目的比较研究北极刺参和日本刺参对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平调节和血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法采用高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时分别灌胃不同剂量(50、100和200mg/kg)的北极刺参与日本刺参匀浆,30d后测定大鼠血清TC,T... 目的比较研究北极刺参和日本刺参对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平调节和血管内皮细胞的保护作用。方法采用高脂饲料饲喂法建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时分别灌胃不同剂量(50、100和200mg/kg)的北极刺参与日本刺参匀浆,30d后测定大鼠血清TC,TG.LDI-C,HDL-C和NO含量,以及血清和肝脏MDA含量、SOD和GSH-Px活性。结果北极刺参和日本刺参均能明显降低模型大鼠血清TC,LDL,C含量和动脉粥样硬化指数(P<0.01),提高HDL-C和NO(P<0.01)含量;显著降低血清和肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05,P <0.01),提高血清SOD和GSH—Px(P<0.01)活性。其中,日本刺参降低大鼠LDL-C水平和动脉粥样硬化指教的作用显著优于北极刺参(P<0.05)。结论2种刺参均能显著调节机体的血脂水平,提高抗氧化能力和保护血管内皮细胞功能,有效预防高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的形成。 展开更多

The effects of cells and cells different fractions of Heterosigma akashiwo on the early development of Engraulis japonicus were studied.The sensitive to algle toxin in the early development of Engraulis japonicus was discussed too.The results indicated that the fertilized eggs before blastula and yolk-sac larva of Engraulis japonicus were more sensitive to algle toxin than other development stage.In the same conditions the toxic effect of cell contents on the early development of Engraulis japonicus was highest, cell-free medium was lowest ,algal culture and cell fragments were in the middle.The survival rate was 4% when Engraulis japonicus in the pre-larval-stage was exposed for 96 hours to cell contents at a high concentration of 90 000 cells/ml but the survival rate was 75% when exposed to cell-free medium.LC 50 values at 96 hours exposed to cell contents and cell fragments were 2 818 and 6 760cells/ml. 展开更多
