2012~2014年,采用人工饲养实验观察法辅以野外调查法对中华山蝠(Nyctalus plancyi)冬眠期间生理特性及生态习性进行了初步研究.结果表明:中华山蝠冬眠期从当年的11月开始至翌年的3月结束,平均持续113±15.56 d;整个冬眠期冬眠...2012~2014年,采用人工饲养实验观察法辅以野外调查法对中华山蝠(Nyctalus plancyi)冬眠期间生理特性及生态习性进行了初步研究.结果表明:中华山蝠冬眠期从当年的11月开始至翌年的3月结束,平均持续113±15.56 d;整个冬眠期冬眠阵10.2±3.03个,包含深冬眠阵和短冬眠阵两种形式,冬眠阵平均时长9.87±9.17 d;冬眠时间占整个冬眠期的77%±4.5%.中华山蝠在入眠前会积累大量的脂肪,体重增加到30 g 左右.越冬期内,中华山蝠苏醒状态下的最低环境温度为8℃,当环境温度降低到8℃以下时,全部个体进入冬眠.激醒后由醒到眠的呼吸频率变化很大,可在10 min 内从1225次/ min 下降到7次/ min.展开更多
