Following the proposed skyhook-based asymmetric semi-active controller (Part I ) for achieving the above goals, herein, a set of suspension performance measures and three kinds of varying amplitude harmonic, rounded pulse and really measured random excitations are systematically defined, and the sensitivity of quarter-vehicle MR-suspension performance to variations in operating conditions is thoroughly analyzed. The proposed algorithms of system performance optimization were elaborated for model of objects with inertia second and third order and offer simple analytical expressions for tuning the PID controller. Validation and verification are conducted through computer simulations using MATLAB, demonstrating successful performance optimization and showcasing the effectiveness PID controllers’ tuning. The proposed approaches contribute insights to the field of control, offering a pathway for optimizing the performance of second and third-order inertial systems through robust controller synthesis.
文摘The design of mini-missiles(MMs)presents several novel challenges. The stringent mission requirement to reach a target with a certain precision imposes a high guidance precision. The miniaturization of the size of MMs makes the design of the guidance, navigation, and control(GNC)have a larger-thanbefore impact on the main-body design(shape, motor, and layout design)and its design objective,i.e.,flight performance.Pursuing a trade-off between flight performance and guidance precision, all the relevant interactions have to be accounted for in the design of the main body and the GNC system.Herein,a multi-objective and multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO)is proposed.Disciplines pertinent to motor, aerodynamics, layout, trajectory, flight dynamics, control, and guidance are included in the proposed MDO framework. The optimization problem seeks to maximize the range and minimize the guidance error. The problem is solved by using the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II.An optimum design that balances a longer range with a smaller guidance error is obtained. Finally, lessons learned about the design of the MM and insights into the trade-off between flight performance and guidance precision are given by comparing the optimum design to a design provided by the traditional approach.

文摘Fault diagnosis of traction systems is important for the safety operation of high-speed trains.Long-term operation of the trains will degrade the performance of systems, which decreases the fault detection accuracy. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a fault detection method developed by a Generalized Autoencoder(GAE)for systems with performance degradation. The advantage of this method is that it can accurately detect faults when the traction system of high-speed trains is affected by performance degradation.Regardless of the probability distribution,it can handle any data, and the GAE has extremely high sensitivity in anomaly detection. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is verified through the Traction Drive Control System(TDCS)platform. At different performance degradation levels, our method’s experimental results are superior to traditional methods.
文摘To realize automatic control of automobile transmission performance test stand Methods The automatic control technique of the lubricant temperature, the program- controll- edautomaticshifting of the transmission, the continuous adjusting of revolution speed and load, data-acquisition and data real-time processing were adopted. Results The lubricant temperature was controlled at the set temperature ±2℃.The automatic shifting of the trans- mission is simple, reliable and accurate. The automatic adjusting of load and rotation speed is rapidandaccurate, the torque divergence is ±1N·m,the rotation speed divergence is ±5r/min Conclusion The four kinds of techniques are applied into the automobile transmission perfor- mance test stand successfully. mancetest stand successfully.

文摘This paper is concerned with the control performance assessment based on the multivariable generalized minimum variance benchmark. An explicit expression for the feedback controller-invariant(the generalized minimum variance)term of the multivariable control system is obtained, which is used as a standard benchmark for the assessment of the control performance for multi input multi output(MIMO)process. The proposed approach is based on the multivariable minimum variance benchmark. In comparison with the minimum variance benchmark, the developed method is more reasonable and practical for the control performance assessment of multivariable systems. The approach is illustrated by a simulation example and an industrial application.

文摘The design and analysis of an intelligent vehicle suspension with MR dampers should address hybrid semi-active control goals, such as rejection of current-switching discontinuity and MR-damper hysteresis, asymmetric damping from the symmetric MR-damper design, robustness on the vehicle operation parameter uncertainties and consideration of essential multiple suspension goals. The results illustrate that the proposed skyhook-based semi-active MR-suspension in the asymmetric mode yields relatively superior dynamic responses to meet the multiple suspension performances of ride, rattle space, road-holding and dynamic tire force transmitted to the pavement, and has desirable robustness on variations in operating conditions of vehicle load and speed and the road roughness.
