Impacts of Public Support and Voices Pluralism in Macao Newspapers

The economic and financial sustainability of regional press companies is extremely relevant for the dynamism of this important sector in promoting pluralism of ideas and decentralization of information. In this context, the work presented here intends, on one hand, to analyze the importance of the press support system in Macao for its economic and financial sustainability and, on the other hand, to try to understand how they contribute to promoting information pluralism with Portuguese speaking community in a Chinese territory--with special regime. With this purpose, three methodologies were implemented, namely： （1） review of literature and documentary research--reports, articles in the press, scientific articles and academic books related to the topic; （2） analysis of contents of interviews of privileged informants-directors and editors of newspapers addressed to the Portuguese community in the Macao region; and （3） analysis of the impact of support from the Macao Regional Government based on the principles of the Office of Fair Trading （OFT） model.

Supervision of Public Opinion under the Background of Social Co-governance-Take the Changsheng Vaccine Incident as an Example

Objective To provide reference for the news media to give play to the role of public opinion supervision in time based on the background of drug safety and social co-governance.Methods The method of case analysis was used to make a retrospective study on the Changsheng vaccine incident in 2018.Then the role of mainstream media,pharmaceutical media,and self-media in the supervision of public opinion was investigated.Results and Conclusion Both mainstream and pharmaceutical media played an excellent role in supervising the Changchun Changsheng vaccine incident.However,the content published by some pharmaceutical media was hard to understand by ordinary people.Besides,the role of self-media in public opinion supervision was polarized.Some self-media closely kept pace with mainstream media in public opinion supervision.Other self-media unilaterally pursued the click rate,publishing false information to guide wrong public opinion.The news media should optimize the supervision efficiency of drug safety.On the one hand,pharmaceutical media should pay attention to the fact that readers may not understand the difficult terms because they are not professional.On the other hand,self-media practitioners should improve their professional quality so that they will not publish some fake news to mislead public opinion.

The Pilgrim’s Progress in Mandarin translated by the British missionary William Chalmers Burns in the 1860s is regarded as one of the typical representatives of the early Europeanized vernacular texts.Compared with the ancient vernacular,the frequency of the inclusive usage of“wǒmen”has increased significantly,which is directly influenced by the plural usage of first-person pronoun in English.Tracking back the origin of Chinese Europeanized grammar is an important part of the study of modern Chinese grammar,which not only is helpful to have a clear understanding of the characteristic of Europeanized grammar in the pre-development stage of modern Chinese,but also can lay a certain foundation for the comparative study of Europeanized grammar in different periods.In addition,this study can also provide linguistic basis for investigating the influence of western missionaries’Chinese translation on the formation of new literature.

Through two protocols of research, during ten years from 2003 to 2012 and so on, of metropolitan changes in Bordeaux and travels in French and European cities, Christian Sallenave shows that： When everyone can write, tell and recognize his own story of town＇s changes, the cities know the best conditions for their sustainable development; Neither particular, nor general, but both in their specific dialectic; Neither panoptical and sovereign disciplines nor judgmental dopes, but both in their coming and goings and their ＂patriotic＂ property and register. The towns＇ stories are always written and marked in the same time in plural and singular, of arts, sciences and knowledge and pragmatic ways of life and residence.

Reflexivity between the Modern Society Concepts of Equality and Plurality： Their Transformation according to Arendt

In her book, The Human Condition, Hannah Arendt states： ＂we are all the same, that is, human, in such a way that nobody is ever the same as anybody else＂ （1998, 8）. In this statement, we are the same （equality） and yet nobody is ever the same as anybody else （plurality）. This may sound contradictory yet what it means is that there is a common base which makes us all the same, and precisely because of this base, we are able to make comparisons and hence differentiate one from the other because we are all different. When analyzing two concepts, an equal status in at least one normatively relevant respect is needed. Where there is one, there is the other precisely because of the other and vice versa. The fact that it is only at least one respect that is needed implies the existence of other aspects that act as common distinguishing factors. Therefore, distinction implies equality. The paper will explore how according to Arendt, equality, a political concept, has been perverted into a social concept. In her view, previously, differing circumstances and conditions served as ＂protection＂ and actually had a protective role. An explanation will thus be given as to how a lack of these differences in the modem period has resulted in a challenge and how this challenge has created unexpected problems for the human condition. This implies reflexivity between political theory and the human agent, and will be presented from Arendt＇s perspective.

Municipal Creativity:Approaches to Pluralistic Curatorship in the Israeli Art Scene

This study stems from the understanding of a particular difference between art in ancient times and contemporary art,for while ancient and traditional art were an integral part of one’s daily life,contemporary art is detached and viewing and responding to it is a matter of choice.Another difference lies in the alienation that can exist in contemporary art,which is often not understood by those who do not engage in art as a profession or are not versed in the field of art.As a result,a situation has arisen in today’s modern world in which art tends to be the property of a limited public only,and the curatorial work is ostensibly directed at them.This study seeks to change this situation through a method defined here as“pluralistic curatorship”,based on the principle of pluralism in Israeli society.A pluralistic approach already exists to some extent on the Israeli art scene,but pluralistic curatorship still requires a defined,cohesive,and structured outline.This study presents five approaches to achieving such pluralistic curatorship,with the first three sections discussing the theoretical aspects and the last two sections discussing its practical implementation.

海员福利供给对海员队伍稳定及海上安全保障具有十分重要的意义。在福利多元主义理论视角下,我国海员福利经历了由单一主体供给向多元主体供给的转变,但存在国家(政府)相关立法和政策支持欠缺及未完全履约,市场积极性不足且供给水平不均,社会组织力量薄弱,供给主体之间协同乏力的问题。为优化海员福利供给主体的功能,国家(政府)应坚持主导,完善海员福利立法,强化海员福利供给的政策支持;市场应转变海员福利供给的理念,丰富海员福利供给手段;社会组织应完善岸上福利供给,为福利建设奠定文化基础;各供给主体之间应协同配合,共享资源,加强交流,实现优势互补。

于都桥头话人称代词有三个复数标记“人”“各罗”“各”“人”置于第一人称代词单数“我”后构成包括式复数形式“我人”。“各罗/各”可置于“我人”后,构成复数标记叠加形式“我人各罗/各”,其为包括式的,产生机制主要是感染错合,类推也可能有影响。复数标记叠加现象主要报告于山西诸方言,也见于一些客家方言,桥头话复数标记叠加现象是包括式和排除式复数标记的叠加,因而具有独特性。桥头话复数标记“人”可能由近代汉语中“吾人”的“人”重新分析而来,“各罗”“各”则可能分别由处所指示代词“该啦”“该”演变而来。

表层氧化对单晶铁薄膜电子磁手性二向色性谱的影响研究

电子磁手性二向色性技术(EMCD)是一种基于透射电镜电子能量损失谱(EELS)的磁表征技术,可实现亚纳米级高空间分辨、元素分辨的局域轨道自旋磁矩定量测量。本文以单晶铁薄膜为例研究了金属透射样品表面氧化对EMCD信号的影响。在Fe/MgO(001)薄膜的平面样品中,从不同区域中提取一系列低能损失谱、Fe⁃L_(2,3)峰常规在轴芯能级损失谱和动量转移矢量分辨的离轴芯能级损失谱(q⁃EELS)。结合低能损失谱和常规在轴芯能级损失谱,可合理忽略所选区域的复散射,且发现样品靠近孔洞边缘的区域较其他区域而言存在更为严重的氧化情况。表层氧化物相对含量的增加导致所选数据中常规在轴芯能级损失谱以及动量转移矢量分辨离轴芯能级损失谱的白线比值均呈单调递增趋势,这种现象原理上会导致从EMCD谱中提取的轨道-自旋磁矩比值的偏差相对递增。此外,作者还发现样品表层氧化、非晶化、样品弯曲效应和外延质量等因素综合引起了实验中局部衍射条件的轻微不规则变化,这些因素同样对EMCD定量的结果有较大的影响,最终导致所观测区域EMCD谱中实际提取的轨道-自旋磁矩比值呈不规则变化。本工作建议在进行易氧化单质金属的EMCD实验时,可预先进行会聚束辐照以降低表层氧化物厚度,并注意关注衍射条件的细微变化。

中药分析学是中药学科的重要组成部分。而中药制剂分析课程在中药分析学教育中发挥着重要作用,是中药类专业的核心课程。基于中药制剂分析课程内容繁杂、综合性强、注重实践等特点,文章将5E教学模式引入其课程建设中,分别设计了参与、探究、解释、迁移和评价五个阶段,融合教学理念,将传统教师讲授教学转变成学生自主探究学习,在各阶段中结合问题情境教学法、案例教学法、实践教学法等激励学生自主学习、积极探索、协作创新,助力培养应用型与创新型中药学人才。

构建老年认知障碍福利多元照护体系的行动研究——以北京市X医院老年健康社会工作服务为例

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,老年认知障碍患病人数与日俱增,这一疾病严重影响了老年人的生活质量并给家庭和社会造成巨大的负担与压力。现阶段,老年认知障碍在国家及社会层面关注度低、主动筛查和识别能力弱、治疗及照护成本高、社会服务体系碎片化等问题凸显,积极探索构建由政府、医疗机构、社区、慈善团体、市场及民间社会组织等多元福利主体构成的覆盖老年认知障碍病程全周期的照护体系势在必行。研究基于北京市X医院老年认知障碍患者及家庭全周期支援项目实践,以福利多元理论为框架,通过行动研究构建老年认知障碍福利多元照护体系的实施路径与机制。基于老年认知障碍群体现实样态的描绘,健康社会工作者打破原有医务社会工作服务存在的服务对象单一、服务场所禁锢、患者不同疾病周期需求割裂及资源链接成效欠佳等弊端,转而使用健康社会工作的视角,利用行动研究的方法尝试从认知障碍疾病管理的4个阶段进行破局:在认知障碍疾病早发现阶段,能够明确服务主体的职责,实现服务成效的最大化;在认知障碍疾病早治疗阶段,能够打通服务主体间的壁垒,实现资源的价值化流动;在认知障碍患者疾病自我管理阶段,能够调动服务主体的主观能动性,实现服务对象的积极转变;在认知障碍友好化倡导阶段,能够回应服务主体的内在需求,实现照护体系的可持续化发展。
