A novel polymeric dye of aqueous dispersion poly[urethane-(disperse blue 14)-urethane] was synthesized based on poly(propylene glycol) (PPG), 2, 4-tolylene diisocyanate (TDI), klimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), disperse blue 14 and triethylamine (TEA) depending on a modified acetone process. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to identify Lhe structure of the polymeric dye, indicating an obvious carbonyl stretching absorption in disperse blue 14. The polymer was also characterized by the analysis of DSC, TGA, WAXD and UV-Vis spectroscopy. 展开更多

Poly (methyl-methacrylate... The optical properties of the pure polymer film and polymer films doped with Phenol Red dye at different concentrations were investigated. The films were prepared using the casting technique. Poly (methyl-methacrylate) (PMMA) polymer was doped with the Phenol Red dye dissolved in a mixture of chloroform and little quantity of methanol, used as suitable solvent for both the dye and the polymer. The spectral absorption measurements of these films were carried out at different dye concentrations using UV-Vis double-beam spectrophotometer in the wavelength range 300 - 800 nm. The optical parameters of the prepared Phenol Red dye doped polymer films, absorption coefficient (α), extinction coefficient (κ), refractive index (n), optical and electrical conductivities (σ<sub>opt</sub> and σ<sub>elect</sub>), and optical energy band gap (E<sub>g</sub>), were determined. The results showed that the Phenol Red dye doped polymer film is a good candidate for photonic applications such as, solar cells, optical sensors, and other photonic devices. 展开更多

Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) have attracted significant attention as alternatives to conventional silicon-based solar cells owing to their low-cost production,facile fabrication,excellent stability and high power conversion efficiency(PCE).The dye molecule is one of the key components in DSSCs since it significant influence on the PCE,charge separation,light-harvesting,as well as the device stability.Among various dyes,easily tunable phenothiazine-based dyes hold a large proportion and achieve impressive photovoltaic performances.This class of dyes not only has superiorly non-planar butterfly structure but also possesses excellent electron donating ability and large π conjugated system.This review summarized recent developments in the phenothiazine dyes,including small molecule phenothiazine dyes,polymer phenothiazine dyes and phenothiazine dyes for co-sensitization,especially focused on the developments and design concepts of small molecule phenothiazine dyes,as well as the correlation between molecular structures and the photovoltaic performances. 展开更多

By reacting alkynylthiacalix[4]arenes with polyethylene glycol azido compounds,a series of novel thiacalix[4]arene 1,2,3-triazole-polyethylene glycol netty polymers were conveniently prepared in good yields.Their structures and morphologies were studied by ^1H NMR,IR.and elemental analysis and SEM images.On average,approximately 28-31 thiacalixarene units exist in each polymeric molecule.These novel polymers possess excellent adsorption ability for both cationic and anionic dyes.The saturation adsorption capacity for Congo red reached 1.3-1.4 mmol/g.They exhibit high and stable adsorption ability in the scope of pH 5-9,and maintain good properties in five cycles. 展开更多
