We compared the chemical components and essential oils of ancient buried Zhennan(Phoebe zhennan)wood with those in samples from living trees.After removal of the carbon layer the recovered Zhennan exhibited a dark green color,which differed from the yellow color of the living samples.Low molecular weight components(including hot-water and toluene-alcohol extractives),hemicellulose,and 1 % Na OH solubility in the recovered wood were greatly degraded.Degradation of cellulose was minor.Moreover,the ancient wood had somewhat more klason lignin than the modern wood.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) analysis gave further evidence on the differences in chemical components.According to the GC–MS results,naphthalene derivatives were detected in the essential oils from both the modern and recovered wood.The delicate fragrance of the modern and recovered wood may be attributed to the aromatic constituents as identified by GC–MS. 展开更多

Transplantation experiment was carried out using biennial container seedlings and bare root seedlings of Phoebe zhennan S. Lee as materials. In the experiment,it measured the growth indicators such as the seedling height,basal diameter,and number of branches and leaves. Besides,it also measured net photosynthetic rate( Pn),transpiration rate( Tr),stomatal conductance( Gs),intercellular CO_2 concentration( Ci) and soluble sugar,soluble protein,malondialdehyde( MDA) content,superoxide dismutase activity and root activity. The results indicated that the growth indicators of the Phoebe container seedlings performed the best in the plant height,basal diameter,and number of branches and leaves; photosynthetic capacity was the strongest,and the fertilization could enhance the photosynthetic capacity of seedlings; soluble sugar,soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase activity and root activity of Phoebe container seedlings were higher than that of bare root seedlings. 展开更多

为优化楠木(Phoebe zhennan)2年生容器育苗技术,选择黄心土、河沙、蛭石和腐熟锯末作为基质配料,采用单因素随机区组设计,设计3个不同基质处理,对楠木容器苗地径和苗高的生长量进行调查。利用Logistic、Chanter函数、指数函数和单分子函... 为优化楠木(Phoebe zhennan)2年生容器育苗技术,选择黄心土、河沙、蛭石和腐熟锯末作为基质配料,采用单因素随机区组设计,设计3个不同基质处理,对楠木容器苗地径和苗高的生长量进行调查。利用Logistic、Chanter函数、指数函数和单分子函数,拟合不同基质容器苗生长模型。应用CRITIC赋权法确定苗木生长和分级等参数的权重,建立2年生楠木容器苗评价指数。结果表明,地径和苗高在不同基质中与对照均存在显著差异。不同基质中2年生楠木容器苗地径和苗高生长均呈多次“快-慢-快-慢”的生长节奏。地径和苗高与苗期生长时间的变化节律基本一致;Logistic数学模型对2年生楠木容器苗生长动态规律拟合效果最佳。苗高地径比和I级苗合格率是苗木或基质配方评价的关键因子。30%河沙+70%黄心土是低投入、高产出的楠木容器育苗基质配方。 展开更多

基于树干解析资料,对重庆市永川区国有林场的桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)天然次生林进行了分析研究,结果表明,60年生桢楠木平均胸径38.81 cm,胸径年平均生长量在0.63~0.81 cm。60年生桢楠木平均树高为35.30 m,年均生长量在0.68 m。桢楠胸径和... 基于树干解析资料,对重庆市永川区国有林场的桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)天然次生林进行了分析研究,结果表明,60年生桢楠木平均胸径38.81 cm,胸径年平均生长量在0.63~0.81 cm。60年生桢楠木平均树高为35.30 m,年均生长量在0.68 m。桢楠胸径和树高连年生长量在15~20年生长最快,分别为1.00cm和1.00 m,最小值均出现在55~60年,分别为0.31 cm和0.14 m。材积一直处于积累状态,60年生桢楠材积为1.713 1 m^3,年均生长量为0.017 4 m^3,连年生长量最大值出现在45年生时,为0.047 5 m^3。将桢楠胸径、树高、材积与树龄进行拟合,发现三次多项式有较好的拟合效果,拟合优度均达到99%,其回归方程分别为y=-5.275+1.203x-0.007x^2-0.000 006x^3、y=-5.109+1.087x-0.004x^2-0.000 06x^3、y=0.182-0.035x+0.002x^2-0.000 002x^3(y表示树高、胸径、材积,x表示树龄)。与速生树种杉木相比,38年生德昌杉木的树高、胸径总生长量分别为18.34 m、25.52 cm,桢楠的树高和胸径生长速度均大于杉木,加上桢楠木材价值高,可作为珍贵树种进行大面积栽培和推广应用。 展开更多

Acid rain has become a major concern due to increasing atmospheric pollution,particularly in China.We investigated whether acid rain inhibits the germination of seeds and subsequent emergence of seedling of four tree species from southern China:Cunninghamia lanceolata,Fokienia hodginisi,Pinus massoniana and Phoebe zhennan by simulating acid rain with pH of 2.5,3.5,4.5 and 5.5.We hypothesized that the inhibitory effect of acid rain on germination of seeds and emergence of seedling varies between species and the degree of acidity.A solution of 1 N H2SO4 and 1 N HNO 3 in the ratio of 10–1 was prepared and diluted to four pH levels,and seeds were supplied with solutions of these pH values and distilled water as control and tested for germination in a controlled growth chamber.The results revealed that simulated acid rain of pH 2.5 adversely affected the germination capacity of F.hodginisi and P.zhennan;while all acid solutions significantly increased germination of P.Massoniana;but had no effect on germination of C.Lanceolata seeds.Strong acid solution(pH of 2.5)adversely affected elongation of radicle and hypocotyl as well as fresh and dry weights of radicle and hypocotyl of tender seedlings.The result demonstrated that seedling emergence is more sensitive than seed germination to simulated acid rain,and germination of conifer species are less sensitive than broad leaved species to simulated acid rain.As a whole,acid rain of pH of 3.5 is the threshold level and acid rain below this value will have a detrimental effect on seed germination and seedling emergence. 展开更多

以桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)优树采集种子培育超级苗为采穗母株,利用正交实验法设计了不同生长调节剂、基质配比、环境条件处理,分析了各处理下桢楠插穗扦插成活率的变化。研究结果表明:供试16个生长调节剂处理中,以250 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)+500... 以桢楠(Phoebe zhennan)优树采集种子培育超级苗为采穗母株,利用正交实验法设计了不同生长调节剂、基质配比、环境条件处理,分析了各处理下桢楠插穗扦插成活率的变化。研究结果表明:供试16个生长调节剂处理中,以250 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)+500 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)+200 mg/L多效唑(PBZ)处理下的扦插成活率最高,达84.7%。通过进一步优化基质配比,以体积比为1∶1∶1∶2的黄心土、珍珠岩、蛭石、河沙为扦插基质,成活率提升至91.1%。环境条件对桢楠扦插影响显著,在适温(25℃)、高湿(90%)、低光强(2 000 lx)的环境下,成活率可高达99.2%,育苗效果显著。 展开更多
