Information service platform of forest pest forecast based on WebGIS

Taking Linkou Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province, China as the demonstration plot and Dendrolimus pinidiatrea as an example, we developed a WebGIS-based information service platform for forest pest forecast using J2EE and ArcGIS Server technology. The service platform is able to predict the occurrence period, amount of pest, occurrence tendency, and pest zones in the B/S environment and realized the display, querying, analysis and editing of the spatial data and the automatically integrated control of multilevel Data,. Additionaly, the service platform offers the visualization of geographic service and predicted results. It provides a solution for prediction of forest pest and forest resource management.

A Compositive Information Collection Platform System Based on Web Service

The aim is to solve the problem that how to share dispersive and heterogeneous data inside business information system or some other information source. On the basis of Web service, this paper adopts the notion of Data As ,Service to build service-oriented data integration architecture. According to this architecture, we develop data collection system which effectively integrates data from heterogeneous informa tion source and present a uniform data view to end users by implementing sharing data from heterogeneous systems and information source . At last, this paper gives an example of a compositive information collection platform system.

Pig Price Fluctuations and Forecasting Model Based on Information Platform

Pork is common in people's daily life consumption,and it accounts for more than half of all meats. By collecting data information published by Bureau of Statistics and Bureau of Agriculture,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the influence of price fluctuation in the pork market on China's pork production,and finds that China's pork production shows a general trend of fluctuations due to the impact of price factors.According to the predecessors' studies on the factors influencing pig market price,combined with the actual situation of pig breeding in China,this paper uses the latest website data released by the government's public information platform to establish a forecasting model.

Application of Big Data Information Platform in Medical Equipment

The application of big data in the medical device industry mainly refers to the analysis and processing of various medical devices,so as to provide patients with better treatment and rehabilitation services.At present,our country already has a relatively mature and reliable large database system.This article studies the application of medical equipment in the big data information platform.The main methods used in this article are survey method,case analysis method,and interview method.The big data information platform and medical devices are studied from different aspects.The survey results show that 41%of people completely agree with the role of big data information platforms in medical devices.

Intelligence community integrated information service platform can integrate information service resources and provide residents with efficient and convenient life. From the meaning, operation mode, we can design the cooperative, open and extensible system architecture.

Enlightenment and Suggestions on the Construction of Information Platform and Processing Mechanism of Drug Shortages in Developed Countries to China

Objective To study how to improve and perfect the information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages in China.Methods By searching the relevant policies from official websites of FDA,European Medicines Agency(EMA),Health Canada(HC)and National Health Commission,the good experience of the United States,the European Union and Canada in the construction of information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages was summarized for reference in China.Results and Conclusion China has initially established the processing mechanism of drug shortages,but the platform construction should be improved,and the information disclosure of drug shortages varies from province to province.We should improve the information platform of drug shortages,strengthen the disclosure and communication of information,enrich the processing tools and measures after the drug shortages occurs,and strengthen the cooperation with relevant associations and other non-governmental departments.

基于智慧药学服务的药品供应质量管理信息平台构建与应用

Global WWTP Microbiome-based Integrative Information Platform:From experience to intelligence

Domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)are facing formidable challenges in effectively eliminating emerging pollutants and conventional nutrients.In microbiome engineering,two approaches have been developed:a top-down method focusing on domesticating seed microbiomes into engineered ones,and a bottom-up strategy that synthesizes engineered microbiomes from microbial isolates.However,these approaches face substantial hurdles that limit their real-world applicability in wastewater treatment engineering.Addressing this gap,we propose the creation of a Global WWTP Microbiome-based Integrative Information Platform,inspired by the untapped microbiome and engineering data fromWWTPs and advancements in artificial intelligence(AI).This open platform integrates microbiome and engineering information globally and utilizes AI-driven tools for identifying seed microbiomes for new plants,providing technical upgrades for existing facilities,and deploying microbiomes for accidental pollution remediation.Beyond its practical applications,this platform has significant scientific and social value,supporting multidisciplinary research,documenting microbial evolution,advancing Wastewater-Based Epidemiology,and enhancing global resource sharing.Overall,the platform is expected to enhance WWTPs’performance in pollution control,safeguarding a harmonious and healthy future for human society and the natural environment.

智能生产线信息化管理平台架构及功能设计分析

本文重点介绍智能生产线信息化管理平台的架构并对其功能设计进行分析。本章以智能生产线信息化管理平台功能设计优化措施作为切入点,对需求分析、用户反馈、模块化设计、设计实时监控功能、智能算法设计以及可定制化的界面提供等方面进行研究,期望能够为相关人员提供参考。

中医药领域信息化平台建设进展

[目的]回顾30年来中医药领域信息化研究及其应用情况,对研究热点和规律进行总结,为中医药领域信息化平台建设与高质量应用提供参考。[方法]检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方医学数据库(Wan Fang Medical Database),全面获取基于中医药领域信息化平台(数据库、平台、系统)建设与应用转化的研究文献,通过文献计量学和Cite-Space图谱软件对其研究特征及研究热点进行汇总和分析。[结果]共纳入文献683篇,其中基于“中医药系统、数据库、平台”构建研究274项;基于“系统、数据库、平台”的应用研究409项。研究涉及748个单位,参与研究发文量较靠前的单位为山东中医药大学、北京中医药大学和中国中医科学院广安门医院等。研究覆盖242部学术期刊,发文量呈上升趋势且热点延续性强。研究热点方面,文献发表主要来源于统计分析等应用型研究,如:大数据、中医传承辅助系统、古今医案云平台、冠心病、区块链等。[结论]近30年国内中医药领域的信息化平台建设相关研究数量明显提升、研究力度明显增大,对于研究主题的多样性和跨学科、跨团队合作的协同性仍需重点关注,以期中医药领域信息化平台建设与应用的高质量、快速发展。

宁夏水土保持管理平台建设实践与探索

依据水利部和宁夏回族自治区水利厅信息化工作部署,宁夏回族自治区水土保持监测总站分批建成了集5个子系统19个模块的宁夏水土保持管理平台,供自治区、市、县三级水土保持管理部门和生产建设项目等相关单位、专家使用。平台在建设期、质保期、运维期稳定运行,全面支撑全区水土保持工作线上开展。分析了平台建设项目概况,总结了海量数据挖掘、关键因子智能化提取、资源整合共享、土壤侵蚀模型开发、智能化监管技术等平台建设的5方面问题,介绍了平台总体框架、技术路线和模块功能,归纳了数据底座建设、统一平台搭建、业务化转型推进和监管效能精准发挥4个方面的成效,以及坚持“问题导向”建设原则、“边建边用”推广应用模式、“建管结合”运维方式、“底线思维”保障安全4个方面的建设管理经验。

农村公路养护大数据分析平台设计与实现

为实现农村公路养护管理智能化、决策科学化,以山东省农村公路为研究对象,构建了农村公路路网及桥梁典型养护方案、优先排序、资金测算等模型,研发了农村公路养护大数据分析平台,实现多源多层次细颗粒度数据融合和基于GIS地图的联动展示。该平台可为农村公路管养提供决策服务和技术支撑,为“四好农村路”高质量发展提供技术支持。

基于ERP系统的安全风险智能管控应用研究

通过建设智能安全管控平台,并与已有的国家能源集团一体化集中管控系统(ERP系统)进行信息化集成,可有效减轻水电站基层员工日常安全生产的工作负担,提升工作效率以及水电站工作班组抗风险能力,同时可协助水电站管理人员实时监管现场作业,为安全决策提供技术支持。
