However, the refining industry is suffering some challenges, such as severe overcapacity at present, and has entered a new economic normal, in which the technological progress develops rapidly, the demand for green and low-carbon development is stricter, the market competition is increasingly fiercer and the profit margins are gradually narrowing. In such a situation, informatization and its new technologies are driving the significant reforming of manufacturing patterns, marketing patterns, management and decision-making patterns. Intelligent development is the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of oil refining and petrochemical industry. It is suggested that the intelligent evaluating model and method should be adopted to enterprise’s intelligentializing transformation and upgrading by laying a solid foundation of digital refinery and implemenation of digital upgrading.展开更多

The technical feasibility of in situ upgrading technology to develop the enormous oil and gas resource potential in low-maturity shale is widely acknowledged.However,because of the large quantities of energy required ...The technical feasibility of in situ upgrading technology to develop the enormous oil and gas resource potential in low-maturity shale is widely acknowledged.However,because of the large quantities of energy required to heat shale,its economic feasibility is still a matter of debate and has yet to be convincingly demonstrated quantitatively.Based on the energy conservation law,the energy acquisition of oil and gas generation and the energy consumption of organic matter cracking,shale heat-absorption,and surrounding rock heat dissipation during in situ heating were evaluated in this study.The energy consumption ratios for different conditions were determined,and the factors that influence them were analyzed.The results show that the energy consumption ratio increases rapidly with increasing total organic carbon(TOC)content.For oil-prone shales,the TOC content corresponding to an energy consumption ratio of 3 is approximately 4.2%.This indicates that shale with a high TOC content can be expected to reduce the project cost through large-scale operation,making the energy consumption ratio after consideration of the project cost greater than 1.In situ heating and upgrading technology can achieve economic benefits.The main methods for improving the economic feasibility by analyzing factors that influence the energy consumption ratio include the following:(1)exploring technologies that efficiently heat shale but reduce the heat dissipation of surrounding rocks,(2)exploring technologies for efficient transformation of organic matter into oil and gas,i.e.,exploring technologies with catalytic effects,or the capability to reduce in situ heating time,and(3)establishing a horizontal well deployment technology that comprehensively considers the energy consumption ratio,time cost,and engineering cost.展开更多

文摘In the era of " Internet + ",the " Internet + tourism" comes into being,bringing unlimited development space and more possibilities to the traditional travel agency industry. Under the dual influence of development and impact,travel agencies start to take the road of transformation. Taking Hubei Comfort International Travel Service Co.,Ltd. as an example,this paper analyzed and evaluated the current situations of Internet based transformation and upgrade,and came up with some pertinent recommendations.
文摘Based on the analysis of the digital foundation and transformation demands of teacher development,the paper proposes a logical architecture of teachers’digital learning from the perspective of 70-20-10 model for learning and development,including self-learning based on platform resources(10%),blended learning based on collaborative support(20%),and embedded learning based on work scenarios(70%).Then,a pyramid model of evaluation and governance for teacher development needs that is compatible with the three types of learning paradigms is proposed,i.e.,focusing on using teacher portraits to evaluate learning behaviors,using skills certification to evaluate knowledge and competencies,and focusing on ethics to promote practical wisdom.Finally,to support the transformation of learning paradigms plus evaluation and governance,this paper proposes an action architecture of service upgrading for digital transformation in teacher development,namely,creating a multi-level coherent online learning architecture for platformization,creating a seamless learning space with multi-dimensional integration for ecologization,and leading the transformation from just-in-time learning to just-in-need practice for practicalization,ultimately realizing a leap of teachers’practical wisdom.
