Knowledge Management(KM)has become a dynamic concept for inquiry in research.The management of knowledge from multiple sources requires a systematic approach that can facilitate capturing all important aspects related to a particular discipline,several KM frameworks have been designed to serve this purpose.This research aims to propose a Collaborative Knowledge Management(CKM)Framework that bridges gaps and overcomes weaknesses in existing frameworks.The paper also validates the framework by evaluating its effectiveness for the agriculture sector of Pakistan.A software LCWU aKMS was developed which serves as a practical implementation of the concepts behind the proposed CKMF framework.LCWU aKMS served as an effective system for rice leaf disease detection and identification.It aimed to enhance CKM through knowledge sharing,lessons learned,feedback on problem resolutions,help from co-workers,collaboration,and helping communities.Data were collected from 300 rice crop farmers by questionnaires based on hypotheses.Jennex Olfman model was used to estimate the effectiveness of CKMF.Various tests were performed including frequency measures of variables,Cronbach’s alpha reliability,and Pearson’s correlation.The research provided a KMS depicting KM and collaborative features.The disease detection module was evaluated using the precision and recall method and found to be 94.16%accurate.The system could replace the work of extension agents,making it a cost and time-effective initiative for farmer betterment. 展开更多

The ultimate goal is to transform these relationships into greater profitability by increasing repeat purchase rates and reducing customer acquisition costs. Customer relationship management (CRM) has a significant potential to leverage an organization's performance, but it does not come without a clear sense of destination and typically without pain. For the research methodology we use the database of customers of a Romanian accounting services company Vulpoi & Toader Management SRL, which is an important player in this market. The paper is dealing with the design and development of a knowledge management (KM) system in radiology dedicated for learning and training to support radiologists in senology in the detection of breast cancer. The work has been performed in cooperation with the department of radiology of Gustave Roussy Institute in Paris (Villejuif). It provides a case-based reasoning system to support diagnosis by finding similar cases to the case at hand. The outcome of the research effort is both conceptual and practical. It has also a methodological dimension. Conceptually, the paper contributes to the breast cancer diagnosis domain by defining an ontology and a conceptual model for representing cases which are generic solutions reusable in many different settings. It contributes to the case-based reasoning (CBR) field in two ways (1) by defining a case representation model, and (2) a retrieval algorithm which exploits the case representation model structure to find similar cases by aggregating similar cases. Last but not least, the research has a methodological contribution by which the retrieval algorithm is embedded in a broader process perspective including the capture of the actual case, the case-based reasoning related to this case and the support to decision-making by adapting the retrieved case. An interesting aspect of the process model is its intentional dimension which makes possible the representation of different ways to achieve the result. The research will be illustrated by a case study based on real clinical cases (n = 40) of patients provided by Dr. Corinne Balleyguier. 展开更多

The UK National Health Service (NHS) is faced with problems of managing patient discharge and preventing the problems that result from it such as frequent readmissions, delayed discharge, long waiting lists, bed blocking and other such consequences. The problem is exacerbated by the growth in size, complexity and the number of chronic diseases in the NHS. In addition, there is an increase in demand for high quality care, processes and planning. Effective Discharge Planning (DP) requires practitioners to have appropriate, patient personalised and updated knowledge in order to be able to make informed and holistic decisions about a patients’ discharge. This paper examines the role of Knowledge Management (KM) in both sharing knowledge and using tacit knowledge to create appropriate patient discharge pathways. The paper details the factors resulting in inadequate DP, and demonstrates the use of Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine2Machine (M2M) as candidate technologies and possible solutions which can help reduce the problem. The use of devices that a patient can take home and devices which are perused in the hospital generate information, which can serve useful when presented to the right person at the right time, thus harvesting knowledge. The knowledge when fed back can support practitioners in making holistic decisions with regards to a patients’ discharge. 展开更多

At present the entire world is under the risk of severe environmental problems, due to the expansion of industries, urban population and commercial activities, the city like Delhi (India) faces transportation, environmental and economic challenges. Such type of situations demand the addition of knowledge based layer to help the operators to be familiar with exact traffic problem and give the best choice of strategic control actions to the city. In current situation there is a necessity to build systematic, knowledge based tool to analyze and manage the recent or potential air quality issues and traffic noise issues. The paper comprises the creation of knowledge from the information which is extracted from the various data by using knowledge based modules (spreadsheets, database, software, etc.) and some management, optimization models. Such type of knowledge based management tool may act as a Decision Support System (DSS) which will be very supportive in traffic control system. The technology of knowledge-based systems may facilitate in designing and executing suitable knowledge structures to formulate conceptual models for traffic analysis and management and to use such approach for on-line strategic traffic management operations. 展开更多

A key goal of knowledge management(KM)is to foster innovation through the ceation of new knowledge.Surprisingly,there is little research on KM in the context of entrepre-neurship,a domain where innovation is considered essential.This paper extends estab-lished theories and frameworks for KM to the understudied context of KM in small and medium entrepreneurial firms,particularly young startups.Translating KM fr ameworks,such as the widely studied SECI model,into the entrepreneurial domain could eventually help startups in their quest for sustainability and growth.The SECI model is an aspir ational process with which to build new knowledge,including the explicit knowledge assets that startups commonly lack.However,an aspiration is only useful if the subject knows where he or she stands in relation to it.This study focuses on understanding whether entre-preneurial activities embed into,and can further enable,the"virtuous"knowledge-creation cycle.The secondary objective of this paper is to acknowledge Ikujiro Nonaka's contribution to western and eastern KM theories,and extend his seminal theories into other domains,such as small and medium enterprises.This work pilots the use of a content analysis technique largely used in psychology to analyze the connection between entrepreneurship and KM.With this method,the study highlights how the four phases of the SECI model apply to startup firms in a business incubator in the United States.It provides insights into the knowledge-creation process of entrepreneurs,and suggests how entrepreneurs can improve startup survival through greater awareness and use of KM in their business planning and operational activities. 展开更多

数智时代的知识软化和碎片化程度不断加深,知识的不稳定性日益加剧而确定性日渐降低,这给人类的认知与学习带来严峻挑战,也引发了学界关于回归精英化知识教育、追求确定性知识的呼声。如何看待知识的不确定性、如何管理个人的知识以应... 数智时代的知识软化和碎片化程度不断加深,知识的不稳定性日益加剧而确定性日渐降低,这给人类的认知与学习带来严峻挑战,也引发了学界关于回归精英化知识教育、追求确定性知识的呼声。如何看待知识的不确定性、如何管理个人的知识以应对数智时代挑战,成为亟待解决的重要问题。在网络诞生之前,由于传播渠道的限制,知识流转的速度很慢,人类的学习主要以来自经验、证据、逻辑推理、权威人士、重复验证的确定性知识为主。但在数智时代,随着知识传播和更新迭代的速度日益加快,知识的不确定性越来越凸显,这对传统的知识体系构成冲击。当下人们更需要建立起一种确定性的心智模式和认知策略,掌握自主建构系统知识的方法,以适应知识变动不居情境下的学习。具体而言,就是要以联通主义和重构主义理论为指导,运用建立知识网络、零存整取、碎片重构的方法,采取持续学习、确立个人目标与方向、建立个性化知识体系、有效利用智能技术、强化实践应用等策略来不断提升自己的知识管理水平。 展开更多

采用问卷调查法了解高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力现状,借助SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果显示,高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力处于中等偏上水平,其中基础知识能力和教学设计能力维度还存在较大的上升空间。教师教学能力在... 采用问卷调查法了解高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力现状,借助SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果显示,高校财务管理专业教师的教学能力处于中等偏上水平,其中基础知识能力和教学设计能力维度还存在较大的上升空间。教师教学能力在个人魅力和教学反思能力维度存在显著年级差异(P<0.05),原因可能在于不同教师的性格、教学风格与教学反思方式不同,不同年级学生的关注视角也会有所区别。社会、学校、教师个人与教师教学能力呈显著性正相关,说明社会和学校对教师教学能力具有正面预测作用。 展开更多

目的探讨互联网+个性化健康管理联合知识教育讲座对参与体检的慢性病患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年6月行体检后健康管理的慢性病患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规健康回访管理,观... 目的探讨互联网+个性化健康管理联合知识教育讲座对参与体检的慢性病患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年6月行体检后健康管理的慢性病患者200例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规健康回访管理,观察组给予互联网+个性化健康管理联合知识教育讲座。比较两组干预前后慢性疾病知识认知评分、生理指标、自我管理能力评分及慢性病行为变化。结果干预后观察组患者对疾病治疗知识、疾病预防知识的认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖等生理指标改善程度均比对照组更明显(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者健康观念、自我效能、饮食管理、运动管理和依从性管理等自我管理能力均比对照组升高更明显(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者慢性病行为改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对参与体检的慢性病患者应用互联网+个性化健康管理联合知识教育讲座可以有效增强患者对慢性病知识的掌握,改善其生理指标以及慢性病行为,更有利于提高患者自我管理能力,值得推广应用。 展开更多

Management information system(MiS),a human-computer system that deeply integrates next-generation information technology and management services,has become the nerve center of society and organizations.With the development of next-generation information technology,Mis has gradually entered the smart period.However,research on smart managementinformation systems(SMIS)is still limited,lacking systematic summarization of its conceptual definition,evolution,research hotspots,and typical applications.Therefore,this paper defines the conceptual characteristics of SMIS,provides an overview of the evolution of SMIS,examines research focus areas using bibliometric methods,and elaborates on typical application practices of sMis in fields such as health care,elderly care,manufacturing,and transportation.Furthermore,we discuss the future development directions of SMIS in four key areas:smart interaction,smart decisionmaking,efficient resource allocation,and flexible system architecture.These discussions provide guidance and a foundation for the theoretical development and practical application of SMIS. 展开更多
