The transformation of the structure of the market economy has prompted enterprises to seek for new developments and innovations. Under the background of the new economy, enterprises must begin from the perspective of internal management and internal strategic development to ensure quality enterprise operation mechanism innovation. This would help direct enterprise operation and development as well as demonstrate the value of enterprise internal management. In this way, enterprises will be able to array their overall competitiveness. AHP empirical results showed that the satisfaction of information communication and the satisfaction of the management process were the weakest. And the order from high to low on the level of indicators of the impact for the alliance was the result of alliance operations and the process of alliance operations, the behavioral attitude of alliance members. Besides, the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation showed that the operational performance of the corn processing industry technology innovation alliance in Heilongjiang Province was in the general level.展开更多

In this sense, it can be concluded that innovation has a positive relationship with the operations and in turn, this relationship shows a positive impact on the competitiveness of SMEs in Aguascalientes. We use a quasi-natural experiment wherein the Shanghai Stock Exchange requires listed companies in certain industries to disclose operational information and a staggered difference-in-differences model to examine the ...We use a quasi-natural experiment wherein the Shanghai Stock Exchange requires listed companies in certain industries to disclose operational information and a staggered difference-in-differences model to examine the impact of mandatory information disclosure on corporate innovation.We find that companies subject to mandatory operational information disclosure show significantly increased innovation.This effect is pronounced for companies classified as non-state-owned enterprises,facing severe financing constraints and a high degree of shareholder tunneling behavior and in competitive and high-tech industries.Although mandatory operational information disclosure reduces their competitive advantage,companies appear to compensate by increasing innovation.Our study highlights the positive impact of mandatory operational information disclosure,indicating that it contributes to the highquality development of both capital markets and companies.展开更多
