METHODS:To measure the level of DA in cerebrospinal fluid and serum with high performance liquid chromatography and electrical chemical detect (HPLC ECD) in the cats with PVS and compared with control group.RESULTS:The level of DA in cerebrospinal fluid and serum in the cats with PVS was obviously lower than that of control group.CONCLUSION:Decrease of DA might be one of important factors of PVS formation.展开更多
