络颗粒在缓解颈部疼痛方面效果最佳,痹祺颗粒在改善颈椎功能方面效果最佳。但由于对照组采用的非手术疗法不尽相同及文献数量、质量等的限制,本研究的结论尚需进一步验证。 展开更多
