With the arrival of the new era,the development of society changes with each passing day,innovative ability and creative thinking skills are increasingly valued by society.The development of innovative ability should start with children.The emergence of new educational concepts requires the school to cultivate students in a comprehensive way.In this case,art and music,which were once considered unimportant,are gradually changing the educational field and are returning to the public eye.Studies have shown that art education plays an important role in promoting personal development of children.Therefore,art education should not be neglected,and we should see that art education plays a certain role in improving children’s innovative abilities.However,there are still many problems in art education for children,which affects its role in promoting their personal development.Therefore,it is important to focus on how to promote children’s personal development through art education.This paper analyzes the problems faced in children’s art education and how to effectively maximize its role of art education to promote the development of children’s art education.

An Exploration of Higher Vocational English Teachers’Professional Development on Students’Learning Ability in the Context of New Liberal Arts

The concept of New Liberal Arts,a multidisciplinary combined integrator with Chinese values at its core,has brought new challenges to the teaching methods and professional development of higher-level English teachers.Based on the evolving professional development process of higher vocational English teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts,this article analyzes how English teachers can integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and adopt advanced educational technology in the teaching process.On this basis,it discusses the role of teachers’professional development in enhancing students’learning ability,such as through deepening disciplinary understanding,adopting innovative teaching strategies,and implementing personalized teaching.At the end of the article,based on a variety of pedagogical theories,we put forward suggestions,including continuous professional training,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the application of innovative teaching techniques,which are mainly aimed at helping higher vocational English teachers get rid of the dilemma of the new situation,adapt to the needs of the new liberal arts education as soon as possible,and then effectively improve students’abilities.

Impact of taxes on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development:Evidence from Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)countries

Multiple ecological and socioeconomic problems have occurred worldwide,raising the awareness of sustainability.This study aims to examine the impact of taxes on Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)in the context of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)countries.This research used effective average tax(EAT),tax on personal income(TPI),tax on corporate profits(TCP),and tax on goods and services(TGS)as the variables of taxes,and employed secondary data from 38 OECD countries covering 2000–2021.The study also used Breusch-Pagan Lagrange Multiplier(LM),Pesaran Scaled LM,Bias-Corrected Scaled LM,and Pesaran Cross-sectional dependence(CSD)tests to analyze the existence of crosssectional dependency.Then,we established the stationarity of variables through second-generation panel unit root tests(Cross-sectional Augmented Dickey-Fuller(CADF)and Cross-sectional Im,Pesaran,and Shin(CIPS)),and confirmed the long-run cointegration of the variables by using secondgeneration panel cointegration test(Westerlund cointegration test).The results showed that EAT,TPI,TCP,and TGS are positively associated with SDGs.However,the change in TPI has a smaller effect on SDGs than the change in EAT or TCP or TGS.The result of panel causality indicated that EAT,TPI,and TGS have a unidirectional causal relationship with SDGs.The study also found that TCP has a bi-directional causal relationship with SDGs.Moreover,the finding indicated that the OECD countries need to focus on tax policies to achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.This study is based on the theory of optimal taxation(TOT),which suggests that tax systems should be designed to maximize social welfare.Finally,we suggests the importance of taking a comprehensive approach for the managers and policy-makers when analyzing the impact of taxes on SDGs.

Development of alexithymic personality features

The purpose of this paper is to review the current literature regarding the development of alexithymic personality features. Modern brain imaging technologies provide interesting data on the associations of alexithymia with different aberrations in brain function related to emotion regulation; however, the development of these deviations is poorly understood. A notable amount of research covers the relation of alexithymia to differentenvironmental factors. Many of these associations, for example, with low socio-economic status and general psychopathology in childhood, are well established. However, the retrospective and cross-sectional designs commonly used in these studies, as well as the use of self-report measures, hinder the ability to firmly establish causality. Certain individual developmental factors, such as lagging speech development and congenital cardiac malformations in childhood, have been associated with the development of alexithymia. Regarding the stability of alexithymia, a systematic review of the literature was conducted for this paper. In addition to being characterized as a personality feature in the general population, alexithymia also clearly has a state-like dimension that results in increases and decreases in alexithymic features in conjunction with mental disorder symptoms. An essential question is whether the alexithymic features in adulthood are, in fact, infantile features of a restricted ability to identify and describe emotions that simply persist in individuals through adolescence to adulthood. To firmly establish the roots of alexithymia development, longitudinal studies, particularly in younger populations, are needed. Furthermore, multifaceted study settings are encouraged.

Development of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability under the Model of Personalized Education

The essence of personalized education is an innovative education that respects individual differences. With the continuous evolution of the times,the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become the key to reflecting comprehensive national strength. In response to the call of China to build " an innovative country",colleges and universities should cultivate students' individualized thinking and methods and abilities to solve problems on the basis of respecting the creativity and subjectivity of college students,and lay a solid foundation for students' future innovation and entrepreneurship. In this paper,the present situation of students' independent development promoted by personalized education at home and abroad was analyzed firstly,and the existing problems and solutions were pointed out. The study aims to contribute to the acceleration of China's innovation-driven development.

Development of 2D casting process CAD system based on PDF/image files

A casting process CAD is put forward to design and draw casting process. The 2D casting process CAD, most of the current systems are developed based on one certain version of the AutoCAD system. However the application of these 2D casting process CAD systems in foundry enterprises are restricted because they have several deficiencies, such as being overly dependent on the AutoCAD system, and some part files based on PDF format can not be opened directly. To overcome these deficiencies, for the first time an innovative 2D casting process CAD system based on PDF and image format file has been proposed, which breaks through the traditional research and application notion of the 2D casting process CAD system based on AutoCAD. Several key technologies of this system such as coordinate transformation, CAD interactive drawing, file storage, PDF and image format files display, and image recognition technologies were described in detail. A practical 2D CAD casting process system named HZCAD2D（PDF） was developed, which is capable of designing and drawing the casting process on the part drawing based on the PDF format directly, without spending time on drawing the part produced by AutoCAD system. Final y, taking two actual castings as examples, the casting processes were drawn using this system, demonstrating that this system can significantly shorten the cycle of casting process designing.

Thoughts on Promoting the Development of Students’ Personality Using English Community

Emotional Intelligence And Mental Well-Being Of Chinese College Students:A Personal Development Plan Abstract

This study employed a quantitative descriptive correlational design,the study surveyed a total of 202 participants.Emotional intelligence levels were measured using a standardized questionnaire,while mental health status was assessed using the 20-item EPOCH scale.The findings revealed that respondents generally exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence and mental well-being.Gender and age were not found to significantly influence emotional intelligence or mental well-being.Furthermore,a positive correlation was observed between emotional intelligence and mental well-being among the participants.

Breast Cancer MCF-7 Cell Spheroid Culture for Drug Discovery and Development

In vitro 3D cancer spheroids (tumoroids) exhibit a drug resistance profile similar to that found in solid tumors. 3D spheroid culture methods recreate more physiologically relevant microenvironments for cells. Therefore, these models are more appropriate for cancer drug screening. We have recently developed a protocol for MCF-7 cell spheroid culture, and used this method to test the effects of different types of drugs on this estrogen-dependent breast cancer cell spheroid. Our results demonstrated that MCF-7 cells can grow spheroid in medium using a low attachment plate. We managed to grow one spheroid in each well, and the spheroid can grow over a month, the size of the spheroid can grow over a hundred times in volume. Our targeted drug experimental results suggest that estrogen sulfotransferase, steroid sulfatase, and G protein-coupled estrogen receptor may play critical roles in MCF-7 cell spheroid growth, while estrogen receptors α and β may not play an essential role in MCF-7 spheroid growth. Organoids are the miniatures of in vivo tissues and reiterate the in vivo microenvironment of a specific organ, best fit for the in vitro studies of diseases and drug development. Tumoroid, developed from cancer cell lines or patients’ tumor tissue, is the best in vitro model of in vivo tumors. 3D spheroid technology will be the best future method for drug development of cancers and other diseases. Our reported method can be developed clinically to develop personalized drugs when the patient’s tumor tissues are used to develop a spheroid culture for drug screening.

Continuing professional development:progress beyond continuing medical education

Continuing medical education(CME)is rapidly evolving into competency-based continuing professional development(CPD)and this is driving change in self-directed CPD programs undertaken by individual practitioners as well as CPD programs or frameworks offered by CPD educators.This progression is being led by many factors including the rapid change in medical knowledge and medical practitioners along with changes in patients and society,healthcare systems,regulators and the political environment.We describe our experiences primarily concerning low-resource environments,in creating the International Council of Ophthalmology(ICO)Guide to Effective CPD/CME and in developing a CPD program for the Cambodian Ophthalmological Society(COS)twinned with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists(RANZCO).At the conclusion of the project,47(100%)Cambodian practicing ophthalmologists were registered in the CPD program and 21(45%)were actively participating in the online COS-CPD program recording.We discuss challenges in CPD,propose solutions to overcome them and recommend developing research in CPD as needed to effectively enhance educational activities with impact in public health.

Religious Education in Authentic Human Development: A Theological-Ethical Consideration

From a theological ethical moral view,it seems obvious that adequate religious moral education is a sine qua non for authentic human development necessary for a solid nation-building.Although,state and religion are separated from each other,this should not imply a total dichotomy of religious influence on socio-political matters.A pure secularised world that has nothing to do with God,a society devoid of any form of religious affiliation,a society purely human having neither to do with God nor the spirits,such a society seems inconceivable and unrealistic and may not even be human.Experience shows that to be human demands some form of acknowledgment of a superior being,whose influence may inform one’s basic choices.The nature of the human person shows that there is nothing of the material that does not take its bearing from the religious-spiritual disposition of the person.Experience also confirms that a good moral life or virtuous life draws faith.St James the apostle implies this,when he says faith without good works or good moral life is dead(James 2:18).This can also be applicable to Abraham who is judged righteous because of his faith in God,i.e.,because he obeyed God’s command.Without faith,it is impossible to do God’s will,i.e.live a good moral life(Hebr 11:6).On the other hand,there are many forms of development,for instance:economic development,agricultural development,scientific,rural or urban development,which narrow into the human development that seems to determine their level.However,to have a solid sustainable development demands an adequate religious-moral education of the people,which functions both in the informal and formal forms of education.In as much as religious moral education gives solid grounding for adequate formation of the human person,the end result,and the development of the human person should at the same time reflect the national development.Development thus understood is holistic embracing the good of the individual as well as the nation.This article argues that authentic human development that may produce a national development worthy of the name draws from adequate religious moral education imparted on the citizens.It shows also that a worthy national development is a fore test of the development of the citizens of that nation,which in turn indicates their commitment to the common good.It is through the application of the common good that individuals reach their desired goals and so be able to contribute to the enrichment of the nation.This article suggests that good moral life is the manifestation of virtue learnt and practiced,which leads to adequate human development that eventually brings about solid national development.This type of development can be compared to what Pope Benedict XVI calls true social development,which respects the dignity of the all human beings.

Protecting the Rights of Disabled Persons——From the Perspective of Protecting Their Right to Development with Affirmative Action as the Core

Establishing and protecting the right to development of disabled persons is not only the important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on human rights, but also a reflection of Marxism’s idea of human rights and a requirement of the rule of law in China. It is necessary to promote the protection of the right to development of disabled persons in terms of affirmative action. The Chinese government’s affirmative action requires structural characteristics, including providing the institutional basis for the affirmative action by constructing legal and non-legal institutions, providing an environment conducive for the affirmative action by shaping a more aware social ecology and providing valid guarantees for affirmative action by increasing the responsibility of local governments.

Predictive biomarkers in precision medicine and drug development against lung cancer

The molecular characterization of various cancers has shown that cancers with the same origins,histopathologic diagnoses,and clinical stages can be highly heterogeneous in their genetic and epigenetic alterations that cause tumorigenesis.A number of cancer driver genes with functional abnormalities that trigger malignant transformation and that are required for the survival of cancer cells have been identified.Therapeutic agents targeting some of these cancer drivers have been successfully developed,resulting in substantial improvements in clinical symptom amelioration and outcomes in a subset of cancer patients.However,because such therapeutic drugs often benefit only a limited number of patients,the successes of clinical development and applications rely on the ability to identify those patients who are sensitive to the targeted therapies.Thus,biomarkers that can predict treatment responses are critical for the success of precision therapy for cancer patients and of anticancer drug development.This review discusses the molecular heterogeneity of lung cancer pathogenesis;predictive biomarkers for precision medicine in lung cancer therapy with drugs targeting epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK),c-ros oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase[ROSl),and immune checkpoints;biomarkers associated with resistance to these therapeutics;and approaches to identify predictive biomarkers in anticancer drug development.The identification of predictive biomarkers during anticancer drug development is expected to greatly facilitate such development because it will increase the chance of success or reduce the attrition rate.Additionally,such identification will accelerate the drug approval process by providing effective patient stratification strategies in clinical trials to reduce the sample size required to demonstrate clinical benefits.

The Application of Multiple Intelligences Theory in High School Education and Its Relationship with Students’Individualized Development

The integration of Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences(MI)into high school education presents a transformative approach to student learning and development.This paper explores the application of MI theory in shaping individualized learning pathways,enhancing student self-awareness,and fostering social and emotional development.Challenges such as professional development needs,curriculum adaptation,and resource allocation are discussed alongside future trends including technological integration,interdisciplinary learning,and inclusive education models.Empirical data,although hypothetical,illustrate the potential benefits of MI-tailored education on student performance and engagement.The paper concludes with a call for collaborative efforts among educators,policymakers,and researchers to realize the potential of MI theory in creating personalized and effective educational experiences for all students.

Age and ovarian development are related to worker personality and task allocation in the ant Leptothorax acervorum

In social insects, workers of different morphological castes and age are known to act differently. Yet, it is unclear how body size and ovarian development influence worker personalities （i.e. consistent behavioral variation） and task allocation in similar aged ant workers of monomorphic species. Behavioral variation is thought to be a key element of division of labor, but few studies have linked worker personality to task allocation. We investigated individual behavior in Leptothorax acervorum ant workers at two time points during the first three months of their life and in two different settings. We observed worker behavior in the nest （i.e. task allocation） and in standardized aggression, exploration and brood care experiments （i.e. personality） and found behavioral repeatability in foraging and exploration. Further, workers acted consistently across settings： workers with a more ag gressive and exploratory personality type were more active in the nest. Moreover, ovarian development was associated with worker personality and task allocation： older workers with welldeveloped ovaries foraged less, but were more aggressive and exploratory. In accordance with the typical agepolyethism of social insects, workers became more active and foraged more as they grew older. Consequently, our study suggests that task allocation in Leptothorax acervorum is not only influenced by ovari an development and age, but moreover by the personalities of its workers .

教师是教育的第一资源,研修是促进教师专业发展的重要方式。在大数据、数字画像等新技术赋能下,优化教师研修路径以提升教师发展质量变得尤为重要。文章构建了多模态数据和画像技术支持的教师研修路径智能推荐模型,包括数据伴随式采集分类与预处理、教师画像生成、研修路径算法三个模块,实现教师研修特征与优质研修资源的智能匹配。在教师研修路径动态优化方面,模型通过提供基于画像的个性化导研服务、基于知识图谱的资源关联推荐、基于群体智能的群体路径发现、基于目标导向的过程评价和基于研修行为的智能预警,满足教师的个性化研修需求,为发掘研修数据潜能、促进教师智能研修模式创新提供参考。

生成式人工智能对课堂教学的挑战与应对

以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能,在形式、角色、过程等方面都表现出明显的优越性,但也存在对话的被动性、知识的不确定性、伦理的争议性、信息的安全性等局限,由此加剧了人们对智能技术应用于课堂教学活动中的问题担忧,主要表现为教学主体地位的混淆、学生道德规范的模糊、课堂教学方式的单一和考核评价难度的提升。为有效应对生成式人工智能对课堂教学带来的挑战,提出通过教师、学生和技术三者之间的角色转型和关系重构创设有温度的课堂教学空间,通过有目标的教育、有意义的学习和有智慧的课堂建构有深度的课堂教学环境,通过宏观、中观和微观(国家、社会和学校)执行有力度的课堂教学制度,以推动课堂教学高质量发展。

基于Python的文件统计程序开发
