Ni3Al-based alloys are excellent candidates for the structural materials used for turbine engines due to their excellent high-temperature properties.This study aims at laser powder bed fusion and post-hot isostatic pressing(HIP)treatment of Ni3Al-based IC^(-2)21 M alloy with a highγ0 volume fraction.The as-built samples exhibits unavoidable solidification cracking and ductility dip cracking,and the laser parameter optimization can reduce the crack density to 1.34 mm/mm^(2).Transmission electron microscope(TEM)analysis reveals ultra-fine nanoscaleγ0 phases in the as-built samples due to the high cooling rate during rapid solidification.After HIP treatment,a fully dense structure without cracking defects is achieved,which exhibits an equiaxed structure with grain size~120-180μm and irregularly shapedγ0 precipitates~1-3μm with a prominently high fraction of 86%.The room-temperature tensile test of as-built samples shows a high ultimate tensile strength(σUTS)of 1039.7 MPa and low fracture elongation of 6.4%.After HIP treatment,a significant improvement in ductility(15.7%)and a slight loss of strength(σUTS of 831.7 MPa)are obtained by eliminating the crack defects.Both the as-built and HIP samples exhibit retained highσUTS values of 589.8 MPa and 786.2 MPa,respectively,at 900C.The HIP samples exhibita slight decrease in ductility to~12.9%,indicating excellent high-temperature mechanical performance.Moreover,the abnormal increase in strength and decrease in ductility suggest the critical role of a highγ0 fraction in cracking formation.The intrinsic heat treatment during repeating thermal cycles can induce brittleness and trigger cracking initiation in the heat-affected zone with notable deteriorating ductility.The results indicate that the combination of LPBF and HIP can effectively reduce the crack density and enhance the mechanical properties of Ni_(3)Al-based alloy,making it a promising material for high-temperature applications. 展开更多

Several image fusion approaches for CCD/SAR images are studied and the performance evaluation of these fusion approaches is completed in this paper. Firstly, the preprocessing of CCD/SAR images before fusion is fulfilled. Then, the image fusion methods including linear superposition, nonlinear operator method and multiresolution methods, of which the multiresolution methods include Laplacian pyramid, ratio pyramid, contrast pyramid, gradient pyramid, morphological pyramid and discrete wavelet transform, are adopted to fuse two types of images. Lastly, the four performance measures, standard deviation, entropy, cross entropy and spatial frequency, are calculated to compare the fusion results by different fusion approaches in this paper. Experimental results show that contrast pyramid, morphology pyramid and discrete wavelet transformation in multiresolution approaches are more suitable for CCD/SAR image fusion than other ones proposed in this paper and the objective performance evaluation of CCD/SAR image fusion approaches are effective. 展开更多

The currently prevalent machine performance degradation assessment techniques involve estimating a machine's current condition based upon the recognition of indications of failure features,which entail complete data collected in different conditions.However,failure data are always hard to acquire,thus making those techniques hard to be applied.In this paper,a novel method which does not need failure history data is introduced.Wavelet packet decomposition(WPD) is used to extract features from raw signals,principal component analysis(PCA) is utilized to reduce feature dimensions,and Gaussian mixture model(GMM) is then applied to approximate the feature space distributions.Single-channel confidence value(SCV) is calculated by the overlap between GMM of the monitoring condition and that of the normal condition,which can indicate the performance of single-channel.Furthermore,multi-channel confidence value(MCV),which can be deemed as the overall performance index of multi-channel,is calculated via logistic regression(LR) and that the task of decision-level sensor fusion is also completed.Both SCV and MCV can serve as the basis on which proactive maintenance measures can be taken,thus preventing machine breakdown.The method has been adopted to assess the performance of the turbine of a centrifugal compressor in a factory of Petro-China,and the result shows that it can effectively complete this task.The proposed method has engineering significance for machine performance degradation assessment. 展开更多

Magnesium(Mg)alloys are considered to be a new generation of revolutionary medical metals.Laser-beam powder bed fusion(PBF-LB)is suitable for fabricating metal implants withpersonalized and complicated structures.However,the as-built part usually exhibits undesirable microstructure and unsatisfactory performance.In this work,WE43 parts were firstly fabricated by PBF-LB and then subjected to heat treatment.Although a high densification rate of 99.91%was achieved using suitable processes,the as-built parts exhibited anisotropic and layeredmicrostructure with heterogeneously precipitated Nd-rich intermetallic.After heat treatment,fine and nano-scaled Mg24Y5particles were precipitated.Meanwhile,theα-Mg grainsunderwent recrystallization and turned coarsened slightly,which effectively weakened thetexture intensity and reduced the anisotropy.As a consequence,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength were significantly improved to(250.2±3.5)MPa and(312±3.7)MPa,respectively,while the elongation was still maintained at a high level of 15.2%.Furthermore,the homogenized microstructure reduced the tendency of localized corrosion and favoredthe development of uniform passivation film.Thus,the degradation rate of WE43 parts was decreased by an order of magnitude.Besides,in-vitro cell experiments proved their favorable biocompatibility. 展开更多

背景:行经皮微创椎间孔腰椎椎间融合置入椎间融合器时,由于入路操作范围狭窄,有牵拉神经根损伤或置入融合器位置不良等风险,为了解决以上问题作者课题组发明了一种新型机械结构可变形压配式cage(Press-fit cage,YP-cage)。目的:对新型... 背景:行经皮微创椎间孔腰椎椎间融合置入椎间融合器时,由于入路操作范围狭窄,有牵拉神经根损伤或置入融合器位置不良等风险,为了解决以上问题作者课题组发明了一种新型机械结构可变形压配式cage(Press-fit cage,YP-cage)。目的:对新型腰椎融合器YP-cage的机械强度特性进行初步评估。方法:对不同尺寸9,11,13 mm高度的新型YP-cage(n=9)和聚醚醚酮-cage(n=9)进行了静态轴向压缩实验和静态轴向扭转实验,分别采集力-位移曲线计算屈服位移及载荷、极限载荷位移及刚度,屈服角位移及扭矩、极限载荷角位移扭矩及刚度,并进行对比分析。结果与结论:(1)在静态轴向压缩测试中,YP-cage在3组测试中(9,11,13 mm),其刚度、屈服载荷、极限位移和载荷极限方面均优于聚醚醚酮-cage(P <0.01),但YP-cage的屈服位移小于聚醚醚酮-cage(P <0.05);(2)在静态扭转测试中,除了9 mm组的YP-cage和聚醚醚酮-cage在极限扭转角度上差异无显著性意义,YP-cage在屈服扭矩、屈服扭转角度及极限扭矩均小于聚醚醚酮-cage(P <0.01),而YP-cage扭转刚度在9 mm组和11 mm组大于聚醚醚酮-ccage(P <0.01);(3)结果表明新型压配式机械结构椎间融合器相较于聚醚醚酮材质cage具有更高的抗压强度,但抗扭强度不如聚醚醚酮-cage。 展开更多

Additive manufacturing(AM), or 3D printing, is an emerging technology that “adds” materials up and constructs products through a layer-by-layer procedure. Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF) is a powder-bed-based AM technology that can fabricate a large variety of metallic materials with excellent quality and accuracy. However, various defects such as porosity,cracks, and incursions can be generated during the printing process. As the most universal and a near-inevitable defect,porosity plays a substantial role in determining the mechanical performance of as-printed products. This work presents a comprehensive review of literatures that focused on the porosity in LPBF printed metals. The formation mechanisms,evaluation methods, effects on mechanical performance with corresponding models, and controlling methods of porosity have been illustrated and discussed in-depth. Achievements in four representative metals, namely Ti-6Al-4V, 316L, Inconel 718, and Al Si10Mg, have been critically reviewed with a statistical analysis on the correlation between porosity fraction and tensile properties. Ductility has been determined as the most sensitive property to porosity among several key tensile properties. This review also provides potential directions and opportunities to address the current porosity-related challenges. 展开更多

In remote sensing, the use of the same image sensor in different working modes, or different image sensors, can provide reinforcing or complementary information. Therefore, it is highly valuable to fuse outputs from multiple sensors (or the same sensor in different working modes) to improve the overall performance of the remote images, which are very useful for human visual perception and image processing task. Accordingly, in this paper, we first provide a comprehensive survey of the state of the art of multi-sensor image fusion methods in terms of three aspects: pixel-level fusion, feature-level fusion and decision-level fusion. An overview of existing fusion strategies is then introduced, after which the existing fusion quality measures are summarized. Finally, this review analyzes the development trends in fusion algorithms that may attract researchers to further explore the research in this field. 展开更多

蛋鸡舍环境质量直接影响蛋鸡产蛋性能。为探究夏季蛋鸡舍环境质量及其对产蛋性能的影响,研究提出基于多元数据的分析方法,首先采集鸡舍内7类关键环境因子数据,按照热环境、光环境和气体环境分组,再根据改进D-S证据理论规则进行迭代融合... 蛋鸡舍环境质量直接影响蛋鸡产蛋性能。为探究夏季蛋鸡舍环境质量及其对产蛋性能的影响,研究提出基于多元数据的分析方法,首先采集鸡舍内7类关键环境因子数据,按照热环境、光环境和气体环境分组,再根据改进D-S证据理论规则进行迭代融合,得到蛋鸡舍各检测点环境质量的综合评价结果,进而分析其对产蛋性能的影响。以夏季八层层叠式蛋鸡舍为试验鸡舍开展试验。结果显示:八层层叠式蛋鸡舍下四层的环境质量和平均产蛋率的最优位置均处于鸡舍前端;平均产蛋率最差的位置处于鸡舍中端,该位置环境质量综合评价结果为一般;上四层平均产蛋率最优位置为鸡舍中端,该位置环境质量综合评价结果为适宜;平均产蛋率最差位置和环境质量最差位置均为鸡舍后端(靠近风机端)。在试验鸡舍所有检测点中,平均产蛋率高于86%的检测点,环境质量综合评价结果大都为适宜,平均产蛋率低于86%的检测点,环境质量综合评价结果为一般或差,鸡舍内各检测点环境质量综合评价结果与平均产蛋率的变化趋势高度一致。该研究为准确评价蛋鸡舍环境质量,揭示蛋鸡舍环境质量对产蛋性能的影响提供了一种行之有效的方法。 展开更多

基于内外混合图像先验与图像融合的DIP改进降噪模型

为提高无监督深度图像先验(DIP)降噪模型的降噪性能,该文提出了一种基于内外混合图像先验与图像融合的DIP改进降噪模型(IDIP),该模型由样本生成和样本融合两个相继执行的模块组成。在样本生成阶段,首先利用2个分别来自内部和外部先验且... 为提高无监督深度图像先验(DIP)降噪模型的降噪性能,该文提出了一种基于内外混合图像先验与图像融合的DIP改进降噪模型(IDIP),该模型由样本生成和样本融合两个相继执行的模块组成。在样本生成阶段,首先利用2个分别来自内部和外部先验且有代表性的降噪算法(模型)处理噪声图像以产生2张初始降噪图像。基于这2张初始降噪图像,使用空间随机混合器按照各自50%混合比例随机生成足够多的混合图像作为DIP降噪模型的第2目标图像并与第1目标图像(即噪声图像)构成双目标图像。然后,每次使用不同的随机输入和双目标图像,多次执行标准DIP降噪流程生成多张具有互补性的样本图像;在样本融合阶段,首先为了获得更好的随机性和稳定性,随机丢弃50%的样本图像。然后,采用无监督融合网络在样本图像上完成自适应融合,获得的融合图像的图像质量相对参与融合的样本图像得到再次提升,作为最终降噪图像。在人工合成噪声图像上实验表明:IDIP降噪模型较原DIP降噪模型在峰值信噪比评价指标上有约2 dB的提升,且较大幅度超过了其他无监督降噪模型,逼近了有监督降噪模型。而在实际真实噪声图像上,其降噪性能较各对比方法更具鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对航空发动机性能退化预测问题,这里提出了一个结合多阶段有效传感器融合的无迹粒子滤波发动机剩余寿命预测模型。模型针对数据融合,基于累积方差贡献率动态更新各个退化阶段的有效传感器,得到更符合实际情况的退化状态健康指标,然后... 针对航空发动机性能退化预测问题,这里提出了一个结合多阶段有效传感器融合的无迹粒子滤波发动机剩余寿命预测模型。模型针对数据融合,基于累积方差贡献率动态更新各个退化阶段的有效传感器,得到更符合实际情况的退化状态健康指标,然后应用无迹粒子滤波算法更新模型时变参数以实现发动机健康指标和剩余寿命的提前预测。这里采用发动机性能退化仿真实验数据集进行数据分析和验证。结果表明,所提出的基于方差贡献率的分阶段非线性融合方法,可以减少退化量中的冗余数据影响。所引用的无迹粒子滤波算法,有效解决了传统滤波算法中的粒子退化、结果发散问题。相较于一般的滤波方法在最终预测结果上,绝对误差减少7个周期,精度提高了3.6%,加强了粒子的跟踪能力,提高了目标跟踪的精度。为航空发动机的健康管理和可靠性评估提供参考依据。 展开更多

数字赋能提升城市旅游绩效机制初探

数字赋能对中国旅游业实现高质量发展起到关键作用。在理论分析数字赋能对旅游业价值重塑与价值创造基础上,本文使用我国城市面板数据,实证检验数字赋能城市旅游绩效的文化赋能、景区赋能和生态赋能机制。研究发现:(1)数字赋能显著提升... 数字赋能对中国旅游业实现高质量发展起到关键作用。在理论分析数字赋能对旅游业价值重塑与价值创造基础上,本文使用我国城市面板数据,实证检验数字赋能城市旅游绩效的文化赋能、景区赋能和生态赋能机制。研究发现:(1)数字赋能显著提升了城市旅游绩效,并且结果在剔除可能的极端值,变换估计方法下依旧显著;(2)机制检验结果表明数字赋能通过激发以非物质文化遗产为代表的文化资源经济价值、加强以5A级景区为代表的景区资源优势、提升以生态效率为代表的生态价值转换方式促进城市旅游绩效提升;(3)区域异质性的考察发现,中部和西部地区以文化赋能和景区赋能为主,生态赋能的作用在东部和西部地区更为突出。基于上述发现,本文提出加快旅游产业数字化转型、推动非物质文化遗产数字化传播、推进旅游景区数字化改造、利用数字技术扩大优质生态产品供给、充分发挥东中西地区优势等建议。 展开更多

利用近清图像空间搜索的深度图像先验降噪模型

鉴于深度图像先验(DIP)降噪模型的性能高度依赖于目标图像所确定的搜索空间,该文提出一种新的基于近清图像空间搜索策略的改进降噪模型。首先,使用当前两种主流有监督降噪模型对同一场景下两张噪声图像分别进行降噪,所获得两张降噪后图... 鉴于深度图像先验(DIP)降噪模型的性能高度依赖于目标图像所确定的搜索空间,该文提出一种新的基于近清图像空间搜索策略的改进降噪模型。首先,使用当前两种主流有监督降噪模型对同一场景下两张噪声图像分别进行降噪,所获得两张降噪后图像称为近清图像;其次,采用随机采样融合法将两张近清图像融合后作为网络输入,同时以两张近清图像替换噪声图像作为双目标图像以更好地约束搜索空间,进而在更为接近参考图像的空间范围内搜索可能的图像作为降噪后图像;最后,将原DIP模型的多尺度UNet网络简化为单尺度模式,同时引入Transformer模块以增强网络对长距离像素点之间的建模能力,从而在保证网络搜索能力的基础上提升模型的执行效率。实验结果表明:所提改进模型在降噪效果和执行效率两个方面显著优于原DIP模型,在降噪效果方面也超过了主流有监督降噪模型。 展开更多

针对单网络模型存在对数据产生学习偏好的缺陷,提出了一种基于多模型融合的农作物病害识别方法.该方法首先对4种主流卷积神经网络ResNet50、DenseNet121、Xception和MobileNetV2进行单模型性能评估,然后对这4种单模型分别进行特征级和... 针对单网络模型存在对数据产生学习偏好的缺陷,提出了一种基于多模型融合的农作物病害识别方法.该方法首先对4种主流卷积神经网络ResNet50、DenseNet121、Xception和MobileNetV2进行单模型性能评估,然后对这4种单模型分别进行特征级和决策级多模型融合,最终输出识别结果.特征级融合方法分别对每个子网络的最后输出特征层进行平均化、最大值化和拼接压缩融合,实现异质特征的高效互补;而决策级融合方法分别对每个子网络的输出概率进行最大化和平均化融合,实现概率分布决策的高效联合.在农作物病害数据集PDR2018上的试验结果表明:特征级融合明显优于决策级融合和单模型方法,且拼接压缩特征融合方法具有最高的识别准确率,达到了98.44%.此外该模型在PlantDoc数据子集和实际拍摄图像的跨库试验结果同样表明:特征融合方法比单模型方法具有更好的精度和泛化性能. 展开更多

提出一种在线评估超声波气体流量计性能的新方法。原理是基于贝叶斯信息融合方法建立变动点检测模型,获得测量数据的变动趋势,实现对超声波流量计的实时性能评估。具体实施过程是将先验信息与实时样本信息相结合,迭代更新得到后验分布,... 提出一种在线评估超声波气体流量计性能的新方法。原理是基于贝叶斯信息融合方法建立变动点检测模型,获得测量数据的变动趋势,实现对超声波流量计的实时性能评估。具体实施过程是将先验信息与实时样本信息相结合,迭代更新得到后验分布,其中后验分布中的后验标准差即为仪表实时不确定度。该方法相对于传统不确定度评定方法,其融入了实时测量信息,可以实时连续的评价仪表的不确定度,监测超声波流量计整个测量系统的运行情况,并及时发现异常工作情况,实现了对流量计性能的在线评估,为超声波流量计的在线监测提供了一种新的方法和途径,在小流量点Q=10 m^(3)/h时,相对扩展不确定度为1.52%,满足计量准确度等级要求。 展开更多

Gas-path performance estimation plays an important role in aero-engine health management, and Kalman Filter(KF) is a well-known technique to estimate performance degradation. In previous studies, it is assumed that different kinds of sensors are with the same sampling rate, and they are used for state estimation by the KF simultaneously. However, it is hard to achieve state estimation using various kinds of sensor measurements at the same sampling rate due to a complex network and physical characteristic differences between sensors, especially in an advanced multisensor architecture. For this purpose, a multi-rate sensor fusion using the information filtering approach is proposed based on the square-root cubature rule, which is called Multi-rate Squareroot Cubature Information Filter(MSCIF) to track engine performance degradation. Soft measurement synchronization of the MSCIF is designed to provide a sensor fusion condition for multiple sampling rates of measurement, and a fault sensor is isolated by maximum likelihood validation before state estimation. The contribution of this paper is to supply a novel multi-rate informationfilter approach for sensor fault tolerant health estimation of an aero-engine in a multi-sensor system. Tests are conducted for aero-engine performance degradation estimation with multiple sampling rates of sensor measurement on both digital simulation and semi-physical experiment.Experimental results illustrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm in terms of degradation estimation accuracy and robustness to sensor failure in a multi-sensor system. 展开更多

该研究建立了以对照药材为基准物质定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的水红花子药材质量控制方法。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,结合双波长差示融合技术,以对照药材为基准物质建立水红花子的特征图谱,通过特征峰的标定明确药材真伪;对内标成... 该研究建立了以对照药材为基准物质定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的水红花子药材质量控制方法。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,结合双波长差示融合技术,以对照药材为基准物质建立水红花子的特征图谱,通过特征峰的标定明确药材真伪;对内标成分花旗松素进行准确定量,以花旗松素为基准计算各特征峰的相对含量,取“平均数-标准差”作为特征峰成分相对于内标物质化学成分的相对含量下限,依据相对含量下限明确水红花子药材的优劣。结果标定了水红花子特征图谱的10个共有特征峰,通过质谱(MS)鉴定出水红花子药材的7个成分,经对照品比对,指认特征峰中的3个化学成分分别为花旗松素、槲皮素和原儿茶酸,检测各批次药材中花旗松素的含量为0.5994%~0.7766%,规定了水红花子药材特征峰化学成分相对含量下限。该方法不依赖多种对照品,能清晰判断药材的真伪优劣,可为水红花子的质量控制提供参考。 展开更多

针对水下跨平台协同系统信号检测融合的应用需求,本文提出了一种不依赖于水声传感器信噪比先验信息的水下目标分布式量化检测融合方法,不仅提升了检测融合系统的性能,而且避免了以往检测融合需要知道各传感器信噪比的难题。在奈曼-皮尔... 针对水下跨平台协同系统信号检测融合的应用需求,本文提出了一种不依赖于水声传感器信噪比先验信息的水下目标分布式量化检测融合方法,不仅提升了检测融合系统的性能,而且避免了以往检测融合需要知道各传感器信噪比的难题。在奈曼-皮尔逊准则下,推导了量化检测融合的全局最优算法,在量化检测融合系统满足虚警概率要求的条件下,通过联合设计检测融合规则和各传感器判决规则,实现了对多位量化判决结果的最优判决。给出了量化检测融合的次优算法,通过独立设计融合规则与各传感器判决规则,使融合中心判决门限和各传感器判决门限仅仅依赖于与噪声方差密切联系的虚警概率,而不再依赖于信噪比。进行了计算机仿真,结果表明:所提算法性能优于参加融合的各传感器检测性能以及全局最优硬判决融合的性能,量化检测融合次优算法性能接近全局最优量化检测融合的性能。 展开更多
