文摘目的:建立桔梗地上部分桔梗皂苷 D 的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以 Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μxm),乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长210 nm,柱温20℃,以外标法检测。结果:桔梗皂苷 D 进样量在0.8~6.4μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率(n=5)为97.8%。结论:本方法准确可靠,可作为桔梗地上部分桔梗皂苷 D 的质量控制依据。
