The methoxy-phenoxy groups were introduced in order to enhance the solubility of the phthalocyanine. The photophysical and electrolu- minescent properties were investigated. The organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with the structure of ITO/PVK:MPPc(40 nm)/BCP(20 nm)/Alq3(30 nm)/Al were fabricated. Room-temperature near infrared (NIR) electroluminescence (EL) was observed near 891 nm that effectively covered the first optical communication win- dow near 850 nm.展开更多
