The authors always insist that ecological thoughts should be borne to construct multi-functional sceneries with proper layout, elegant and honest landscapes, the construction of infrastructures and service system should be attached more importance in garden planning, functional division should be done according to actual landforms, constructions and functional demands, to form a healthy, environment-friendly and modern landscape system that can meet the demands for scientific research, education, science popularization and propaganda, and sightseeing. Through elaborating the design thoughts and principles of South Chinese Herb Garden, its design process, basis of regional planning and functional division, garden beautification means as well as road landscape designs, this study shows the ideas and ways of designing multi-functional garden landscapes.展开更多
Background:Patients with colon cancer who receive chemotherapy usually experience various gastrointestinal adverse reactions,including nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea,which make it challenging for them to adhere to treat...Background:Patients with colon cancer who receive chemotherapy usually experience various gastrointestinal adverse reactions,including nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea,which make it challenging for them to adhere to treatment.As an effective traditional Chinese medicine,the Jianpi Bushen formula has been widely used to alleviate the side effects of chemotherapy.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Bushen formulae for patients who undergo chemotherapy.This statistical analysis plan(SAP)is intended to enhance the transparency and research quality of our randomized controlled trial.Methods:Our study is a multicenter,double-blind,randomized controlled clinical trial.This trial aimed to compare the completion rate of chemotherapy in colon cancer patients who are using and not using Jianpi Bushen formula.To attenuate possible selection bias in the final report,we declared the overall trial design,outcome measures,subgroup analyses,and safety measures.Also,we described the data management and statistical analysis methods in detail.Conclusion:The SAP provides more detailed information than the trial protocol for data management and statistical analysis methods.Further post-hoc analyses can be performed by referring to the SAP,and possible selection bias can be attenuated.展开更多
Advance care planning is a process of discussion in which patients can communicate their end-of-life care preferences to family members and health care providers for consideration.Readiness for advance care planning i...Advance care planning is a process of discussion in which patients can communicate their end-of-life care preferences to family members and health care providers for consideration.Readiness for advance care planning is a patient's preparedness to engage in advance care planning.This review aims to develop the conceptual framework for advance care planning readiness for Chinese older people.The current knowledge from the published studies was identified and synthesized by an integrative review.The conceptual framework was developed based on the social-ecological model and the theory of planned behavior.The factors from the social environment/community,health care professionals,and individual/family layers were defined.These factors may influence an individual's medical decision-making,which in turn triggers individual behavioral mechanisms that arise from interactions between motivations,attitudes,and beliefs.Relevant factors should be considered when assessing the behavior of personnel engaged in advance care planning or formulating appropriate intervention measures to improve advance care planning par ticipation in China.This framework can be used to guide studies that explore how the social/familial/individual factors predict the readiness for advance care planning among Chinese older people,and to design intervention studies to test the effect of family function on the readiness for advance care planning.展开更多

METHODS: The questionnaire was designed by referring to the Applicability Questionnaire of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline, and the expert consultation was used to assess the content validity. In addition, the results of the questionnaire were processed and analyzed with SPSS20.0 software. RESULTS: The content validity of the self-designed questionnaire was 0.94 for the S-CVI/Ave score. The results of the questionnaire demonstrated that the overall content of the plan was "better than the original routine nursing plan"(59.18%); the recognition degree of "common symptoms"(36.70%) and "syndrome classification"(36.70%) of the plan was the lowest. CONCLUSION: The plan is supposed to be further improved in the future in order to be coincident with clinical reality.展开更多

Users play the Chinese chess game using the mouse on the ...The article presents the path planning algorithm to be applied in the Chinese chess game, and uses multiple mobile robots to present the experimental scenario. Users play the Chinese chess game using the mouse on the supervised computer. The supervised computer programs the motion paths using A* searching algorithm, and controls mobile robots moving on the grid based chessboard platform via wireless radio frequency (RF) interface. The A* searching algorithm solves shortest path problems of mobile robots from the start point to the target point, and avoids the obstacles on the chessboard platform. The supervised computer calculates the total time to play the game, and computes the residual time to play chess in the step for each player. The simulation results can fired out the shortest motion paths of the mobile robots (chesses) moving to target points from start points in the monitor, and decides the motion path to be existence or not. The eaten chess can moves to the assigned position, and uses the A* searching algorithm to program the motion path, too. Finally, the authors implement the simulation results on the chessboard platform using mobile robots. Users can play the Chinese chess game on the supervised computer according to the Chinese chess game rule, and play each step of the game in the assigned time. The supervised computer can suggests which player don't obey the rules of the game, and decides which player to be a winner. Simulated conventional progeny-testing ...Current study adopted gene flow theory and selection index method to compare the breeding efficiency of three breeding plans in the Chinese Holstein cattle using ZPLAN software. Simulated conventional progeny-testing program (PT) and young sire program (YS) were compared with breeding program using genomic selection (GS) taking parameters derived from Chinese Holstein breeding system. The results showed that, GS shortened generation interval by 1.5-2.2 years, and increased the genetic progress by 30-50%, comparing to PT and YS, respectively. Economic analysis showed that GS could obtain a higher breeding efficiency, being 119 and 97% higher than that of PT and YS, respectively; and GS was also powerful in improving functional traits with a low heritability. Main factors affecting breeding efficiency in GS were further discussed, including selection intensity, accuracy and the cost of SNP genotyping. Our finding provided references for future designing and implementing GS in Chinese dairy population.展开更多
Within the context of developing a research presence in the Antarctic region, the first phase of the Chinese Polar Programs covered the period 2011-2015, which almost coincided with the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015...Within the context of developing a research presence in the Antarctic region, the first phase of the Chinese Polar Programs covered the period 2011-2015, which almost coincided with the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015). For the promotion of full understanding of the progress of Chinese expeditions and research in Antarctica, the observations and achievements of cruises during 2011-2015 are summarized in this paper. Four Antarctic cruises (28th-31st) were performed in the Prydz Bay and Antarctic Peninsula regions during the first phase of the Polar Programs. These cruises performed systemic collections of physical oceanographic and meteorological data to support further research on the ice-ocean-atmosphere interactions in Antarctica. Overall, 248 CTD/LADCP stations, 66 microstructure profiles, 507 XBT/XCTDs, 181 air sounding balloons, 58000 total gaseous mercury (TGM) concentrations, 452 aerosol samples, 294 atmospheric samples, 11 moorings, and 28 surface drifters were acquired or deployed during the four cruises. Using these extensive observations and other data, Chinese scientists have achieved new recognition in the fields of Southern Ocean physical oceanography and meteorology, as well as in other interdisciplinary subjects. These studies, which have been associated with scientific techniques, instrumentation, ocean circulation, water mass formation, energy transformation, and carbon uptake, have elucidated the dynamic mechanisms and potential effects of climate change in Antarctica. Finally, some observations based on experience gained during previous Chinese Antarctic Research and Expedition campaigns are summarized with advice for the improvement of future investigations in the Antarctic region.展开更多

Methods: Collected Collected 24 novel coronavirus pneumonia related diagnostic and therapeutic plans issued by the National Health Council and the Chinese medicine authority from January 26, 2020 to March 8th ,the filtered solution involved in the formula, establishing database of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of new crown pneumonia, the frequency of using frequency analysis methods of analysis and clustering analysis and association rules analysis to sort out data mining analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compound. Results: In this study, a total of 159 TCM compounds were included in the treatment of new crown pneumonia from the country and 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, involving 189 TCM compounds. A total of 62 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines (frequency ≥ 11) were obtained, mainly including licorice, almond, ephedra, gypsum, Poria cocos, Huoxiang, etc The drug types are mainly heat-clearing drugs, vacuous drugs, moisture-curing drugs, and surfactant drugs. The main effect of the medicine was warm, cold, lukewarm and flat, the main effect of the medicine was bitter and bitter, and the main effect of the medicine was the lung, stomach and spleen. Cluster analysis results according to the performance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of new crown pneumonia high frequency drugs into 7 classes;Association rule analysis results in 29 common drug pairs. Conclusion: In the treatment of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection with traditional Chinese medicine, the following characteristics are presented: the number of times of supplementing qi and Yin is more than that of attacking evil and maintaining health;The method of dispersing and solving the attack of wet, beneficial, wet, permeable and wet medicine fully embodies a variety of ways to drive away evil;In terms of drugs, heat-clearing drugs, deficiency drugs, dampness drugs and surface drugs are the main ones, highlighting that the basic treatment method is to dissolve dampness and detoxify, and replenish qi and Yin. 文摘Objective: To analyze the prescription law of TCM compound in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia, and provides reference for the clinical treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods: Collected Collected 24 novel coronavirus pneumonia related diagnostic and therapeutic plans issued by the National Health Council and the Chinese medicine authority from January 26, 2020 to March 8th ,the filtered solution involved in the formula, establishing database of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of new crown pneumonia, the frequency of using frequency analysis methods of analysis and clustering analysis and association rules analysis to sort out data mining analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compound. Results: In this study, a total of 159 TCM compounds were included in the treatment of new crown pneumonia from the country and 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, involving 189 TCM compounds. A total of 62 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines (frequency ≥ 11) were obtained, mainly including licorice, almond, ephedra, gypsum, Poria cocos, Huoxiang, etc The drug types are mainly heat-clearing drugs, vacuous drugs, moisture-curing drugs, and surfactant drugs. The main effect of the medicine was warm, cold, lukewarm and flat, the main effect of the medicine was bitter and bitter, and the main effect of the medicine was the lung, stomach and spleen. Cluster analysis results according to the performance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of new crown pneumonia high frequency drugs into 7 classes;Association rule analysis results in 29 common drug pairs. Conclusion: In the treatment of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection with traditional Chinese medicine, the following characteristics are presented: the number of times of supplementing qi and Yin is more than that of attacking evil and maintaining health;The method of dispersing and solving the attack of wet, beneficial, wet, permeable and wet medicine fully embodies a variety of ways to drive away evil;In terms of drugs, heat-clearing drugs, deficiency drugs, dampness drugs and surface drugs are the main ones, highlighting that the basic treatment method is to dissolve dampness and detoxify, and replenish qi and Yin. In summary, this study can provide reference for guiding clinical drug use and developing new drugs.
文摘Since early 2020,the concern about the frontliners who are fighting against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is worrying as this disease is surging up.Medicinal plants have contributed a role in this pandemic.The medicinal plant has regained its attention although it has the perception of being hay or woods.Traditional Chinese medicines are ubiquitous in which the source is from any plants.Especially,people are applying for traditional medicine as the element in the garden landscaping.With the increase in the people’s attention to Chinese medicine,the medicinal plants-themed garden landscapes are constructed in more provinces and cities.Besides,the state also recommends the introduction of Chinese medicine in the school as part of science teaching materials.
文摘This essay is going to have an in-depth analysis of the Collaborative Strategic Reading, a four-step reading comprehension strategy popular in the Western classrooms. It will start with some brief introduction about this instructional approach in company with its theoretical rationale and research evidence for its effectiveness of improving learners' reading competence. Focused on the previewing skill, the first step of the reading instruction, a modified lesson plan is designed in the Chinese high school setting, followed by justification of the major elements of the plan, and some practical implications.
