The key feature of this technique is the fabrication of a planar patch-clamp substrate using appropriate materials. In this study, a planar patch-clamp substrate was designed and fabricated using a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer. The access resistance and capacitance of SOl-based planar patch-clamp substrates are smaller than those of bulk silicon-based planar substrates, which will reduce the distributed RC noise.展开更多

The effects of substrate resistivity and inductor spiral length on the substrate eddy and distribution effects are captured. The substrate eddy influence factors of an inductor (6 turn, 3 060 μm in length) fabricated on low ( 1 Ω. cm) and high resistivity( 1 000 Ω.cm) silicon substrates are 0. 3 and 0. 04, and the distribution-effects- occurring frequencies are 1.8 GHz and 14. 5 GHz, respectively. The measurement results show that the equivalent circuit model of the inductor on low resistivity silicon must take into consideration substrate eddy effects and distribution effects. However, the circuit model of the inductor on high resistivity silicon cannot take into account the substrate eddy effects and the distribution effects at the frequencies of interest. Its simple model shows agreement with the measurements, and the contrast is within 7%.展开更多

Some researchers focus on the effect...The polymer spin coating is critical in flexible electronic manufaction and micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS)devices due to its simple operation, and uniformly coated layers. Some researchers focus on the effects of spin coating parameters such as wafer rotating speed, the viscosity of the coating liquid and solvent evaporation on final film thickness.In this work, the influence of substrate curvature on film thickness distribution is considered. A new parameter which represents the edge bead effect ratio(re) is proposed to investigate the influence factor of edge bead effect. Several operation parameters including the curvature of the substrate and the wafer-spin speed are taken into account to study the effects on the film thickness uniformity and edge-bead ratio. The morphologies and film thickness values of the spin-coated PDMS films under various substrate curvatures and coating speeds are measured with laser confocal microscopy. According to the results, both the convex and concave substrate will help to reduce the edge-bead effect significantly and thin film with better surface morphology can be obtained at high spin speed. Additionally, the relationship between the edge-bead ratio and the thin film thickness is like parabolic curve instead of linear dependence. This work may contribute to the mass production of flexible electronic devices.展开更多

文摘为了实现双频带全向天线,将基片集成波导SIW技术和平面螺旋天线技术结合,实现了一种新型双频基片集成波导螺旋缝隙天线。比较了当其他条件一样时有SIW结构和没采用该结构时的天线增益:在低频段1.7 GHz^1.87 GHz增益基本一样,在高频段2.4 GHz^2.9 GHz有SIW结构时增益提高了1.1 d B^3.5 d B。仿真和测试结果表明,经优化设计后的天线在S11小于-10 d B时的工作频带为1.705 GHz^1.865 GHz和2.321 GHz^2.646 GHz。该天线在垂直于天线基板的平面内具有全向特性,具有重量轻、低剖面、高增益、易于和平面电路集成等优点。
