Thepurposeofthisstudywastoestablishanexperimentalmodelofa-cuteimmunehepatitiswithpathologicalfeaturessimilartothoseseninhumanacutevi-ralhepatitisfortheuseofexploringitspathogenesisandevaluatingitstherapy.Thehepatocytewaspreparedfromaminipigandusedasantigenandantiserumwasob-tainedfromthegoatbyinjectionofthepreparedantigen.Theacuteimmunehepatitismodelwasestablishedbyinjectingantiserum(2.5ml/kg)intominipigsviathemesen-tericvein.Specimensoftheminipigliversweretakenatdifferentintervalsafteranti-seruminjectionandpathologicfeatureswereobservedbygros,lightandelectronmi-croscopicexaminations.Thecontrolgroupandcarbontetrachloridegroupwerealsoin-cluded.Theresultsshowed:①incontrolgroupthemorphologywasnormal;②incarbontetrachloridegroup,lesionsweremainlylocatedinthecenteroflobule;③thepatholog-icalfeaturesofthisacuteimmunehepatitiscoincidedwiththoseofhumanacuteviralhepatitis.Itissuggestedthatthisexperimentalmodelwouldbeadoptedforotherrele-vantstudies. 展开更多
