BACKGROUND Iron deficiency anemia(IDA)is a prevalent nutritional disorder during pregnancy.Clinical studies indicate that incorporating Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)with oral iron(OI)in treating IDA in pregnancy can ...BACKGROUND Iron deficiency anemia(IDA)is a prevalent nutritional disorder during pregnancy.Clinical studies indicate that incorporating Chinese patent medicines(CPMs)with oral iron(OI)in treating IDA in pregnancy can reduce adverse effects and improve clinical outcomes.Nonetheless,the comparative efficacy of different CPMs remains unclear.AIM To assess the safety and effectiveness of different CPMs for treating IDA during pregnancy using network meta-analysis.METHODS We conducted a search for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that combined CPM and OI for IDA treatment in pregnancy,spanning from 2013 to the present.Data analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 and Stata 14.0 on literature that satisfied the quality criteria.RESULTS The analysis included 45 RCTs,encompassing 4422 pregnant patients with IDA.Six CPMs were examined,including Shengxuebao Mixture,Shengxuening Tablets(SXN),Yiqi Weixue CPMs(YQWX),Jianpi Shengxue CPMs(JPSX),Yiqi Buxue Tablets,and Compound Hongyi Buxue Oral Liquid(FFHY).Findings indicated that FFHY+OI significantly improved the clinical effective rate.SXN+OI was most effective in boosting red blood cells counts and hemoglobin levels.YQWX+OI showed superior results in improving serum ferritin,and SXN+OI was most effective in increasing serum iron levels.JPSX+OI was optimal in reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes,while YQBX+OI effectively minimized adverse events.A cluster analysis suggested that SXN+OI could be the potentially optimal therapeutic regimen for IDA in pregnancy.CONCLUSION This study demonstrates that the combination of OI with CPMs offers better outcomes than OI alone.Based on clinical efficacy and other measured outcomes,SXN+OI emerges as the most effective treatment modality for improving the health of pregnant patients with IDA.展开更多

At the same time, analyses for time correlation variance and subject correlation variance are used to present the formation of overlapping structures in scientific networks. As a test, a co-citation network of highly cited papers on Molecular Biology & Genetics from Essential Science Indicator(ESI) is taken as an example for an empirical analysis.Findings: Our research showed that the Q-value variance is effective for achieving the desired overlapping structures. Meanwhile, the time correlation variance and subject correlation variance are equally useful for uncovering the evolution progress of scientific research, and the properties of overlapping structures in the research of co-citation network as well.Research limitations: In this paper, the theoretical analysis and verification of time and subject correlation variances are still at its initial stage. However, the exist...Under the special background of China, the cooperative innovation between different government-industry-university-research institutes plays an increasingly important role in the agricultural field. However, the existing literature has paid little attention to it. Considering the cooperation patents, published in the agriculture field stemming from the Full-text Database of China Patents as the study object, the spatial and institutional attribute of the authors as the data source, and by combining the social network and spatial econometrics analysis, this paper analyzes the structure evolution characteristics of cooperative innovation networks of agricultural government-industry-university-research institute in the city level of China in 1985–2014, based on the triple helix theory, with the influence factors discussed. This shows that, 1) since 1985, China's agricultural innovation level has been substantially increased, but the development degree of the cooperative innovation network is low, and the patent cooperation mainly relies on authors in the same unit; 2) enterprises play a leading role in the agricultural cooperative innovation. The effect of the government and hybrid organizations driven by the government is not obvious; 3) the cooperative innovation in the province and city dominates, and a multi-pole pattern has been formed. The cooperative innovation network structure evolves from a single helix empty core and double helix multi core to a double helix hierarchical network; 4) the city's science, education funding and personnel investment are key factors determining the agricultural cooperative innovation, while the agricultural development of the city presents slight negative impacts on it. The spatial mismatch of supply and demand is present in the technical cooperative innovation of China's agriculture. Therefore, the science enhancement and education investment to big agricultural provinces should be promptly implemented.展开更多
Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration...Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources,the coordinated development of innovative subjects,and the improvement of innovation abilities.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data,we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships.By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere,this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network.Findings:The results indicate that:(1)Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven.(2)Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model,yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal,failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks.(3)Such fields as“electronics and information”and“advanced manufacturing”are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation,while fields such as“new energy”and“environmental protection technology”can better promote industrial integration.Research limitations:Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network.The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied,such as financial capital,market competition,and personnel mobility,etc.Practical implications:The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks.Originality/value:The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion,and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects.展开更多

Design/methodology/approach: Records retrieved from Web of Science were submi...Purpose: The evolution of the socio-cognitive structure of the field of knowledge management(KM) during the period 1986–2015 is described. Design/methodology/approach: Records retrieved from Web of Science were submitted to author co-citation analysis(ACA) following a longitudinal perspective as of the following time slices: 1986–1996, 1997–2006, and 2007–2015. The top 10% of most cited first authors by sub-periods were mapped in bibliometric networks in order to interpret the communities formed and their relationships.Findings: KM is a homogeneous field as indicated by networks results. Nine classical authors are identified since they are highly co-cited in each sub-period, highlighting Ikujiro Nonaka as the most influential authors in the field. The most significant communities in KM are devoted to strategic management, KM foundations, organisational learning and behaviour, and organisational theories. Major trends in the evolution of the intellectual structure of KM evidence a technological influence in 1986–1996, a strategic influence in 1997–2006, and finally a sociological influence in 2007–2015.Research limitations: Describing a field from a single database can offer biases in terms of output coverage. Likewise, the conference proceedings and books were not used and the analysis was only based on first authors. However, the results obtained can be very useful to understand the evolution of KM research.Practical implications: These results might be useful for managers and academicians to understand the evolution of KM field and to(re)define research activities and organisational projects.Originality/value: The novelty of this paper lies in considering ACA as a bibliometric technique to study KM research. In addition, our investigation has a wider time coverage than earlier articles.展开更多

There has been various ways of research on analy- sis of companies, forecast of technology and so on through patents and many investments of money and time. Unlike traditional method of patent analysis such as company analysis, forecasting technologies, this research is to suggest the ways to forecast registration and rejection of patents which help minimize the efforts to register patents. To do so, in- formation such as inventors, applicants, application date, and IPC codes were extracted to be used as input variables for analyzing Bayesian network. Especially, among various forms of Bayesian network, we used Tree Augmented NBN (TAN) to forecast registration and rejection of patent. This is because, TAN was assumed to have dependence between variables. As a result of this Bayesian network, it was shown that there are nearly more than 80% of accuracy to fore- cast registration and rejection of patents. Therefore, we expect the minimization of time and cost of registration by forecasting registration and rejection of R&D patent through this research.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the dosing pattern and mechanism of herbal compound patents for the treatment of Parkinson's disease using data mining and network pharmacology methods,and to provide ideas for the clinical us...Objective:To analyze the dosing pattern and mechanism of herbal compound patents for the treatment of Parkinson's disease using data mining and network pharmacology methods,and to provide ideas for the clinical use of Parkinson's disease and new drug development.Methods:The Chinese herbal medicine compound prescriptions for Parkinson's disease built up to May 31,2022 by searching the official website of patent publication notice.An Excel table was built,and after term normalization of the included compound prescriptions,Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for data mining such as frequency statistics.We also applied network pharmacology methods to study HF drugs,using TCMSP and TCM database@Taiwan to obtain drug components and using TCMSP platform and Swiss ADME screening,collecting targets through UniProt and Swiss Target Prediction platform;obtaining PD disease from databases such as GeneCards The targets were obtained from GeneCards and other databases,drug-disease target intersections were obtained,and"drug-disease-target"networks were created using Cytoscape 3.8 software,and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed using the Metascapep platform.Results:A total of 113 patented Chinese medicine recipes were included,involving 394 drugs,among which Tianma,Angelica and Bai Shao were the most commonly used drugs.A total of 442 drug targets,4884 disease targets and 324 drug-disease common targets were obtained.Conclusion:The study found that the medicinal properties of the patented compound Chinese medicine for Parkinson's disease are mainly warm and cold,the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet and bitter,the normalizing meridian is mainly liver,heart and spleen meridians,and the treatment method is mainly to strengthen the liver and kidney,nourish the qi and blood,and extinguish the wind and dredge the luo.The core ingredients include 4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4'-hydroxyl,palmitic acid,lignan,etc.;the main action targets are PTGS2,PTGS1,SCN5A,etc.;involved in PI3K-Akt,cAMP and other signaling pathways.The development of relevant compound can be based on clinical symptoms,appropriate tailoring,and flexible use of such drugs,in order to obtain the best therapeutic effect.展开更多
Stable angina pectoris is a common condition that affects a wide group of patients with coronary artery diseases.A number of Chinese patent drugs based on classic herbal formulations are available for angina managemen...Stable angina pectoris is a common condition that affects a wide group of patients with coronary artery diseases.A number of Chinese patent drugs based on classic herbal formulations are available for angina management.A network meta-analysis is proposed to assess the relative efficacy and safety of commonly used drugs for stable angina and generate a clinically meaningful ranking for each important outcome.We composed a list of 24 widely-used oral blood-quickening Chinese patent drugs from literature review and expert consultation.Three English and five Chinese electronic databases will be searched up to July 2021 for randomised clinical trials comparing between drugs on the list or with nitrates or placebo for stable angina.Unpublished data or grey literature will be sought through trial registries and correspondence to the report authors.Two reviewers independently screen literature,extract data and assess clinical and methodological features of included studies.The WinBUGS software will be used to perform network meta-analysis and the Stata 13.0 software to generate graphic demonstrations of the results.Primary outcomes are the incidence of cardiovascular events and changes in angina frequency,duration and intensity.We will use the surface under the cumulative ranking curve and the mean value for the numeric presentation of efficacy and safety ranking probabilities of multiple treatments.Heterogeneity and inconsistency will be assessed using appropriate statistical tests,and subgroup analysis and network meta-regression will be resorted when necessary.The quality of evidence for each outcome will be graded with the web-based GRADEpro GDT.展开更多

文摘Purpose:This study aims to provide a new framework for analyzing the path of technology diffusion in the innovation network at the regional level and industrial level respectively,which is conducive to the integration of innovation resources,the coordinated development of innovative subjects,and the improvement of innovation abilities.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the Z-Park patent cooperation data,we establish Inter-Enterprise Technology Transfer Network model and apply the concept of Pivotability to describe the key links of technology diffusion and quantify the importance of innovative partnerships.By measuring the topologically structural characteristics in the levels of branch park and the technosphere,this paper demonstrates how technology spreads and promotes overall innovation activities within the innovation network.Findings:The results indicate that:(1)Patent cooperation network of the Z-Park displays heterogeneity and the connections between the innovative subjects distribute extremely uneven.(2)Haidian park owns the highest pivotability in the IETTN model,yet the related inter-enterprise patent cooperation is mainly concentrated in its internal,failing to facilitate the technology diffusion across multiple branch parks.(3)Such fields as“electronics and information”and“advanced manufacturing”are prominent in the cross-technosphere cooperation,while fields such as“new energy”and“environmental protection technology”can better promote industrial integration.Research limitations:Only the part of the joint patent application is taken into account while establishing the patent cooperation network.The other factors that influence the mechanism of technology diffusion in the innovation network need to be further studied,such as financial capital,market competition,and personnel mobility,etc.Practical implications:The findings of this paper will provide useful information and suggestions for the administration and policy-making of high-tech parks.Originality/value:The value of this paper is to build a bridge between the massive amount of patent data and the nature of technology diffusion,and to develop a set of tools to analyze the nonlinear relations between innovative subjects.
文摘Purpose: The evolution of the socio-cognitive structure of the field of knowledge management(KM) during the period 1986–2015 is described. Design/methodology/approach: Records retrieved from Web of Science were submitted to author co-citation analysis(ACA) following a longitudinal perspective as of the following time slices: 1986–1996, 1997–2006, and 2007–2015. The top 10% of most cited first authors by sub-periods were mapped in bibliometric networks in order to interpret the communities formed and their relationships.Findings: KM is a homogeneous field as indicated by networks results. Nine classical authors are identified since they are highly co-cited in each sub-period, highlighting Ikujiro Nonaka as the most influential authors in the field. The most significant communities in KM are devoted to strategic management, KM foundations, organisational learning and behaviour, and organisational theories. Major trends in the evolution of the intellectual structure of KM evidence a technological influence in 1986–1996, a strategic influence in 1997–2006, and finally a sociological influence in 2007–2015.Research limitations: Describing a field from a single database can offer biases in terms of output coverage. Likewise, the conference proceedings and books were not used and the analysis was only based on first authors. However, the results obtained can be very useful to understand the evolution of KM research.Practical implications: These results might be useful for managers and academicians to understand the evolution of KM field and to(re)define research activities and organisational projects.Originality/value: The novelty of this paper lies in considering ACA as a bibliometric technique to study KM research. In addition, our investigation has a wider time coverage than earlier articles.
文摘Recently the importance of intellectual property has been increased. There has been various ways of research on analy- sis of companies, forecast of technology and so on through patents and many investments of money and time. Unlike traditional method of patent analysis such as company analysis, forecasting technologies, this research is to suggest the ways to forecast registration and rejection of patents which help minimize the efforts to register patents. To do so, in- formation such as inventors, applicants, application date, and IPC codes were extracted to be used as input variables for analyzing Bayesian network. Especially, among various forms of Bayesian network, we used Tree Augmented NBN (TAN) to forecast registration and rejection of patent. This is because, TAN was assumed to have dependence between variables. As a result of this Bayesian network, it was shown that there are nearly more than 80% of accuracy to fore- cast registration and rejection of patents. Therefore, we expect the minimization of time and cost of registration by forecasting registration and rejection of R&D patent through this research.

文摘Objective:To analyze the dosing pattern and mechanism of herbal compound patents for the treatment of Parkinson's disease using data mining and network pharmacology methods,and to provide ideas for the clinical use of Parkinson's disease and new drug development.Methods:The Chinese herbal medicine compound prescriptions for Parkinson's disease built up to May 31,2022 by searching the official website of patent publication notice.An Excel table was built,and after term normalization of the included compound prescriptions,Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for data mining such as frequency statistics.We also applied network pharmacology methods to study HF drugs,using TCMSP and TCM database@Taiwan to obtain drug components and using TCMSP platform and Swiss ADME screening,collecting targets through UniProt and Swiss Target Prediction platform;obtaining PD disease from databases such as GeneCards The targets were obtained from GeneCards and other databases,drug-disease target intersections were obtained,and"drug-disease-target"networks were created using Cytoscape 3.8 software,and GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were performed using the Metascapep platform.Results:A total of 113 patented Chinese medicine recipes were included,involving 394 drugs,among which Tianma,Angelica and Bai Shao were the most commonly used drugs.A total of 442 drug targets,4884 disease targets and 324 drug-disease common targets were obtained.Conclusion:The study found that the medicinal properties of the patented compound Chinese medicine for Parkinson's disease are mainly warm and cold,the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet and bitter,the normalizing meridian is mainly liver,heart and spleen meridians,and the treatment method is mainly to strengthen the liver and kidney,nourish the qi and blood,and extinguish the wind and dredge the luo.The core ingredients include 4-ethoxymethylphenyl-4'-hydroxyl,palmitic acid,lignan,etc.;the main action targets are PTGS2,PTGS1,SCN5A,etc.;involved in PI3K-Akt,cAMP and other signaling pathways.The development of relevant compound can be based on clinical symptoms,appropriate tailoring,and flexible use of such drugs,in order to obtain the best therapeutic effect.

文摘Stable angina pectoris is a common condition that affects a wide group of patients with coronary artery diseases.A number of Chinese patent drugs based on classic herbal formulations are available for angina management.A network meta-analysis is proposed to assess the relative efficacy and safety of commonly used drugs for stable angina and generate a clinically meaningful ranking for each important outcome.We composed a list of 24 widely-used oral blood-quickening Chinese patent drugs from literature review and expert consultation.Three English and five Chinese electronic databases will be searched up to July 2021 for randomised clinical trials comparing between drugs on the list or with nitrates or placebo for stable angina.Unpublished data or grey literature will be sought through trial registries and correspondence to the report authors.Two reviewers independently screen literature,extract data and assess clinical and methodological features of included studies.The WinBUGS software will be used to perform network meta-analysis and the Stata 13.0 software to generate graphic demonstrations of the results.Primary outcomes are the incidence of cardiovascular events and changes in angina frequency,duration and intensity.We will use the surface under the cumulative ranking curve and the mean value for the numeric presentation of efficacy and safety ranking probabilities of multiple treatments.Heterogeneity and inconsistency will be assessed using appropriate statistical tests,and subgroup analysis and network meta-regression will be resorted when necessary.The quality of evidence for each outcome will be graded with the web-based GRADEpro GDT.
