目的:探讨含龙胆草提取物的液体敷料联合依巴斯汀治疗面部敏感性皮肤的疗效及其对皮肤生理功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2021年10月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的90例面部敏感性皮肤患者分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组使用依...目的:探讨含龙胆草提取物的液体敷料联合依巴斯汀治疗面部敏感性皮肤的疗效及其对皮肤生理功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2021年10月-2022年12月笔者医院收治的90例面部敏感性皮肤患者分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组使用依巴斯汀治疗,观察组使用含龙胆草提取物的液体敷料联合依巴斯汀治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组的疗效,乳酸刺激试验指标,皮肤生理功能指标[经皮水分丢失量(Transepidermal water loss,TEWL)、皮脂含量、角质层含水量、皮肤pH值]及不良反应。结果:治疗结束后,观察组的总有效率(93.33%vs 71.11%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组乳酸刺激试验指标,皮肤生理功能指标均治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);观察组乳酸刺痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸刺痛感开始时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TEWL、皮肤pH值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),皮脂含量、角质层含水量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:含龙胆草提取物的液体敷料联合依巴斯汀能明显提高面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效,明显改善皮肤生理功能及耐受性,安全性好。展开更多
