This database was based on Kunming natural environment conditions, and finished by hard work of collecting and analyzing relevant written materials as well as pictures of garden plants. To make the information axiom fit to MADM problems, the original computation method for the information content is improved by increasing the satisfaction degree item. Attribute values are divided into precise type, uncertainty type and fuzzy type. For benefit, cost, fixation, and interval type attributes, the computation methods for the information content on the three types of attribute values are presented. The improved information content can reflect the system success probability and the decision-maker satisfaction degree simultaneously and evaluate the MADM problem including multiple type attribute values. Finally, as a case study, the facility layout alternatives of a welding assembly workshop are evaluated. The result verifies the validity and the feasibility of the improved information axiom on the MADM problems.展开更多

It will be shown that the optimization problem can be formulated in terms of an eigenvalue minimization problem of matrix pairs of the form (H(h0, g0), H(δ1,k, δ2,k)), where k= 1, 2, 3, 4 and both H(h0, g0) and H(δ1,k,δ2,k) are frequency independent Hurwitz-like matrices. Bangladesh Television (BTV), the only government owned and administered, and known as structurally a biased institution serves the audience the public service information most. At the same time it serves purposes of incumbent government. Public information (PI) broadcast means broadcasting towards public welfare which may bring about change in the betterment of life and work of people. Its main focus would be on information, education, and motivation values rather than entertainment. In case of information, dissemination, and documentation, all private TV channels in Bangladesh serve more entertainment and less public service information, whereas, BTV's focus is evident on more PI. The owners and operators of private channels think first of their business profit as well as pressure from government and political parties. During formulating planning and strategies or building program content, they become cautious as they fear that the government become angry and shut down the channel.展开更多
The community living around the Cikaniki Area of Gunung Halimun Salak National Park(CAGHSNP)uses various plants to fulfill their needs.Their habits are related to indigenous knowledge of using plants as food,medicine,...The community living around the Cikaniki Area of Gunung Halimun Salak National Park(CAGHSNP)uses various plants to fulfill their needs.Their habits are related to indigenous knowledge of using plants as food,medicine,construction,and household utilities,which dynamic societal changes have not displaced.This study aimed to inventory and update potential plants used as food,medicine,construction,and household utilities by local communities in the Cikaniki area,and measure and analyze their cultural and ethnobotanical value.This study objected to five hamlets in the Cikaniki at Malasari Village,Nanggung District,Bogor Regency,West Java,Indonesia.The quantitative analysis was calculated based on the Informant Consensus Factor,Fidelity Level,and Use Value.We analyzed the qualitative data based on the data collection through observation,interviews,and documentation from informants and respondents in five hamlets.The study recorded 199 plant species from 75 families used by the community of CA-GHSNP.The most utilized species in Cikaniki were Staurogyne elongata,Caryota mitis,Blumea balsamifera,Castanopsis argentea,Pilea melastomoides,and Piper betle.There are 72 species of plants used as food,122species for medicinal purposes,and 50 species of plants used for construction and household utilities.The potential plant species in the CA-GHSNP,their utilization categories,and recommendation for conservation strategy are discussed.展开更多
