Countermeasures to Promote the Training of Prefabricated Construction Talents for Architectural Design Majors in Vocational Colleges

To concentrate on cultivating prefabricated construction talents for architectural design majors in vocational colleges in China,we should adhere to the basic principles of professional coordinated development and integration of production,teaching,and research to determine the teaching objectives and contents,set up a double-teacher teaching team,and provide sufficient resources and funds.Specifically,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum system with the guidance of professional groups,create teaching situations with information platforms,introduce Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology to connect with the actual situation,adhere to the combination of education and training to improve the practice mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,deepen the integration pattern of post-course certificate competition,and follow the ideological and political teaching route of professional course to realize the comprehensive improvement of students’knowledge,skills,and professional quality.

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Agricultural Science and Education Cooperative Personnel Cultivation Base

Agricultural science and education cooperative personnel cultivation base is a new personnel cultivation platform built by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education relying on the national modern agricultural industry technology system,to strengthen the close connection between agricultural education and modern agricultural industry. The first batch of agricultural science and education cooperative personnel cultivation bases have been operating for 5 years. Taking Zhanjiang Litchi-Longan Agricultural Science and Education Cooperative Personnel Cultivation Base as an example,it introduced the achievements in the base construction from the perspective of construction cooperators,and discussed measures for improving the base operation.

Informatization Construction for Personnel Management in Agricultural Research Institutions

In view of the existing problems in the informationization construction for personnel management in agricultural research institutions in China,this paper analyzed countermeasures for strengthening the informationization construction for personnel management in agricultural research institutions from transforming concept of personnel information management,enhancing the safety construction of personnel informationization management,integrating basic data of personnel management information platform,and construction of personnel management team.

Status and application of informatization on the construction management

The computer network is to interconnect the world dispersed and independent computers in accordance with the network protocol. With the rapid development of information technology at home and abroad, the developed countries or parts of the developing countries are strengthening their national information infrastructure. Several of gold projects in information technology as the representative is gradually go deeper, forming an unprecedented development in the entire information network technology. With the globalization of the construction market and intensifying of the competition, construction management requires the higher information technology, which is relatively backward in China＇ s construction industry. So it has important practical significance to clearly recognize the entire network computing model and technology developments, and properly apply to the construction project management.

Research on the Construction of a Talent Training Mode for Artificial Intelligence Specialty in Local Colleges and Universities

In order to serve the local economic development,this study investigates the demand for local talents and analyzes the characteristics of the talent training in artificial intelligence in local colleges and universities.Subsequently,the talent training objectives of artificial intelligence specialty have been formulated,and a curriculum system that integrates the industry and education has been constructed in hope to continuously provide high-quality talents in artificial intelligence for the society.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit Among Construction Site Workers

In order to improve the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel and accelerate the smooth transition of construction products from the development period to the mature period,a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the characteristics of construction personnel of different levels and the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The results show that there was lack of awareness in understanding craftsman spirit among construction personnel,the consciousness of their own craftsman spirit cultivation was insufficient,and no effective measures have been taken to cultivate the craftsman spirit.Based on the research results,the ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel are given.

区域国别学正式成为交叉学科门类下的一级学科,为区域国别研究人才的培养提供了制度上的保障,也创造了有利于人才成长的良好学术氛围。人才培养与学科内涵及功能之间有着内在的逻辑关联:人才培养模式在很大程度上是由学科内涵形塑的,学科功能则决定了人才培养类型,学科制仍是目前区域国别研究人才培养的主导模式。鉴于学科建设是一项复杂的系统工程,要面对各种可知或未知因素的挑战,故作为一门新学科,区域国别学在学科建设方面要系统谋划,把培养区域国别研究的“通才+专才”视为学科建设的一项重要内容。

人的不安全行为是引发安全事故的重要原因,为研究影响水利工程施工人员不安全行为的因素,通过文本挖掘技术对280起水利工程施工事故案例进行分析,并借助R语言形成可视化云词图,得到32种不安全行为影响因素。运用Ucinet软件进行共现网络构建和中心度计算,确定影响水利工程施工人员不安全行为的关键因素。

新经管下的人工智能专业课程群研究

对比全国197所国家级“双高计划”院校中农业类“双高计划”院校(14所)与非农业类“双高计划”院校在人才培养高地建设上的差异,剖析农业类“双高计划”院校在人才培养建设、科技创新建设、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设、国际化建设等方面所依托的优势和所取得的成效,针对农业类高职院校所在各类技能大赛、农业类职业院校培养模式创新等方面存在的不足,提出了未来在优化农业类高职院校人才培养目标、人才培养定位、更好地履行农业类高职院校人才培养使命等方面的发展建议。

内蒙古农业大学智慧林业人才培养模式探索

该文以内蒙古农业大学智慧林业专业建设为例,提出立足内蒙古,面向西部,旨在培养基础扎实、技术过硬、自主学习能力和创新精神强的人才培养目标,构建以林业生产需求为导向的专业课程体系模块,加强校企合作的实践教学环节,建设多学科交叉的教学科研创新团队以及多元化教改评体系,初步探索适合内蒙古林业现代化的智慧林业人才培养的模式。作为其他林业院校该专业建设的先驱,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用,与相关院校共同推进智慧林业人才培养。

产教融合工作在现代产业学院建设的加持下展现出新的发展前景,各高校结合自身办学特点开发了多元化的校企合作模式,同时也表现出融合深度不够、体制机制不完善等问题。文章研究表明,唐山学院智能与信息工程学院依托现代产业学院建设步伐,不断发现问题、总结经验,在实践中提出“双轨双赋能”产教融合建设模式,采用“四步走”战略提高师资队伍建设水平,采用“三支撑”架构提升专业人才培养质量,创新产教融合手段、激发企业融入热情、助力现代产业学院发展,大力推进科技成果落地转化,积极服务企业生产实际,切实提高了服务地区经济建设发展能力。

区域国别学科建设和地方高校的使命挑战

自党的十八大以来,中国的区域国别学科建设逐步深化,并于2022年纳入交叉学科一级学科目录,进入学科建设新阶段。当前,区域国别学科建设的三大任务,一是要坚持基本理论与服务国家战略,二是要推动学术研究与著作出版,三是要培养多层次人才。同时,地方高校也要从服务国家外交、推动学科创新、发挥地方特色、培养复合型人才等方面,发挥重要作用。未来5—10年,地方高校应重点推进交叉学科建设,强化实践导向,加强国际合作,努力构建具有中国特色的区域国别学自主知识体系。

美国教师评估与退出机制的构建及其启示:基于对IMPACT教师评估系统的剖析

为探索我国教师评估与退出机制的建立与运行,采用文本分析方法对美国华盛顿哥伦比亚特区IMPACT评估系统操作指南进行分析,总结IMPACT评估系统的运行体系与特点,为我国教师评估与退出机制提供借鉴。IMPACT评估系统通过覆盖全体的评估对象、专业多元的评估责任主体、丰富具体的评估内容、清晰透明的评估流程以及奖罚分明的评估结果对华盛顿特区公立学校系统教师进行评估,整个系统呈现出评估内容专业化、评估过程公正化、评估结果差异化和评估系统动态化等特点。综观IMPACT评估系统的设计与运行,我国在构建教师评估与退出机制时,应注意在体系建设上强调政府提供制度支持;在评估内容与标准上关注教师能力;在评估责任主体上要兼顾多方利益群体;在系统设计上要因地制宜;最后在系统实施过程中更要注重宽严适度。
