踝三针联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床研究

目的:探讨踝三针联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:纳入急性踝关节扭伤患者72例,随机分为2组,每组36例,在抬高患肢、冷敷、制动等常规治疗的基础上,分别采用踝三针联合微波治疗(踝三针联合微波组)和单纯踝三针治疗(踝三针组)。踝三针取解溪、太溪、昆仑3穴,每次留针20min;微波治疗每次照射20min;每日1次,共治疗10d。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后,采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分评价踝关节疼痛情况,采用美国足与踝关节协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分评价踝关节功能。结果:治疗前,2组患者踝关节疼痛VAS评分和AOFAS踝与后足功能评分比较,组间差异均无统计学意义[(6.23±1.43)分,(6.17±1.39)分,t=0.115,P=0.817;(53.50±5.46)分,(52.83±5.51)分,t=0.301,P=0.732]。治疗结束后,2组患者踝关节疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前下降(t=25.176,P=0.000;t=41.239,P=0.000),AOFAS踝与后足功能评分均较治疗前提高(t=35.216,P=0.000;t=48.817,P=0.000);且踝三针联合微波组踝关节疼痛VAS评分低于踝三针组[(1.52±0.95)分,(2.70±0.88)分,t=36.210,P=0.000],AOFAS踝与后足功能评分高于踝三针组[(88.72±7.20)分,(81.12±6.86)分,t=28.846,P=0.000]。结论:采用踝三针联合微波治疗急性踝关节扭伤,可缓解踝关节疼痛、改善踝关节功能,疗效优于单纯采用踝三针治疗。

Acupuncture treatment on 31 cases of obsolete lateral malleolus joint sprain

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the obsolete lateral malleolus joint sprain. Methods Thirty-one cases of patients with obsolete lateral malleolus joint sprain were selected. Jiexi （解溪 ST 41） were penetrated to Shenmei （申脉 BL 61）, and Yanglingquan （阳陵泉 GB 34） was applied. The needles were retained for 30 min, and the treatment was performed only once, with follow-up visit after 1 month. Results All the patients were cured after treatment, and without relapse on the follow-up visit after 1 month. Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture on the obsolete lateral malleolus joint sprain is remarkable.
