The paper covers analysis and investigation of lighting automation system in low-traffic long-roads. The main objective is to provide optimal solution between expensive safe design that utilizes continuous street lighting system at night for the entire road, or inexpensive design that sacrifices the safety, relying on using vehicles lighting, to eliminate the problem of high cost energy consumption during the night operation of the road. By taking into account both of these factors, smart lighting automation system is proposed using Pattern Recognition Technique applied on vehicle number-plates. In this proposal, the road is sectionalized into zones, and based on smart Pattern Recognition Technique, the control system of the road lighting illuminates only the zone that the vehicles pass through. Economic analysis is provided in this paper to support the value of using this design of lighting control system. 展开更多

Based on these, the paper addresses the means of performing in cycle measurement for manufacturing quality, provides an approach of improving the state of manufacturing process by achieving the real time change of control parameters according to the level of manufacturing process, and discusses the technique of implementing in process dimensional errors compensation corresponding to the in cycle measurement. An integrated metallurgical model was developed to predict microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of low-carbon steel plates produced by TMCP. The metallurgical phenomena occurring during TMCP and mechanical properties were predicted for different process parameters. In the later passes full recrystallization becomes difficult to occur and higher residual strain remains in austenite after rolling. For the reasonable temperature and cooling schedule, yield strength of 30 mm plain carbon steel plate can reach 310 MPa. The first on-line application of prediction and control of microstructure and properties (PCMP) in the medium plate production was achieved. Thick metal plate rolling process has become more and more important in building a flat roof of drilling on the bottom at sea. This is because not only the product quality requirement higher and higher but also the marketing competition. To improve the process of thick metal plate rolling and to increase productivity a numerical controlled rolling process is developed, which include the process planning, the mathematical model establishment and the numerical control system development. The process is for the 17 000 kN×3 000 mm movable up roller bending machine. According to the machine configuration non-symmetry rolling process is planed. This makes it possible to integrate all the steps of plate shaping up such as end side bending, several times of semi-shape bending and the last shape finishing. Since the process will perform under the numerical controlled condition whole steps of the process are considered can be worked in the automatic cycle. The mathematic model consists of two sections, the theory model and the experience parameters model. Which takes the original plate parameters such as geometry and mechanics, characters of the machine such as the movement limits, tonnage and so on as input and calculates all the parameters needed in process performing. Meanwhile, the mathematic Model is totally adapted to the control system. The numerical control system development scheme is based on all the works above. Here, a system plan is provided. The functional modules and hardware selection, in detail, are introduced. The system software on top level and the controlling software for controller are developed. And some unit techniques in the system such as timer setting, communication between system and controller, video integration, and the ability of resisting impact force are introduced. The process has been used successfully in production for more than two years. Practice approves that the process is robust. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the process for pillow shape plate by line heating technique, which is widely applied in the production of ship hull. Based on the analysis of primary parameters and experimental data in line heating process, the amount of local contraction generated by line heating has been illustrated. Then, combining with the computational result of local deformation determined by shell plate development, an optimization method for line heating parameters has been studied. This prediction system may provide rational arrangements of heating lines and technical parameters of process. By integrating the prediction system into the line heating robot for pillow shape plate, the automatic process of line heating for pillow shape plate can be achieved. 展开更多

In the system the deformation and position error of profile steel can be detected by precise sensors, and figure position coordinate error resulted from profile steel deformation can be compensated by modifying traveling track of robotic arm online. 茶叶加工技术与装备是茶叶产业发展的基础,对行业发展起着举足轻重的作用。为实现绿茶加工机械自动化生产,设计了大型连续绿茶精制加工生产线,阐述了该生产线系统结构、主要生产环节及安装调试应用。基于PLC控制的大型连续绿茶精制加工... 茶叶加工技术与装备是茶叶产业发展的基础,对行业发展起着举足轻重的作用。为实现绿茶加工机械自动化生产,设计了大型连续绿茶精制加工生产线,阐述了该生产线系统结构、主要生产环节及安装调试应用。基于PLC控制的大型连续绿茶精制加工生产线,主要由鲜叶上料输送机、大型滚筒杀青机、冷却回潮机、四机协同联动式揉捻机组、并列连续预烘干机组、储料仓、计量分料装置、茶叶炒干与抛光机组、筛分装置、风选装置及配套的测控系统等组成。针对绿茶加工工艺的各个环节,采用模块化设计,根据茶叶加工企业的厂房实际情况,灵活安装组线,满足企业个性化需求。基于模糊PID温度控制的大型滚筒杀青机双模糊控制技术,解决了传统杀青温度与时间无法实现精确控制的难点问题。采用链式刮板输送智能加料装置与多机联动协同连续揉捻控制技术,实现多机协同联动式自动加料连续揉捻,边进料边揉捻,揉捻均匀度高。生产线上杀青机、理条机和烘干机各环节温度采用模糊PID控制,解决了茶叶加工温度、投叶量与杀青、理条、烘干时间实时配合的问题,输入不同等级、不同重量的鲜叶可输出相适应的杀青温度和时间,实现对茶叶生产过程的精确控制,减少人为因素的干扰,实现绿茶的智能化生产。近年来,生产线用户遍布皖、苏、浙、云、贵、川、豫、湘、鄂和陕等10多个省份200余家茶叶生产企业。该生产线的推广应用,实现了茶叶规模化生产,保证了茶叶品质,对茶产业发展具有重要意义。 展开更多

中深层煤炭地下气化的气化腔安全宽度计算方法 被引量:1

煤炭地下气化是目前温度最高(超过1200℃)的化石能源非常规开发方式,中深层(本文指埋深800~1500 m)煤炭地下气化在提高气化压力、降低地质安全风险方面优势明显,科学预测气化腔安全宽度对保障气化稳定运行十分重要,由于目前基于可控注... 煤炭地下气化是目前温度最高(超过1200℃)的化石能源非常规开发方式,中深层(本文指埋深800~1500 m)煤炭地下气化在提高气化压力、降低地质安全风险方面优势明显,科学预测气化腔安全宽度对保障气化稳定运行十分重要,由于目前基于可控注入点后退(CRIP)工艺的气化腔安全宽度计算方法尚未建立,为保证现场试验顺利实施,需要开展针对性研究。气化腔顶板“裸露”在气化腔后会受到高温影响,通过数值模拟方法研究了压应力约束条件下岩石内部热应力产生位置以及颗粒、基质热膨胀系数差异对热应力大小的影响规律,结合高温处理后的岩石电镜扫描结果,查明了高温下岩石热损伤机理。根据CRIP气化工艺造腔特点,建立了考虑高温影响的气化腔顶板薄板模型,结合“关键层”理论提出了气化腔安全宽度计算方法。研究表明:岩石热损伤是岩石物理化学反应与热应力互相促进、共同作用的结果,高温下岩石发生不规则变形,岩石热损伤引起的微观结构变化是导致岩石力学性质、物理性质变化的根本原因。岩石的最大拉张热应力出现在颗粒界面或热膨胀系数较小的颗粒中,颗粒与基质热膨胀系数比值在[0.01~1)时,最大拉张热应力随颗粒热膨胀系数减小而快速增加。泥岩加热到200℃时开始出现微裂隙;加热到400℃时裂隙发育更加明显,主要是沿颗粒边缘破裂;加热到600~800℃时,裂隙数量增多、尺寸变大;加热到1000℃时,除出现较大裂隙外,还产生了大量孔隙;1200℃时裂隙连通性明显增加,气孔发育较大。由于高温的影响,薄板模型的步距准数不再是定值,需要根据气化腔顶板热破坏范围与顶板硬岩层的空间位置关系确定具体数值。气化腔安全宽度受温度影响,在研究算例中,砂岩顶板在35、1000℃时安全宽度计算结果分别为34.3 m和14.1 m,相差达58.9%,泥岩顶板在35、1000℃时安全宽度计算结果分别为16.7 m和15.9 m,相差4.8%。最后从降低顶板垮落风险、有利于气化控制角度,提出了煤层纵向靶区位置的确定方法,当煤层厚度超过气化腔安全宽度一半时,建议将水平井纵向靶区设计在距离煤顶不超过气化腔安全宽度一半的位置。 展开更多

在现代教育环境中,高效且可靠的数据管理系统对于在线教育平台和学生信息管理系统的运行至关重要.随着教育数据量的持续增长和多用户访问频率的提高,数据库系统面临并发冲突操作带来的高吞吐要求的挑战.在众多并发控制策略中,基于锁的... 在现代教育环境中,高效且可靠的数据管理系统对于在线教育平台和学生信息管理系统的运行至关重要.随着教育数据量的持续增长和多用户访问频率的提高,数据库系统面临并发冲突操作带来的高吞吐要求的挑战.在众多并发控制策略中,基于锁的控制策略是数据库系统中常用的策略之一,然而,由于锁造成的阻塞会影响数据库中事务并发执行的性能.现有的工作主要通过调度事务间执行顺序或优化存储过程等方法减少锁竞争.为了进一步提升事务吞吐,本文基于锁避免进行事务内的阻塞分析和代价建模,并提出事务内调度策略,通过对工作负载的阻塞分析预估调度代价,然后根据一定规则在事务内部有限程度地交换操作顺序,减少锁阻塞造成的延迟,从而提高性能.最后,通过对比传统的调度策略,验证了提出的调度策略对吞吐的提升及对事务平均延迟的降低的效果. 展开更多
