By Liapunov reducibility theorem, the periodically time-varying vibration system can be transformed to a linear time-invariant system. Based on the dynamic characteristics of the linear time-invariant system, the mode of the periodically time-varying vibration system has been discussed. The paper defines the mode and analyzes its characteristics. It can be found that the mode of the periodically time-varying system is periodically time-varing but has such characteristics as orthogonality. Finally, a method is given to solve the mode. By solving the eigenvalues and the eigenvectors of the state transition matrix in one period, the periodically time-varying mode can be obtained. 展开更多

Based on the delay-independent rule, the problem of optimal guaranteed cost control for a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy descriptor systems with time-varying delay is studied. A linear quadratic cost function is considered as the performance index of the closed-loop system. Sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers via state feedback are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the design of an optimal guaranteed cost controller can be reduced to a convex optimization problem. It is shown that the designed controller not only guarantees the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop fuzzy descriptor delay system, but also provides an optimized upper bound of the guaranteed cost. At last, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and the perfect performance of the optimal guaranteed cost controller. 展开更多

针对目前大多数机器学习模型预测材料性质时需要大量的先验知识以及特征向量筛选困难的问题,基于电子轨道矩阵和元素周期表法两种描述符,通过特征融合的方式,设计了一种卷积神经网络模型OPCNN(Orbital of electron and Periodic table C... 针对目前大多数机器学习模型预测材料性质时需要大量的先验知识以及特征向量筛选困难的问题,基于电子轨道矩阵和元素周期表法两种描述符,通过特征融合的方式,设计了一种卷积神经网络模型OPCNN(Orbital of electron and Periodic table CNN)。实验数据表明,OPCNN与其他预测模型相比,在带隙、生成热以及形成能数据集上都有着更好的性能,平均绝对误差分别为0.26 eV、0.037 KJ/mol和0.073 eV/atom,且R^(2)都达到了91%以上。OPCNN在保证了预测准确性的同时对先验知识的要求更低,只需要元素周期表中的信息即可预测材料性质,特征融合的思想可以让特征设计更加灵活,有利于新材料体系快速和准确的预测。 展开更多

In this paper, a robust sensor fault diagnosis observer with non-singular structure is proposed for a class of linear sampled-data descriptor system with state time-vary delay. Firstly, a sampled-data descriptor model with time-vary delay is proposed and transformed into a discrete-time non-singular one. Then, a robust sensor fault diagnosis observer is proposed based on the state estimation error and the measurement residual, this observer can guarantee the robustness of the residual against the augmented disturbance and the sensor fault, which means the H∞ performance index is satisfied. As the confining matrix of the designed observer parameters does not meet the Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), a cone complementary linearization (CCL) algorithm is proposed to solve this problem. The decision logic of the residual is obtained by the residual evaluation function. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

为建立高效的纳米金属氧化物细胞生物毒性构效关系预测模型,研究了20种纳米金属氧化物在不同生物条件下对人正常肺上皮细胞(BEAS-2B)和角质层细胞(HaCaT)的毒性效应构效关系,并首次将元素周期描述符(定量描述符)与试验条件参数(定性描述... 为建立高效的纳米金属氧化物细胞生物毒性构效关系预测模型,研究了20种纳米金属氧化物在不同生物条件下对人正常肺上皮细胞(BEAS-2B)和角质层细胞(HaCaT)的毒性效应构效关系,并首次将元素周期描述符(定量描述符)与试验条件参数(定性描述符)相结合,共同表征金属氧化物的纳米结构特征。在采用支持向量机-特征递归消除法(Support Vector Machine-Recursive Feature Elimination,SVM-RFE)筛选的最优描述符作为输入参数的基础上,分别应用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)和随机森林(Random Forest,RF)2种高效的建模方法,建立纳米材料构效关系(Structure-Activity Relationships for Nanoparticals,Nano-SAR)预测模型。2个算法训练集的准确率(ACC)均大于0.9,内部验证准确率均大于0.7,测试集外部验证的准确率也均大于0.8,模型验证结果表明2个算法均具有良好的稳定性和较强的预测能力。对比2个算法研究结果表明,RF算法优于SVM算法,且优于文献报道的已有算法。模型机理解释结果表明,水合粒径和电负性是影响两种细胞毒性的主要因素。 展开更多

Traditional biological neural networks cannot simulate the real situation of the abrupt synaptic connections between neurons while modeling associative memory of human brains.In this paper,the memristive multidirectional associative memory neural networks(MAMNNs)with mixed time-varying delays are investigated in the sense of Filippov solution.First,three steps are given to prove the existence of the almost periodic solution.Two new lemmas are proposed to prove the boundness of the solution and the asymptotical almost periodicity of the solution by constructing Lyapunov function.Second,the uniqueness and global exponential stability of the almost periodic solution of memristive MAMNNs are investigated by a new Lyapunov function.The sufficient conditions guaranteeing the properties of almost periodic solution are derived based on the relevant definitions,Halanay inequality and Lyapunov function.The investigation is an extension of the research on the periodic solution and almost periodic solution of bidirectional associative memory neural networks.Finally,numerical examples with simulations are presented to show the validity of the main results. 展开更多
