Application of Electronic Sand Table System in Geological Disasters Meteorological Service Based on GIS

With complex terrain and developed economy, Zhejiang Province has suffered a lot from the frequent geological disasters, which have done great damages to the construction and development of the whole province. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the geological disasters meteorological service. Electronic sand table system, a high-tech product of three-dimensional visualization, can provide the geological disaster meteorological service with the intuitive and visual application environment. In this study, we developed electronic sand table system based on GIS and established the geological disasters meteorological service database. In addition, we also analyzed and discussed the applications of meteorological service in online weather forecast, meteorological warning message, and multimedia meteorological electronic display. The application of electronic sand table system in geological disaster meteorological services for disaster prevention and mitigation is of great importance that it provides intuitive terrain analysis data for the forecast of geological disasters warning, which greatly enhances the ability of geological disasters meteorological service.

Induced abortion in China and the advances of post abortion family planning service

This is a review of current situation of induced abortion and post abortion family planning service in China. Induced abortion is an important issue in reproductive health. This article reviewed the distribution of induced abortion in various time, areas, and population in China, and explored the character, reason, and harm to reproductive health of induced abortion.Furthermore, this article introduces the concept of Quality of Care Program in Family Planning,and discusses how important and necessary it is to introduce Quality of Care Program in Family Planning to China.

Association of post-traumatic stress disorder and work performance: A survey from an emergency medical service, Karachi, Pakistan

BACKGROUND: The purpose of the study was to explore the association between posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD) and work performance of emergency medical services personnel in Karachi, Pakistan.METHODS: Emergency medical service personnel were screened for potential PTSD using Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R). Work performance was assessed on the basis of fi ve variables: number of late arrivals to work, number of days absent, number of days sick, adherence to protocol, and patient satisfaction over a period of 3 months. In order to model outcomes like the number of late arrivals to work, days absent and days late, negative binomial regression was applied, whereas logistic regression was applied for adherence to protocol and linear for patient satisfaction scores.RESULTS: Mean scores of PTSD were 24.0±12.2. No association was found between PTSD and work performance measures: number of late arrivals to work(RRadj 0.99; 0.98–1.00), days absent(RRadj 0.98; 0.96–0.99), days sick(RRadj 0.99; 0.98–1.00), adherence to protocol(ORadj 1.01; 0.99–1.04) and patient satisfaction(β 0.001%–0.03%) after adjusting for years of formal schooling, living status, coping mechanism, social support, working hours, years of experience and anxiety or depression.CONCLUSION: No statistically significant association was found between PTSD and work performance amongst EMS personnel in Karachi, Pakistan.

基于Web Services的语义异构数据集成设计与实现

高校在信息化建设过程中积累了大量异构、异质的数据源,如何将这些异构数据源中相关的数据资源进行有效整合是当前急需解决的问题。为此,提出了一种新的基于Web Services的异构数据集成解决方案,利用Web Services技术在异构数据集成中的优势,采用虚拟数据库法设计思想,通过设计领域字典表及字段映射表,有效地解决了异构数据集成中最难解决的语义异构问题,并从数据模型转换、全局查询等方面阐述了该方案的可行性。实验结果表明,该方案具有可用性和高效性。

基于Web Service的CFD仿真及其在建筑设计中的应用

提出基于WebService的CFD仿真平台,围绕远程计算的特性,阐述了仿真平台的系统架构,具体讨论了计算服务统一接口及其描述、计算伺服Agent的结构和工作原理以及基于Java3D的交互式后处理等关键技术,最后开发了简单的原型系统以检验方法的可行性。

Shake-table testing of a self-centering precast reinforced concrete frame with shear walls

The seismic performance of a self-centering precast reinforced concrete （RC） frame with shear walls was investigated in this paper. The lateral force resistance was provided by self-centering precast RC shear walls （SPCW）, which utilize a combination ofunbonded prestressed post-tensioned （PT） tendons and mild steel reinforcing bars for flexural resistance across base joints. The structures concentrated deformations at the bottom joints and the unbonded PT tendons provided the self-centering restoring force. A 1/3-scale model of a five-story self-centering RC frame with shear walls was designed and tested on a shake-table under a series of bi-directional earthquake excitations with increasing intensity. The acceleration response, roof displacement, inter-story drifts, residual drifts, shear force ratios, hysteresis curves, and local behaviour of the test specimen were analysed and evaluated. The results demonstrated that seismic performance of the test specimen was satisfactory in the plane of the shear wall; however, the structure sustained inter-story drift levels up to 2.45%. Negligible residual drifts were recorded after all applied earthquake excitations. Based on the shake-table test results, it is feasible to apply and popularize a self-centering precast RC frame with shear walls as a structural system in seismic regions.

Two-stage scheduling algorithm based on priority table for clusters with inaccurate system parameters

A new two-stage soft real-time scheduling algorithm based on priority table was proposed for task dispatch and selection in cluster systems with inaccurate parameters. The inaccurate characteristics of the system were modeled through probability analysis. By taking into account the multiple important system parameters, including task deadline, priority, session integrity and memory access locality, the algorithm is expected to achieve high quality of service. Lots of simulation results collected under different load conditions demonstrate that the algorithm can not only effectively overcome the inaccuracy of the system state, but also optimize the task rejected ratio, value realized ratio, differentiated service guaranteed ratio, and session integrity ensured ratio with the average improvement of 3.5%, 5.8%, 7.6% and 5.5%, respectively. Compared with many existing schemes that cannot deal with the inaccurate parameters of the system, the proposed scheme can achieve the best system performance by carefully adjusting scheduling probability. The algorithm is expected to be promising in systems with soft real-time scheduling requirement such as E-commerce applications.

粮食产后服务体系建设的国际经验与启示

减少粮食损耗是实现可持续发展和保障粮食安全的重要途径,粮食产后服务体系建设是减少粮食损耗的关键环节。本文在分析中国粮食产后服务发展现状与问题的基础上,梳理了美国、加拿大、日本三个典型国家在发展粮食产后服务方面的一些经验和做法,并结合中国实际情况,探讨了其对中国粮食产后服务体系建设启示和镜鉴。研究结果表明,粮食产业链全商业化运作是美国和加拿大建设完备粮食产后服务体系的基石,先进的全产业链节粮减损技术及政府、企业与农户的合作协调机制是其粮食产后服务体系运行的关键;日本则在引进先进技术的同时,构建了政府、农协、农户三方合力建设的层次分明、规范运作的粮食产后服务体系,有效保障了农民种粮收益。本文据此进一步提出了完善中国粮食产后服务体系建设的对策思路。

某三甲医院继续医学教育减负政策的效果与思考

目的 评估北京某三级甲等医院继续医学教育(continuing medical education,CME)减负政策的实施效果。方法 选择北京某三级甲等医院的2016年11月—2022年10月接受医院CME 2 087名人员相关资料,应用资料分析方法分析相关CME情况。结果 国家级/市级项目方面,实施时间对CME得分有负面影响(P <0.001),职称对CME得分的影响不显著(P=0.641),专业对CME得分有正向影响(P <0.001);区级项目方面,实施时间、职称、专业对CME得分均有负面影响(均P <0.001);线上学分回归结果显示,实施时间为正面影响(P <0.001),职称和专业对得分影响不显著(P=0.889、0.058)。结论 减负政策对CME得分有正面影响,需要进一步完善政策以支持医务人员的学习。CME已经进入继续职业发展阶段,应重视自主学习,了解医务人员教育需求,提供多样化的学习方式,扩展线上教育,加强激励和约束机制。

幼儿教师职前职后教育一体化模式实践路径研究

随着终身教育思想的深入,教师教育一体化已成为教育领域的发展趋势。近年来,我国幼儿教育工作取得了长足进步,但在教师教育方面仍存在一些问题,教师职前职后教育一体化模式既是终身教育对教师专业发展的时代诉求,也是教师教育改革背景下的一种必然。文章探究了幼儿教师职前职后教育一体化的内涵,在总结存在问题基础上,就如何更好开展此项工作提出若干可行性建议。

后疫情时代应急语言服务本地化策略研究

在人类可能与新冠病毒肺炎疫情长期共存的后疫情时代,语言因其有着解决社会现实问题的功用可被运用到应急管理中,发挥其应急服务的功用。陕西省作为一个旅游、文化大省,人口语言结构较为复杂,因此亟待建立适用于本地语情、民情的应急语言服务体系以应对后疫情时代的突发事件。陕西省本地化应急语言服务体系的建构需精准定位其服务对象、内容与方式,结合陕西民间艺术、语言景观、人才储备建立有特色的多模态抗疫平台、简明语言景观、基于双向调研的人才体系。

“岗课赛证”融通下的高职智慧健康养老服务与管理专业人才培养模式研究与实践

当前,我国养老服务产业进入新蓝海,为高职养老服务类专业提供了广阔的发展空间,但与用人需求相对应的是,高职智慧健康养老服务与管理专业发展还存在供需不匹配、岗课不对接、留存不理想、认同不到位等问题,通过推进“岗课赛证”综合育人改革,进一步优化顶层设计、深化产教融合、强化以赛促学、推行以证代评、健全体制机制,可为养老服务产业培养和输送大批高素质复合型技术技能人才。

护理部垂直管理下病员辅助服务中心岗位管理研究

目的 探讨护理部垂直管理下病员辅助服务中心岗位管理效果。方法 从组织架构、岗位设置与分级、岗位培训、岗位考评及岗位绩效考核等方面开展岗位管理。结果 实施后,员工综合能力、患者及科室满意度均得到了提升(P<0.05),不良事件发生数、患者意外情况发生数、接单延误次数、患者投诉量、科室投诉量及员工离职率均降低。结论 护理部垂直管理下病员辅助服务中心岗位管理模式能够提升员工综合能力,提高患者和科室满意度,稳定人员队伍。

双摆台五坐标铣削后置处理软件Star-Fpost研究

针对MIRON UCP800双摆台立式五坐标加工中心,研究其五坐标加工的数学模型。推导出刀心和刀轴矢量六坐标转换成AC双摆台式五坐标的算法公式。利用坐标矩阵转换的方法实现直线圆弧插补刀轨源文件到机床代码的后置处理过程。使用面向对象程序,采取逐行读取刀轨文件关键字触发的方式,开发了专用的五坐标铣削后置处理软件Star-Fpost,在VERICUT仿真环境中完成五坐标机床的建模,在UGNX通过三元整体轴径流式叶轮的仿真加工,仿真结果验证了后置处理软件的功能,可以为MI-KRON UCP800五坐标机床实际加工提供参考。

我军机动医疗救护分队阶梯式岗位评价的质性研究

目的 探索机动医疗救护分队岗位评价指标构成要素,为实现科学、合理的岗位管理提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法在军队医院、研究院所等选取8名相关领域的专家作为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈法调查机动医疗救护分队岗位评价指标要素,借助NVivo12.0软件对访谈内容进行整理、编码、分类、归纳、提炼主题。结果 归纳出岗位准入、岗位技能、岗位强度、岗位环境、岗位职责5个层面,提炼出“岗位要求—岗位特性—岗位意义”阶梯式岗位评价模型。结论 在进行岗位评价时,应注重考察分队人员的能力和素质、岗位的责任和特性,为公正评价岗位、科学管理人员提供基础。

流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具信效度分析——服务提供者视角

目的:本研究拟从服务提供者视角制定流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具,并进行信效度检验,为后续评估各医疗机构咨询服务质量提供统一标准。方法:通过文献研究和专家咨询制定流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具,调查对象来自国内17家医疗机构中提供流产后避孕咨询服务的医护人员,通过问卷星收集数据,对评估工具中的所有量表型条目评价其内在信度、分半信度、结构效度、聚合效度和区分效度。结果:收集问卷100份,有效回收率100%;内在信度Cronbach’sα系数=0.818,分半信度系数=0.941;结构效度χ^(2)/df=1.605,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.078,非标准拟合指数(TLI)=0.912,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.928,各维度平均提取方差值(AVE)均>0.5,各维度间相关系数均<AVE平方根。结论:本研究开发的流产后避孕咨询服务质量评估工具(服务提供者视角)具有良好的信度和效度,可以用于评估流产后避孕咨询服务的质量。

河南省生产性服务业与制造业的产业关联特征——兼与京津冀各省的对比分析

生产性服务业与制造业的产业关联有助于促进产业融合创新发展。基于河南、北京、天津、河北2007、2012、2017年投入产出表数据,分析了四省市生产性服务业与制造业产业关联特征及变化趋势,得出以下结论:豫、京、津、冀制造业是生产性服务业的重要用户,河南、河北制造业对生产性服务业的需求规模更大且占比更高,但结构有待优化;四地生产性服务业对制造业的产业波及效应主要是在供给端,为制造业提供商务、物流服务等。在需求端,河南科技、信息技术服务业对制造业的拉动作用有待提高。
