Research on the Education Strategy of College Students’Career Planning in the New Era

Career planning is the key educational content for college students,which is related to students’career choices and future development after graduation.However,there are some common problems related to career planning among college students.At the same time,career planning education itself fails to break through the limitations of traditional education,which,to some extent,hinders the future development planning of college students.Based on this,schools should actively introduce advanced education methods in the new era,combine the characteristics of college students on the basis of summarizing the previous planning experience in education,constantly improve and innovate the content and form of career planning education,promote the improvement of college students’education,and enhance the quality of education.

A Novel Close-loop Strategy for Integrating Process Operations of Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit with Production Planning Optimization

Production planning models generated by common modeling systems do not involve constraints for process operations, and a solution optimized by these models is called a quasi-optimal plan. The quasi-optimal plan cannot be executed in practice some time for no corresponding operating conditions. In order to determine a practi- cally feasible optimal plan and corresponding operating conditions of fluidized catalytic cracking unit （FCCU）, a novel close-loop integrated strategy, including determination of a quasi-optimal plan, search of operating conditions of FCCU and revision of the production planning model, was proposed in this article. In the strategy, a generalized genetic algorithm （GA） coupled with a sequential process simulator of FCCU was applied to search operating conditions implementing the quasi-optimal plan of FCCU and output the optimal individual in the GA search as a final genetic individual. When no corresponding operating conditions were found, the final genetic individual based correction （FGIC） method was presented to revise the production planning model, and then a new quasi-optimal production plan was determined. The above steps were repeated until a practically feasible optimal plan and corresponding operating conditions of FCCU were obtained. The close-loop integrated strategy was validated by two cases, and it was indicated that the strategy was efficient in determining a practically executed optimal plan and corresponding operating conditions of FCCU.

An Integrated Planning for Rense and Wetland Strategyof Waste Water from Rural Enterprises: A Case Stndy

A waste water reuse engineering was designed and then operated in Hongshan, a small town in ZhejiangProvince, China, in order to solve pollution and shortage of water resources due to the development of ruralenterprises. The results showed that series-structure design and cycling model were two effective modes ofsaving water and decreasing pollutants into environment, and wetland strategy should be a component partof the integrated planning for waste water reuse of rural enterprises. This case study could provide a basisfor the optimum utilization and pollution avoidance of water resources.

Applying systematic conservation planning to constitute a protection strategy for broad-leaved Korean pine forests in Changbai Mountains, China

The broad-leaved Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis) forest is one of the most biodiverse zonal communities in the North Temperate Zone and an important habitat for many endangered species.Broad-leaved Korean pine forests(BKPFs) are shrinking quickly due to deforestation and rapid urbanization. Thus, scientific protection strategies are urgently needed to change this status. Changbai Mountains contains one of the largest BKPFs and is considered a priority biodiversity conservation area in China. Guided by systematic conservation planning(SCP) methods and procedures, we chose representative species and communities in BKPFs ecosystem as priority conservation objects, and set quantitative conservation target, which is in the light of the biodiversity characteristic of BKPFs. The watershed area is used as planning unit. We used CPlan software to calculate the irreplaceability(Ir)value of each planning unit and the contribution value(Ti) of each conservation object to(1) assess the conservation efficiency;(2) identify the conservation gap of the existing conservation network. Then wecalculated a human disturbance index(HDI) for planning units in the conservation gaps and combine this with the Ir value to design three conservation scenarios to optimize the conservation network.Results show that planning units with high conservation value 14.16% of the total area, with3084.36 km2 were covered by the existing conservation network. 79.28% of planning units with high conservation value have not been protected which were concentrated mainly in the eight gap areas.Only 25.3% of protection objects achieved their conservation target with the existing conservation network. Conservation efficiency is low. Three conservation scenarios are constituted, each prioritizing a different aim:(1) ecological value;(2)species rescue; and(3) economical avoidance. The three conservation schemes potentially enable 93%,88% and 51% of conservation objects, respectively, to achieve identified conservation targets, thereby improving conservation efficiency significantly.

Planning strategy of gully areas in mountainous cities adapting to ecological process

With the expansion of mountainous cities,many gully areas have been included in the scope of urban construction land.These gully areas will restrict urban construction because of sensitivity and instability caused by the unique ecological processes.This paper attempts to explore a planning and design strategy that combines ecological processes to reduce the risk of urban construction in gully areas.According to the ecological characteristics of gully areas,especially its suitability for urban construction,gully areas can be divided into three categories in the mountainous city:prevention and controlling gully—focusing on gully drainage;conservation gully—focusing on the construction of green space;utilization type gully—focusing on the development of gully towns.The utilization type gully can be used as urban construction land.For utilization type gullies,horizontal and vertical segmented planning strategies can adopt their respective ecological processes by land utilization,landscape construction,spatial layout and traffic organization matching the time-space natural process to form harmony human settlements.

Analysis of Development Regulation in Chinese Regulatory Planning towards the Main Function Zoning Strategy

China is in a process of rapid urbanization. However, along with the dramatically economic growth, there constantly emerges environmental and social constraints which may be great challenges of China＇s future sustainable development. In order to optimize the developmental mode, the latest national plan, ＂The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan （2011-2015）＂, is establishing the ＂Main Function Zoning Strategy＂, which could be considered as a new prototype of national spatial plan and may cover all Chinese territories. Based on the latest ＂Main Function Zoning Strategy＂ stipulated in ＂The 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan （2011-2015）＂, the article builds main interlinks between the spatial development strategy and urban regulatory planning. Secondly, regulation factors in Chinese regulatory planning, which may implement the task of main function zoning, have been clarified and categorized. For each regulation factor, its regulation capability is defined by applying a coding method developed by the author. Finally, according to the output of the study, the spatial regulation approaches to implementing the ＂Main Function Zoning Strategy＂ in Chinese regulatory planning are analyzed.

Study on Extension Strategy-Tactics-Planning

Extension strategy tactics planning (ESTP), based upon the science of Extenics, is established for the purpose of solving contradictory problems. In this paper, the fundamental thoughts, theories and methods of ESTP are introduced concisely. The highlights of ESTP are that the techniques, used in the case of tackling such problems as how to generate the ideas of strategy tactics planning, how to completely analyze the resources, how to exploit extension resources, how to transfer the incompatible into the compati ble, and how to transfer the opposite into the co existent, are developed in a formalized way. And regarding the practices of ESTP, the applications of ESTP in resource integration, project, market development, and the prevention and handling crises are presented.

Efficient Penetration Testing Path Planning Based on Reinforcement Learning with Episodic Memory

Intelligent penetration testing is of great significance for the improvement of the security of information systems,and the critical issue is the planning of penetration test paths.In view of the difficulty for attackers to obtain complete network information in realistic network scenarios,Reinforcement Learning(RL)is a promising solution to discover the optimal penetration path under incomplete information about the target network.Existing RL-based methods are challenged by the sizeable discrete action space,which leads to difficulties in the convergence.Moreover,most methods still rely on experts’knowledge.To address these issues,this paper proposes a penetration path planning method based on reinforcement learning with episodic memory.First,the penetration testing problem is formally described in terms of reinforcement learning.To speed up the training process without specific prior knowledge,the proposed algorithm introduces episodic memory to store experienced advantageous strategies for the first time.Furthermore,the method offers an exploration strategy based on episodic memory to guide the agents in learning.The design makes full use of historical experience to achieve the purpose of reducing blind exploration and improving planning efficiency.Ultimately,comparison experiments are carried out with the existing RL-based methods.The results reveal that the proposed method has better convergence performance.The running time is reduced by more than 20%.

Enhancing Autonomy Capability in Regional Power Grids:A Strategic Planning Approach with Multiple Autonomous Evaluation Indexes

After the integration of large-scale DistributedGeneration(DG)into the distribution network,the randomness and volatility of its output result in a reduction of spatiotemporal alignment between power generation and demand in the distribution network,exacerbating the phenomenon of wind and solar power wastage.As a novel power system model,the fundamental concept of Regional Autonomous Power Grids(RAPGs)is to achieve localized management and energy autonomy,thereby facilitating the effective consumption of DGs.Therefore,this paper proposes a distributed resource planning strategy that enhances the autonomy capabilities of regional power grids by considering multiple evaluation indexes for autonomy.First,a regional Energy Storage(ES)configuration strategy is proposed.This strategy can select a suitable reference value for the upper limit of ES configuration based on the regional load andDGoutput to maximize the elimination of source load deviations in the region as the upper limit constraint of ES capacity.Then,a control strategy for regional ES is proposed,the charging and discharging reference line of ES is set,and multiple autonomy and economic indexes are used as objective functions to select different proportions of ES to control the distributed resources of the regional power grid and establish evaluation indexes of the internal regional generation and load power ratio,the proportion of power supply matching hours,new energy consumption rate and tie line power imbalance outside the region to evaluate changes in the regional autonomy capabilities.The final simulation results showthat in the real regional grid example,the planning method in the planning year in the region of the overall power supply matching hour ratio and new energy consumption rate increased by 3.9%and 4.8%on average,and the power imbalance of the tie line decreased by 7.8%on average.The proposed planning approach enables the maximization of regional autonomy while effectively smoothing the fluctuation of power exchange between the regional grid and the higher-level grid.This presents a rational and effective planning solution for the regional grid,facilitating the coordinated development between the region and the distribution network.

Strategic Planning Practices of Hotels in Kenya

This study broadens perspectives of strategic planning procedures in hotels by analyzing hotel managers’perspectives on hotel strategy formulation and planning.The study was a descriptive quantitative study that targeted managers from various Kenyan hotels.180 questionnaires were returned from a sample of 280 hotel managers who had attended management development programs at a hospitality school.The primary goal of the study was to analyze two aspects of the strategic planning process:strategy formulation and strategic planning.The findings revealed that hotels in Kenya have developed methods and are keen on scanning their external environments.However,with the product offerings being so comparable,competitive analysis played an important role in the context.Creating a unique or specialty offering was not a popular option for most hotels.Cost-cutting was the most favored strategic inclination to achieve desired results.The balanced scorecard was underutilized in the sector.While managers were involved in the strategic planning process,other lower cadre employees were not,they were provided with the targets for the hotels’organizational goals to be achieved.The findings reveal that with similar products and services,the industry creates a hostile business climate with fierce rivalry and must invest in the most obvious alternative of cost reduction to survive.Alternative product innovation is not common in this industry for developing a differentiation approach that allows a property to control a market.

Exploration on Construction Planning of Ecotownship in Underdeveloped Regions with a Case of Luoshi Town, Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province

Eco-township is of great significance for constructing beautiful countryside and accomplishing regional coordinated development between rural and urban areas to protect and improve environment in towns and villages in accordance with Envi- ronment Planning and Guidance of Townlets. The research took national eco-town- ship in Luoshi Town, Xinluo County, Jiangxi Province as an example and analyzed major environmental problems and causes by collecting natural, social and environ- ment information, from the perspectives of surveying on pollution source and envi- ronment quality. Finally, the research conducted regionalization of environment func- tion zones, determined environment quality protection objectives, and formulated en- vironment protection countermeasures, providing references for eco-township develop- ment in underdeveloped areas.

Study on Planning of Yunnan Shilin Rural Tourism

Yunnan Province had abundant national cultures,complicated terrains,diversified climates,plentiful biological species,and rich tourist resources.Shilin Yi Autonomous County was located at the central tourist area of Yunnan,was one of the important supporting areas in Central Yunnan tourist region,with large source market.Shilin tourist resources had some advantages,like rich agricultural resources,unique geomorphic feature,and brilliant national culture.There also existed some problems,such as scattered distribution of scenic spots,disordered spatial layout;misuse of spatial resources;representational manifestation of cultural connotation;and monotonous tourist mode.Based on advantages of Shilin tourist resources,the paper had proposed corresponding strategies for tourist planning,that is,① identifying the development thought of self-producing development,national culture driving development,dislocation development and policy linkage,and making rural tourist products with unique style;② adjusting planning layout,integrating tourist resources,forming tourist spatial structure of "one loop and four zones","one loop" referring to tourist loop constituted by shilin Avenue,Jiushi'a travel line and other roads,"four zones" referred to suburb experience zone of "leisure farmhouse",vacation leisure recreational zone,national culture experience zone and outdoor leisure sports zone;③ expanding cultural connotation of rural tourism and creating experience environment for tourists;④ developing multiple tourist modes and meeting diversified needs of source market.It hoped to explore tourist planning more suitable for local tourism development and improve competiveness of local tourist products through perfecting stone forest tourist resources planning.

A randomized trail comparing primary percutaneous coronary intervention with a strategy of short-acting thrombolysis and immediate planned primary percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction

Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a short acting reduced dose fibrinolytic regimen to promote early infarct related artery (IRA) patency for acyute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients referred for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Following aspirin and heparin, 166 patients were randomized to a 50 mg bolus of recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator(rt PA) or to a same volume sodium chloride injection followed by immediate primary PCI. The end points included patency rates on catheterization laboratory (cath lab) arrival, revascularization results when PCI was performed, complication rates, left ventricular function and restored patency rate following PCI. Results Patency on cath lab arrival was 64% with rt PA (34% TIMI 3,30% TIMI 2), while 31% of placebo (13% TIMI 3, 18% TIMI 2). There was no difference in the restored TIMI 3 rates of IRA between the two groups (85% vs 87%). No difference were observed in stroke or major bleeding. Left ventricular function was similar in both groups (52±9% vs 50±8%), but left ventricular ejection fraction fraction (LVEF) was higher with patent IRA (TIMI 3) on cath lab arrival than that of others (56±12% vs 48±10%).Conclusions Strategy thrombolytic regimens were compatible with subsequent PCI lead to more frequenc early recanalization (before cath lab arrival), which facilitates greater left ventricular function preservation with no augmentation of adverse events.

CAD Model-Based Intelligent Inspection Planning for Coordinate Measuring Machines

As the market competition among enterprises grows intensively and the demand for high quality products increases rapidly, product quality inspection and control has become one of the most important issues of manufacturing, and improving the efficiency and accuracy of inspection is also one of problems which enterprises must solve. It is particularly important to establish rational inspection planning for parts before inspecting product quality correctly. The traditional inspection methods have been difficult to satisfy the requirements on the speed and accuracy of modern manufacturing, so CAD-based computer-aided inspection planning （CAIP） system with the coordinate measuring machines （CMM） came into being. In this paper, an algorithm for adaptive sampling and collision-free inspection path generation is proposed, aiming at the CAD model-based inspection planning for coordinate measuring machines （CMM）. Firstly, using the method of step adaptive subdivision and iteration , the sampling points for the specified number with even distribution will be generated automatically. Then, it generates the initial path by planning the inspection sequence of measurement points according to the values of each point＇s weight sum of parameters, and detects collision by constructing section lines between the probe swept-volume surfaces and the part surfaces, with axis-aligned bounding box （AABB） filtering to improve the detection efficiency. For collided path segments, it implements collision avoidance firstly aiming at the possible outer-circle features, and then at other collisions, for which the obstacle-avoiding movements are planned with the heuristic rules, and combined with a designed expanded AABB to set the obstacle-avoiding points. The computer experimental results show that the presented algorithm can plan sampling points＇ locations with strong adaptability for different complexity of general surfaces, and generate efficient optimum path in a short time and avoid collision effectively.

A Novel Improved Bat Algorithm in UAV Path Planning

Path planning algorithm is the key point to UAV path planning scenario.Many traditional path planning methods still suffer from low convergence rate and insufficient robustness.In this paper,three main methods are contributed to solving these problems.First,the improved artificial potential field(APF)method is adopted to accelerate the convergence process of the bat’s position update.Second,the optimal success rate strategy is proposed to improve the adaptive inertia weight of bat algorithm.Third chaos strategy is proposed to avoid falling into a local optimum.Compared with standard APF and chaos strategy in UAV path planning scenarios,the improved algorithm CPFIBA(The improved artificial potential field method combined with chaotic bat algorithm,CPFIBA)significantly increases the success rate of finding suitable planning path and decrease the convergence time.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm also has great robustness for processing with path planning problems.Meanwhile,it overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional meta-heuristic algorithms,as their convergence process is the potential to fall into a local optimum.From the simulation,we can see also obverse that the proposed CPFIBA provides better performance than BA and DEBA in problems of UAV path planning.

Biodiversity and Climate Change Adaptation in Australia:Strategy and Research Developments

Many countries are developing national strategies and action plans aimed at minimising the negative impacts of climate change on biodiversity.The purpose of this paper is to provide a brief overview not only of strategies and plans that have been developed in Australia,but also of research that has been carried out in Australia by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation(CSIRO) Climate Adaptation Flagship to assist the development of future strategies and plans.Major points are summarised from key policy documents such as the National Biodiversity and Climate Change Action Plan 2004-2007,and Australia's Biodiversity Conservation Strategy 2010-2030,as well as the 2009 report on "Australia's Biodiversity and Climate Change".Within the first three years of its existence,the Natural Ecosystems theme in CSIRO Climate Adaptation Flagship has carried out studies analysing impacts and identifying potential adaptations across the whole of Australia's vast terrestrial and marine environments.Techniques used in these studies could be applied easily in other countries and could assist the development of more effective national strategies and adaptation action plans for the conservation of biodiversity under climate change.

Renovated Planning and Design of Shangbao Caijia Village in Bajing Township of Jiangxi Province

Through elaborating the macro policy of constructing new socialist countryside,this study took the renovated planning and design of Shangbao Caijia Village in Bajing Township,Gaoan City,Jiangxi Province for example,and investigated the approaches for the renovated planning and design of villages.The author put forward that the conceptions and approaches of renovated village planning in the construction of new countryside should be innovated,so as to explore a new countryside construction model which should not only adapt to the economic development level but also satisfy demands of villagers.The core of such a modified-style renovated planning in Caijing Village lied in outstanding the local characteristics and designing according to actual circumstances.
