Strategies for Introducing Energy Saving Idea into Residential Planning and Design in Urban and Rural Areas of China

Currently,energy saving design has been conducted on single building but not on the whole residential community in urban and rural areas.So,the paper has proposed energy saving measures for residential planning from the perspective of site selection and layout of buildings.Specific measures are as follows.Firstly,buildings should be constructed on the sunny side and leeside;secondly,buildings on the south should be lower than those on the north;the east side of the building should be open while the west side should be closed;thirdly,climate protection unit should be set;fourthly,buildings should be of northsouth direction primarily,and the main room should be set on the east side and the assistant rooms or passage on the west side in the buildings of east-west direction;fifthly,it should select compact and wellarranged households and the units should not be combined in point and dislocation and jointing.

Research on Integrated Planning Method of Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration and Development

Under the requirement of high-quality development, the research method of integrated model planning for offshore oil and gas exploration and development suitable for the western South China Sea is put forward. Based on the new round of resource evaluation and exploration and development research in the western South China Sea, the in-depth research on underground oil and gas resources, surface development facilities, external factors and economic indexes are carried out to clarify the industrial layout of oil and gas development. The potential and prospect of oil and gas exploration and development were implemented, and the main external factors and corresponding measures affecting the planning were clarified in this paper. The economic evaluation model suitable for the region is established based on the analysis of internal rate of return, comprehensive barrel oil cost, critical price, financial net present value and other important indicators, and a set of planning and research methods suitable for the integration of exploration and development in the western South China Sea is finally formed. This method has been applied to the replacement reserve study of Weizhou X and Weizhou Y oil fields. It is found that the planned reserves and production are consistent with the actual ones, and good practical results have been achieved.

Exploration and Development of Urban Integrated Traffic System Planning: A Case Study of Ganzhou City

Based on combing of urban integrated traffic planning report in Ganzhou City and its contrastive study with revised traffic model of general planning,it is found that there is great difference between integrated traffic planning and its actual development in medium-sized cities.Combining new process of reform and opening-up in the past 40 years,the development of urban integrated planning is looked ahead and explored.

Retail Planning for Regional Development： The Design of Resilient Scenarios in Trentino （Italy）

The paper presents the recent evolution and development of Trentino retail planning policies and discusses an experimentation of a meta-evaluation methodology, namely TIE （Territorial Integrated Evaluation）, for designing retail resilient scenarios. A research team from the Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning of Politecnico di Torino applied this methodology experimentally to the practices of spatial planning in order to integrate territory and retail in the Trentino development policies. The application of TIE set out to design territorial retail scenarios that integrated various topics--retail, tourism, infrastructure, nature and landscape. On the base of TIE principles and criteria, each VC （Valley Community） is now implementing how to design its territorial scenarios assuming different approaches and visions according to its retail opportunities and risks. Starting from some best practices, the paper focuses on the innovative perspective for retail planning and for retail sites designed in Trentino. The emerging regional policy is aimed at linking quality of territorial retail development with environmental sustainability, respecting attractiveness and balance among different retail sites.

Integration system research and development for three-dimensional laser scanning information visualization in goaf

An integration processing system of three-dimensional laser scanning information visualization in goaf was developed. It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. According to practice, in addition to being well-adapted, this system is favorably reliable and stable.

The Integration and Communication of Regional Culture in Canal Landscape Planning and Design:A Case Study of the Grand Canal in the Gaomin Temple Section of Yangzhou

The Grand Canal is the cultural source of Yangzhou's historical development. The heritage and development of the canal culture are conducive to enhancing the image of Yangzhou, building cultural brands, and enhancing core competitiveness. Taking the canal in the Gaomin Temple section of Yangzhou for example, this study was based on the regional canal culture and the humanistic characteristics of Gaomin Temple, and explored the unique cultural communication mode of the important landscape node of the canal. Through the analysis of the status and development of the landscape of the section, this study concluded corresponding cultural orientation content and direction, and analyzed the integration and communication ideas of regional culture in landscape planning and design, in order to provide a reference for the promotion of cultural brands in the canal city of Yangzhou.

Problems and Solutions to Planning and Design of Green Building

Green building is one of the important issues for human beings to face ecological and environmental crisis and to examine its own behaviors. To realize sustainable development of architectural industry,main problems in planning and design of green building are analyzed,ideas and suggestions for planning and design of domestic green building are put forward,under the guidance of green building evaluation standards,and on the following two aspects,including urban planning and design driven by shortterm benefits and different design emphases due to unilateral understanding of green building.

Development characteristics, models and strategies for overseas oil and gas fields

Based on about 20 years of accumulated experience and knowledge of oil and gas field development in overseas countries and regions for China's oil companies, the development features, ideas, models and plan designing strategies of overseas oil and gas fields were comprehensively summarized. Overseas oil and gas field development has ten major features, such as non-identity project resource, diversity of contract type, complexity of cooperation model, and so on. The overseas oil and gas field development aims at the maximization of production and benefit during the limited contract period, so the overseas oil and gas field development models are established as giving priority to production by natural energy, building large-scale production capacity, putting into production as soon as possible, realizing high oil production recovery rate, and achieving rapid payback period of investment. According to the overseas contract mode, a set of strategies for overseas oil and gas field development plans were made. For tax systems contracts, the strategy is to adopt the mode of "first fat and then thinner, easier in the first and then harder", that is, early investment pace, production increase rate, development workload and production were decided by the change of tax stipulated in the contract. For production share contracts, the strategy is to give priority to high production with a few wells at a high production recovery rate to increase the cost-oil and shorten the period of payback. For technical service contracts, the strategy is that the optimal production target and workload of the project were determined by the return on investment, so as to ensure that the peak production and stable production periods meet the contract requirements.

A Model for Sustainable Tourism Development in Inland Latin American Areas＂ The Case of the Northern Region of Nicaragua

Central American countries＇ globalisation processes have improved macro-economic situations, as in the case of foreign debt, the same cannot be said for human development, where traditional societies have not had the capacity to respond to instruments introduced through the new knowledge society. Linked to this, tourism and services provide an opportunity to these countries because of the wealth of both their natural and cultural tourism resources. However, these developments must embrace sustainable models of tourism and to achieve this, tourism must not be presented as an end in itself, but rather as a tool for development. Here, we apply the model for integrated tourism development to the area of study （the Northern Region of Nicaragna, Las Segovias）.

Under "Integration of Doing, Learning and Teaching", Research on the Project-Based Teaching Innovation of "Landscape Planning and Design"

Based on the research on the project course theory of "integration of theory and practice" in higher vocational education and the analysis of practical teaching in colleges and universities at home and abroad, combined with literature research, case analysis, system theory and other research methods, the project-based teaching goal, model, content and means of "integration of doing, learning and teaching" in higher vocational education is explored, and the project-based teaching model of "Landscape Planning and Design" is discussed combined with the application of information-based teaching methods. So as to provide references for carrying out the project-based teaching in similar courses in higher vocational colleges and really achieve docking the actual post requirements with the course to provide the basis for achieving the purpose of cultivating skilled talents in higher vocational education.

Analysis on Development Trend of the D omestic Interior Design Pattern based on the Regional Characteristics and Cultural Integration

Interior is the main space of human activities, which is an important part of human life and design activities, and is the link between spiritual civilization and material civilization. Interior design originates from life, and needs to solve the problem of the material world and spiritual world. People improve the living environment and life quality through interior designs. The style of design depends on the geographical features and various cultures, which refi ects the artistic features and personality. The development history of modern architecture and interior design shows that the style of interior design is an important part of the whole architectural style, which reffects the design features of the whole building. Therefore, interior design and outdoor design should be in harmony. The orientation and characteristics of interior design determine the necessity of the style reforms. The future development trend of interior development may have the following characteristics humanism, green design, nationalization, intelligence and regionalization.

IRP/DSM and Sustainable Development

This paper introduces the energy consumption status in China, elaborate the affects of the unreasonable energy consumption structure on energy environment and sustainable development of economy. Simultaneously, it points out the solution, i.e., to implement integrated resources planning (IRP)/demand side management (DSM), and gives some recommendations on the way of implementing IRP/DSM.

Preliminary Discussion on the Construction and Development of Modern Refinery in China

Sustainable development of refinery is an important problem that refining industry faces in the21st Century. The situation and challenges in front of refining industry are analyzed and illustrated byexamples in this paper. It is also recognized that large-scale, clean, light-oriented and integrated refinery isthe mode of development in future, and also an important measure for the sustainable development ofpetroleum resource.

Study on DSM-based task planning of product cooperative development

The results of analyzing the managerial characteristics and complexity of product cooperative development suggest that task planning is an important aspect for process management of product cooperative development and the method for planning tasks should be able to model the dependency between tasks and iterations during the development process. In this paper, a DSM-based method and its corresponding optimization algorithms are developed. At first the coupled task sets and uncoupled task sets are identified, and the tasks are then optimized by the corresponding algorithms. The optimal tasks plan will reduce the development time and cost. Considering the practical requirements in real world, a Multilayer DSM is proposed, and its information communication techniques between DSM and traversing principle are described in details.

The resettlement planning and practice of Three Gorges Project

Migrant resettlement is essential to the success of the Three Gorges Project (TGP),and the smooth implementation of resettlement is ensured by the resettlement planning and effective organization management.In the process of resettlement planning and implementation,systematic legislation and document support system is established;environmental capacity analysis and assets appraisal methods are introduced;resettlement sites are selected through in-depth analysis and comparison;the relationship between resettlement compensation and local development is correctly understood and considered,and reasonable resettlement schedules are well prepared.Through the establishment of efficient management system and capital management mode of "static control and dynamic management",as well as the timely adjustment of plan according to actual situations,the resettlement is accomplished smoothly.Thus,the social stability of the reservoir area is ensured;the economic development of reservoir area is promoted,and it has promoted successfully the improvement of legislation,regulations and techniques for land requisition and resettlement.The paper also discusses the theory and prospective work of resettlement.

电动汽车与清洁能源融合发展技术研究与展望

以光电、风电为代表的清洁能源发电技术可为电动汽车提供清洁的电力供给,减少全生命周期碳排放,助力交通领域“双碳”战略目标的实现,因此近年来得到迅猛发展。为了推动交能融合技术的应用,明确相关研究中的关键问题,该文综述了国内外学者过去10年在电动汽车与清洁能源融合技术方面的研究进展。首先,介绍了二者融合发展的必要性与现实意义;其次,将已有研究成果分为公路环境与城市道路环境两类,分别从电网、充电站、车辆3个层面归纳了当前电动汽车与清洁能源融合技术的研究成果;最后,考虑到清洁能源发电以及电动汽车充电存在较强的随机波动,对未来发展提出了加强公共领域交能融合发展、构建多种互补型清洁能源发电策略、建立“源—网—荷—储”集成优化技术、强化分布式微电网能源自洽调度、加强无线光伏充电公路运营管理等建议。

湖北省流域综合治理和统筹发展规划探讨

省级流域综合治理和统筹发展规划是统筹发展与安全的综合性规划、寻求多目标平衡的系统性规划、引导全域有序布局的空间性规划。梳理省级流域综合治理和统筹发展规划的内涵及作用,结合湖北省流域综合治理和统筹发展规划编制实践,提出根据省情特点和承担的国家安全与发展责任,以流域综合治理为基础,严守水安全、水环境安全、粮食安全、生态安全4类安全底线;以“四化同步”发展为路径,推动高质量发展;强化交通区位、科教资源等比较优势,完善要素支撑体系;绘制规划“一张蓝图”,实现空间有序布局;建立“两张清单”,实现规划有效考核等。以综合性规划为引领,探索加强省级规划统筹的方法,为提高省域治理体系和治理能力现代化提供经验借鉴。

航天总体设计的智慧研发模式

新一代航天复杂装备的发展,亟须改变传统研制模式,提升总体设计水平,缩短研制周期,降低试验成本。同时,我国航天装备研制过程积累的大数据资源没有形成有效的知识积累与重用手段,并且多专业强耦合的总体设计研制流程信息化程度低,导致专业内部和专业之间协同不高效,难以驱动装备总体方案设计实现敏捷、高效、最优。因此,如何建设智慧研发体系成为当前航天总体设计面向数字化、智能化融合发展的主要焦点问题。本文介绍了航天装备总体设计的智慧研发模式,分析了难点与需求,提出了实施途径、模型体系、研制流程和支撑平台架构,以研制流程高效可控、数据智能学习、知识驱动设计、系统耦合验证为构建思路,用于指导建设新一代航天装备总体设计的智能化、协同化研发环境,支撑产品自主研发能力和产品研发活动规范高效地开展,指导设计持续改进,推动航天装备数字化研制。

国土空间规划背景下“多维融合”教学模式探索——以国土空间总体规划系列课程为例

国土空间规划背景下,城乡规划专业教学需要不断更新与完善。以内蒙古工业大学城乡规划专业国土空间总体规划系列课程为例,从人才培养目标、教学团队平台、教学模式方法、教学评价体系四个方面,构建了“产学研”相融合、交叉学科理论与规划实践相融合、线上线下与多种教学方法相融合、多元化教学评价主体相融合的“多维融合”教学改革模式。为适应城乡规划发展的新要求、新形势和新使命,探索集理论、实践、方法、研究于一体的教育教学新模式。
