In order to obtain substrates with good conductive foam for high porosity foam metal materials used in the metal electrodes,the technique of electroless copper plating on the microcellular polyurethane foam with pore ...In order to obtain substrates with good conductive foam for high porosity foam metal materials used in the metal electrodes,the technique of electroless copper plating on the microcellular polyurethane foam with pore size of 0.3 mm was investigated.The main factors affecting the deposition rate such as the solution composition,temperature,pH value and adding ultrasonic were explored.The results show that the optimum process conditions are CuSO4 16 g/L,HCHO 5 mL/L,NaKC4H4O6 30 g/L,Na2EDTA 20 g/L,K4Fe(CN)6 25 mg/L,pH value of 12.5-13.0 and temperature of 40-50℃.Under these technical conditions, the process has excellent bath stability.Adding ultrasonic on the process can elevate the deposition rate of copper by 20%-30%.The foam metal material with a porosity of 92.2%and a three-dimensional network structure,was fabricated by electro-deposition after the electroless copper plating.展开更多

The influence of operation conditions on the holdup of the dispersed phase was investigated. According to the analysis of the experimental data, there was a turning point on the curve of ln(Vs) versus ln(1-Φ) under certain pulse intensity. When the holdup is higher than the value at the turning point, the two-phase flow characteristics can be described with the modified Pratt's equation, otherwise a new relation in the form of Φ = 1/2.75uk (Uc + 4Ud) may be used, which is proposed by this study.展开更多

However, whet...Two major classes of plant sugar transporters, sucrose and monosaccharide transporters, may be localized to tonoplast or plasma membrane. The monosaccharide transporters may also be localized in plastid. However, whether these transporters reside in other subcellular compartments remains unclear. We recently detected in apple fruit a 52 kD plasma membrane-localized monosaccharide transporter, and showed that this transporter may be functional in phloem unloading in the fruit. In this paper, we report that this monosaccharide transporter is also localized to sieve plate and plasmodesmal channel in apple fruit. The amount of this sieve plate- and plasmodesma-associated transporter changes during fruit development. This amount of the transporter expression may be altered in the phloem sieve elements but not in the parenchyma cells by a photoassimilate deficiency applied by the shoot girdling treatment, suggesting that the monosaccharide transporter of the special sub-cellular localization may be of biological significance.展开更多

The FDTD simulation showing the idea of the photon sieve application to millimeter wave optics does not allow increasing the resolution power. The reason is the small number of holes in the FZP aperture. But such simulation results may be used as computational experiments of simple scale in millimeter wave allowing obtaining insight into physical systems which are characterized by nanometric objects, because the D/f and D/λ are almost the same.展开更多

There are three kinds of phase plates in PZPSs: PZPS1, PZPS2, and PZPS3. Each of the PZPSs has its own structure and is made on quartz substrate by etching. The three PZPSs have stronger diffraction peak intensity than a photon sieve (PS) when the margin pinhole and zone line width are kept the same. The PZPS3 can produce a smaller central diffractive spot than the ordinary PS with the same number of zones on the Fresnel zone plate. We have given the design method for and the simulation of PZPS and PS. PZPS has potential applications in optical maskless lithography.展开更多
