Clinical Effects of the Follicular Phase Long Regimen and Luteal Phase Long Regimen on Ovulation Induction in IVF-ET Treatment: A Meta-Analysis

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of the follicular phase long regimen and the luteal phase long regimen on ovulation induction in IVF-ET treatment.Methods:Databases including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature(CBM),VIP,Wanfang,and others were searched up to January 2021.Clinical studies on ovulation induction using the follicular phase long regimen and luteal phase long regimen in IVF-ET treatment were identified.Literature screening,data extraction,and quality evaluation were conducted based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:After screening,a total of 11 studies were included,comprising 21,544 patients:9,974 in the follicular phase long regimen group and 11,570 in the luteal phase long regimen group.The meta-analysis results were as follows:(1)The number of Gn days and the total amount of Gn in the follicular phase long regimen were higher than those in the luteal phase long regimen(P<0.05);(2)The number of eggs obtained in the follicular phase long regimen was higher than that in the luteal phase long regimen(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the rate of embryo optimization and cycle cancellation between the two groups(P>0.05);(3)The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the follicular phase long regimen were higher than those in the luteal phase long regimen(P<0.05),while the abortion rate in the follicular phase long regimen was lower than that in the luteal phase long regimen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the luteal phase long regimen,the follicular phase long regimen involves more Gn days and a higher total amount of Gn.The optimal embryo rate and cycle cancellation rate were similar between the regimens,but the follicular phase long regimen resulted in more eggs,significantly improved the implantation and clinical pregnancy rates,and reduced the abortion rate.However,these conclusions require further validation through more multicenter,large-sample RCT studies.

Origin of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Cuba in the 19th Century from Its Main Exponents and Some Notable Medical Descendants in the 20th Century

The Cuban people are made up of three major migratory currents, the Chinese are one of them. They brought their culture, the methods, and procedures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the 19th century. Few were able to return and so they created families in Cuba;some of their descendants dedicated themselves to medicine. In order to investigate the practices that were predecessors of TCM in Cuba in the 19th century, a qualitative phenomenological research was carried out, reviewing what was published by various sources, applying documentary analysis, logical historical analysis, abstraction, synthesis, and systematization of the results on the regularities of the work and human behavior of Chinese doctors in the Cuban 19th and 20th centuries. This made it possible to identify six Chinese doctors in the 19th century in Cuba who gave rise to the beginning of some practices of TCM in Cuba, and five from the 20th century, descendants of coolies who dedicated themselves to other specialties of medicine. It was found that despite their geographical and time disperse, they were all notorious for their outstanding professional and human behavior, with a trail of accumulated successes in achieving “almost the impossible” with the patient. They have left their mark on Cuban culture.

A Dual Attention Encoder-Decoder Text Summarization Model

A worthy text summarization should represent the fundamental content of the document.Recent studies on computerized text summarization tried to present solutions to this challenging problem.Attention models are employed extensively in text summarization process.Classical attention techniques are utilized to acquire the context data in the decoding phase.Nevertheless,without real and efficient feature extraction,the produced summary may diverge from the core topic.In this article,we present an encoder-decoder attention system employing dual attention mechanism.In the dual attention mechanism,the attention algorithm gathers main data from the encoder side.In the dual attentionmodel,the system can capture and producemore rational main content.The merging of the two attention phases produces precise and rational text summaries.The enhanced attention mechanism gives high score to text repetition to increase phrase score.It also captures the relationship between phrases and the title giving them higher score.We assessed our proposed model with or without significance optimization using ablation procedure.Our model with significance optimization achieved the highest performance of 96.7%precision and the least CPU time among other models in both training and sentence extraction.

基于统计特征的Quality Phrase挖掘方法

Quality Phrase挖掘是从文本语料库中提取有意义短语的过程,是文档摘要、信息检索等任务的基础。然而现有的无监督短语挖掘方法存在候选短语质量不高、Quality Phrase的特征权重平均分配的问题。本文提出基于统计特征的Quality Phrase挖掘方法,将频繁N-Gram挖掘、多词短语组合性约束及单词短语拼写检查相结合,保证了候选短语的质量;引入公共知识库对候选短语添加类别标签,实现了Quality Phrase特征权重的分配,并考虑特征之间相互影响设置惩罚因子调整权重比例;按照候选短语的特征加权函数得分排序,提取Quality Phrase。实验结果表明,基于统计特征的Quality Phrase挖掘方法明显提高了短语挖掘的精度,与最优的无监督短语挖掘方法相比,精确率、召回率及F1-Score分别提升了5.97%,1.77%和4.02%。

ISTC: A New Method for Clustering Search Results

A new common phrase scoring method is proposed according to term frequency-inverse document frequency （TFIDF） and independence of the phrase. Combining the two properties can help identify more reasonable common phrases, which improve the accuracy of clustering. Also, the equation to measure the in-dependence of a phrase is proposed in this paper. The new algorithm which improves suffix tree clustering algorithm （STC） is named as improved suffix tree clustering （ISTC）. To validate the proposed algorithm, a prototype system is implemented and used to cluster several groups of web search results obtained from Google search engine. Experimental results show that the improved algorithm offers higher accuracy than traditional suffix tree clustering.
